The shock Ye Tianyi brought to everyone was incomparably great!
However, it was impossible for him to be crowned the Emperor just because of this!
Although many people had hoped for him to be crowned the Emperor!
A person with five attributes who had hidden for so many years. His state of mind, shrewdness, and talent were all there!
At least, he was more outstanding than anyone else!
The Eldest Prince, Second Prince, and Sixth Prince felt terrible!
Extremely terrible!
The Fourth Prince had hidden so deeply!
It was too scary!
He had to be eliminated!
He had to be eliminated!
Tonight, no matter who was crowned the Emperor, it was impossible for the crowning ceremony to take place. Therefore, he had to be eliminated tonight!
Only by eliminating the person who was crowned the Emperor would they have a chance to be crowned the Emperor!
That's right, it was that cruel!
Lei Yuyin sighed softly!
It was a little difficult!
However, she was more confident in the later rounds!
Lei Feng clenched his fists!
He wasn't that amazing in the first round!
However, he was confident in the later rounds!
Lei Feng's grandfather also looked at his son with anticipation!
"Next, we will begin the second round of the Emperor's Test. Men!"
Then, a total of nine people were tied up and brought forward. Suddenly, everyone looked over and showed a puzzled expression.
All nine of them were girls!
They were quite familiar with a few of them!
Seven of them were concubines of the Seventh Prince. Another girl was Lei Yuyin's personal maid and another was Lei Feng's personal maid.
"Kneel down!"
Subsequently, the nine girls knelt down in fear.
They didn't know why they were tied up here. They didn't do anything wrong.
"State Preceptor, what did my concubines do wrong?
Why are they tied up? "
The Eldest Prince, Lei Ling, asked in confusion.
At this moment, the State Preceptor said, "Everyone, this is the content of the second round of the Emperor's Test. Serve the wine!"
Subsequently, a total of nine glasses of wine were brought forward by a beautiful girl and placed on the table!
"These nine glasses of wine are highly poisonous. They will be poisoned to death instantly after drinking it. The content of the second round of the Emperor's Test is to personally feed them the poisoned wine!"
The State Preceptor said faintly.
"No … No!"
"Your Highness, save me … save me …"
"Save me …"
"Princess … save me …"
"…"
In an instant, the girls began to cry and struggle.
Ye Tianyi frowned.
So ruthless?
His gaze was also on the beautiful young lady who was looking at him with a pleading expression. This was one of the concubines of the Fourth Prince, Lei Tianming!
Whether he had the heart or not was one thing. Ye Tianyi could kill without batting an eyelid, but that did not mean that he could kill innocent people!
Aren't these people innocent people?
Ye Tianyi could ignore these people dying in front of him, but to be honest, he could not kill them with his own hands!
"Why?
Why are you doing this?! "
Lei Yuyin gritted her teeth and glared at the Imperial Tutor!
She then looked at her maidservant!
She had been with her for so many years, but she couldn't do it!
She mainly wanted to know why!
The State Preceptor said at this time, "As an Emperor, you can't be influenced by emotions. Since ancient times, how many Emperors caused the collapse of their countries because of emotions?
Being indecisive or being swayed by a woman was absolutely not allowed. A successful emperor could not be said to be cruel and merciless, but when it was necessary to make some sacrifices, he had to be able to make them!
Emotions are important, but an Emperor should not be influenced by emotions! "
Then the Empress Dowager said, "This is the rule that I set. Under the previous Emperor's rule, the Lei Ling Empire was extremely powerful. And the previous Emperor, who is my son, has just fallen. I am also heartbroken. But I have to say that under my son's rule, the Lei Ling Empire is heading towards desolation. Even the Empire of Jiuzhou can't take it down. It is because he put all his effort into women!"
After that, the Empress Dowager glanced at the harem!
Then the Empress Dowager continued, "These are all your concubines or maidservants. No matter how deep your feelings are, it is a trial for you. As long as you let them drink the poisoned wine, no matter what method you use, you will pass this round of assessment. If anyone refuses, then no matter who you are, you will lose the qualification to compete for the throne!"
Gasp —
Everyone drew a cold gasp.
Ye Tianyi knitted his brows tightly.
How ruthless!
The Empress Dowager looked rather benevolent, but she was actually the most ruthless one!
It was true. Ye Tianyi hated the empire. No, it was not the empire, but the cold imperial family!
"Now, who wants to go first!?"
The Empress Dowager swept her gaze across the crowd!
The others were either calm or helpless!
Second Prince Lei Tiancheng stood forward!
"I'll go first!"
He knew that the earlier he stood forward, the more he could win the Empress Dowager's favor!
They were just women. When he sat on the throne, he could have as many as he wanted!
He did not lack one!
"No … Your Highness … No, I beg of you!"
The woman's face was covered in tears.
Second Prince Lei Tiancheng placed the poisoned wine in front of her.
"Do you want to drink it yourself, or do you want me to feed you?"
Asked Second Prince Lei Tiancheng.
"No … No …"
Her face was filled with despair and horror!
Ye Tianyi was truly helpless. What could he do?
Did he have to expose himself to save these few people?
Then, how was he to save them?
Everyone here was at the Heavenly Dao realm!
At the next instant, Lei Tiancheng clenched his teeth and pinched her mouth, forcing the poisoned wine down her throat.
"Not bad!"
The Empress Dowager nodded in satisfaction.
"Ugh —"
The woman vomited in despair as she was in pain.
In a short minute, she began convulsing as she foamed at the mouth.
The other princes had already given up. Therefore, they chose to protect their concubines because they had no right to compete!
Only the Eldest Prince, Second Prince, Sixth Prince, Lei Feng, and even the Third Prince gave up. This was because he liked the concubine too much. Furthermore, he had no confidence in sitting on the throne!
"Little Princess, it's your turn!"
Heavenly Empress looked at Lei Yuyin.
Lei Yuyin clenched her fists!
This was the imperial family that disgusted her!
Lei Yuyin looked at the maidservant who was crying in despair as she closed her eyes!
After a long while, Lei Yuyin opened her Beautiful Eyes.
"I give up!"
Lei Yuyin said weakly.
Following that, she pulled her maidservant to her feet.
"Your Highness, sob …"
"It's fine …"
Lei Yuyin patted her on the back.
Zhou Zixue frowned.
"Alright, then the little princess has lost the right to compete for the throne!
Fourth Prince, are you going to give up as well? "
Heavenly Empress Dowager looked at Ye Tianyi.
Ye Tianyi touched the tip of his nose as he picked up the poisoned wine.
"Your Highness … I beg you, I beg you, don't … don't …"
The young girl's face was filled with despair!
Ye Tianyi squatted in front of her.
"Good girl, drink it."
Ye Tianyi said.
Zhou Zixue admitted that she felt despair when she saw this scene!
Was this the imperial family? How ridiculous!
"Don't …"
Ye Tianyi then pinched her mouth and poured the poisoned wine into her stomach!
He then stood up and looked at Heavenly Empress Dowager, "Is it done?"
"Yes!
Not bad!
It's done! "
"That's good!"
Ye Tianyi then took out a pill and fed it to the woman!
Everyone frowned as they looked at Ye Tianyi.
