Even though they did not know why Lin Lichuan named the True Central Spiritual Arts Academy, since their leader had decided to use this name, they would not go against it.
Thus, the True Central Spiritual Arts Academy replaced the training camp and became the new name of the organisation that Nightmare Soul Society would use to nurture Extraordinaires.
"Apart from the training camp, the composition of the enforcement team needs to be changed as well," Lin Lichuan tapped the table lightly and said in a low voice, "How many people are there in the enforcement team?"
"A total of 731 people," Aaron replied immediately.
"I'll give you two months to expand the number of people to at least 1300. After that, every hundred people will form a team. Each team will have a captain and vice-captain, as well as eight officers."
Lin Lichuan looked around, his gaze sweeping past the shocked faces of the officers.
"The enforcement team has only been established for less than a year, so I won't make overly strict demands. However, I hope that in the near future, the standards of the enforcement team will be raised to the Silver rank, and the officers and captains will have to be Knight Extraordinaires."
As he finished speaking, the officers looked at each other in dismay.
Aaron hesitated for a while, but could not help but say, "Sir, the expansion of the ordinary members is easy. There are many who want to join the enforcement team. Even if we don't lower the requirements, we can still recruit enough Extraordinaires. However, it will be difficult to find captains and vice-captains."
Although Lin Lichuan had said that the standard of a Knight was for future development, at the current stage, those who could take on the role of captain and vice-captain would have to be at least Morning Star Knights.
In this way, thirteen teams would have 26 Morning Star Knights!
This was obviously a bit too much. Nightmare Soul Society had only been established for a short period of time, and their foundation was too shallow. They did not even have 20 Knights, so it was impossible to gather 26 captains and vice-captains.
Unexpectedly, Lin Lichuan only smiled and waved his hand, "I already have candidates for captains and vice-captains. I'll introduce them to you tomorrow."
As soon as he said this, the officers' eyes flashed with surprise. Some were doubtful, but they did not dare to question Lin Lichuan. They could only keep their doubts to themselves.
"Right, since the name of the training camp has been changed, the name of the enforcement team should be changed as well."
Alan and the others looked up and saw the same meaningful smile on Lin Lichuan's face.
"Let's call it the Goting 13."
This name was easier to understand than the True Central Spiritual Art Academy. Everyone nodded and no one raised any objections.
"Alright, meeting adjourned."
After leaving the meeting room, Lin Lichuan didn't return to his room. Instead, he walked towards the Dojo.
As the leader of Nightmare Soul Society, he had a sizable private area at the core of the headquarters. It included a villa, a training hall, a garden, a swimming pool, an open-air restaurant, and more. Most of them were used by Wheeze, Fei Mei and the others, but he had no use for most of them.
After asking the servant to leave, Lin Lichuan entered the indoor training hall alone. After closing the door, he immediately opened the shop interface and began to exchange for the Divine Body.
In terms of strength and loyalty, the most suitable candidate for the captain was the materialized Zanpakuto.
During his time in the Azure Dynasty, Lin Lichuan drew nearly a thousand cards. Although his original intention was to get the Black Wing Demon and the Zanpakuto, he ended up with dozens of Zanpakuto.
Among them, there were more than twenty Zanpakuto of Shinigami and Arragon. It was more than enough for him to choose the captain and vice-captain.
Of course, Lin Lichuan wasn't going to let Face Breaker Soul Slasher become the captain of the Gotei 13. These Soul Slasher had other uses, and the real captain would have to be the Death God Soul Slasher.
But there was a reason for this.
The Zanpakuto to be the captain must be able to communicate with normal people. The Zanpakuto, like Sky Wrath and Killing Ksitigarbha, had to be excluded.
Fortunately, there were only a few Zanpakuto like Sky Wrath and Killing Ksitigarbha. Most of the Zanpakuto were Senbonzakura Kagura and White Snow Sleeves.
"In addition, the Zanpakuto should also be excluded from the materialized list."
Lin Lichuan had always been thinking about 'Moonless.' As the strongest move of the Zanpakuto, the power of 'Moonless' was very likely to exceed the level of the Shining Sun Knight. If he could get the Bankai card, then he would have one more powerful trump card in his hand.
After calming himself down, Lin Lichuan turned his attention back to the shop interface. Without hesitation, he exchanged for forty Zanpakuto at once.
In the blink of an eye, there were forty flat white models in the middle of the spacious dojo.
Immediately afterward, Lin Lichuan took out his Zanpakuto and stabbed it into the center of the chest of the Zanpakuto without hesitation.
A black light flashed, and a beautiful woman appeared in the middle of the dojo.
The woman was wearing a sleeveless kimono. Her soft black hair was combed into a classic bun. Her skin was as white as snow, and her limbs were slender. However, if you looked closely, you could see that there were joints on her wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
Hongji!
The name of the woman in front of him appeared in Lin Lichuan's mind.
Hong Ji is a rare Zanpakuto that has a variety of Shikai abilities. It has both attack, defense, and control abilities. The Bankai "Guanyin Kai Hong Ji Change" can even transform the objects it touches, which is extremely powerful.
After appearing, Hongji first looked around, then looked at Lin Lichuan. She slowly curtsied with a strong classical feeling and consciously stood aside.
"Looks like he's a man of few words."
Lin Lichuan shrugged and continued to materialize his Zanpakuto.
The second one that appeared was an extremely fat man with a bare upper body and only a short blue cloth that looked like a cloak wrapped around his shoulders.
Five Forms Head, a physical Zanpakuto that directly attacked. Its Shikai ability was to transform into a meteor hammer covered with spikes. Other than its destructive power, it had no other special abilities.
"Oh, is this the real world?
I don't know how the food here tastes. Master, can I go find something to eat first? "
As soon as it appeared, the Five Forms Head patted its soft belly and looked around with its eyes wide open, trying to find food.
Lin Lichuan simply refused the Five Forms Head's request and continued to materialize the next Zanpakuto.
According to his plan, a total of 40 Zanpakuto will be materialized, plus the follow-up arrangements, it will take a long time.
Bursts of black light flashed in the dojo one after another. After each flash, a figure would appear in the same place, and occasionally two people would appear at the same time.
Half an hour later, the spacious training field had become lively.
