Dragging his tired and injured body, Fang Ping did not return to his residence. Instead, he found a hotel and checked in without alerting the hotel staff.
It was not that he wanted to take advantage of the hotel, but if he checked into the hotel the normal way, he would need to register his ID, which could easily be found out by the Liao family.
He was not a pedantic person. Desperate times call for desperate measures. At most, he would compensate the hotel later.
Opening a small leather bag on his right waist, he took out a small bottle of medicinal liquid. It was the Magic Recovery Potion he bought at the Awakened Gathering.
Unscrewing the cap, Fang Ping drank it in one gulp.
This small bottle cost 30,000 yuan. Fang Ping was heartbroken, but he had to do it. He had to restore himself to his peak state as soon as possible.
First, he killed three phase-2 hunters from the Liao family. Then, he killed a phase-3 hunter from the Liao family. If the Liao family did not seek revenge, he would not believe it.
He did not know if it was Liao Luo's idea to kill him or the Liao family's idea. But it was not important. With Liao Luo's death, the Liao family would definitely seek revenge.
As for the Yao family, he did not expect much. The Yao family would not go to war with the Liao family again to protect him.
After drinking the liquid, Fang Ping immediately felt a cooling sensation from his wounds. His wounds, which had been bleeding slightly at first, stopped bleeding very quickly.
Then, he fell into a deep sleep on the hotel bed.
…
"Liao Luo's car appeared at the scene of a battle?
Call Liao Luo and ask what happened. What? Can't get through …? "
The Liao family. When the Liao family heard the news, they called Liao Luo one after another. But they were surprised to find that Liao Luo's phone was turned off. After all, it had been melted by the fire.
Sensing that something was wrong, they sent people to the scene of the battle overnight. From the traces of battle, they discovered that one of the parties involved in the battle was Liao Luo.
There were traces of Liao Luo's battle at the scene, but they couldn't contact him. The Liao family had a bad premonition and immediately investigated Liao Luo's movements in the past few days. Naturally, the matter of Liao Luo sending people to attack Fang Ping naturally surfaced.
In the Liao family, an emergency meeting was held. There were a total of six people in the meeting.
"Liao Luo had sent 3 Stage 2 Metahumans to deal with Fang Ping, who was related to the Yao family. However, the 3 Stage 2 Metahumans were killed by Fang Ping. After receiving the news, Liao Luo took advantage of the night and left."
"Liao Luo is most likely dead. His opponent was an expert in fire, which is consistent with Fang Ping. The one who killed Liao Luo is most likely Fang Ping."
A man with many wrinkles on his face said with an ugly expression.
His name was Liao Yang. Like Liao Luo, he was also a Stage 3 Metahuman. The dangerous trap that Fang Ping, Yao Jun, and Yao Ting encountered was laid by him.
"Although their abilities match, Fang Ping's strength is not enough to be Uncle Luo's opponent."
Liao Boyun's expression was also ugly as he shook his head and said.
Fang Ping had only been an Awakened for less than a year, and he was only a Rank-2 Awakened now.
If the other party could kill a Stage 3 Metahuman, then he, who spent 5 years to become a Stage 3 Metahuman, had lived a dog's life.
"Could this be the Yao family's doing?
Although the Yao family had reached an agreement with us on the surface, they secretly plotted to assassinate Uncle Luo. "
"It shouldn't be the Yao family's doing. I've just investigated the locations of all the Stage 3 Metahumans in the Yao family and found that they all have alibis."
"But no matter what, Liao Luo's disappearance must be related to Fang Ping. If we find him, we should be able to find the truth soon."
A man with an aquiline nose said. His name was Liao Chong, and he was also a Stage 3 Metahuman.
He didn't have a good relationship with Liao Luo, and there were small conflicts between them. Even so, he didn't want anything to happen to Liao Luo. Because Liao Luo's death would weaken the overall strength of the Liao family. As a member of the Liao family, his interests would be affected.
"Use all the intelligence methods of the Liao family. We must find Fang Ping."
The head of the Liao family, Liao Huan, said with a gloomy face.
The death of every Stage 3 Metahuman was a great loss to the Liao family.
Even in the conflict with the Yao family for more than a month, only Stage 3 Metahumans were injured. Now because of a Stage 2 Metahuman, a Stage 3 Metahuman went missing. It was easy to imagine how angry he was.
The Yao family. When the Yao family heard the news, they were shocked and gloating.
"Liao Luo is most likely dead. Although I don't know how Fang Ping did it, this time Fang Ping poked the Liao family's sore spot."
Yao Jun exclaimed.
A Stage 3 Metahuman was an absolute high-level combat power in both the Yao family and the Liao family. The death of a Stage 3 Metahuman would definitely make the Liao family furious.
"I tried calling Fang Ping, but his phone was turned off."
Yao Ting said with a frown. She was worried about Fang Ping's current situation.
"It's normal. The Liao family must have used some hacking technology to locate him. That's why he turned off his phone."
Yao Jun said.
"The Liao family must be searching for Fang Ping all over the city. Didn't the family think highly of Fang Ping's potential? Can't they help Fang Ping?"
Yao Ting asked, puzzled.
"The Liao family is furious with the death of a Stage 3 Metahuman. If the Yao family protects Fang Ping now, I'm afraid they will go to war with the Liao family. The Yao family isn't ready for that yet."
Yao Jun shook his head. In his heart, he also wanted the Yao family to protect Fang Ping. Not only because of Fang Ping's potential, but also because Fang Ping had saved his life before.
However, the Yao family was a big Metahuman family. They had to think carefully before making any decision. If the Yao family stood out to protect Fang Ping now, it would definitely lead to another war with the Liao family. The Yao family wouldn't take such a big risk for Fang Ping.
He sighed and said.
"However, although the Yao family can't protect Fang Ping, they can restrain the Liao family and prevent the Liao family from using the government's power."
"If they can't use the government's power, the Liao family will have a much harder time finding Fang Ping. With Fang Ping's ability, if he wants to leave, the Liao family won't be able to stop him."
On Hean Base City's local forum, Fang Ping became famous again. Posts about Fang Ping once again occupied the forum's hot topics.
"Liao family's Stage 3 Metahuman Disappears, suspected to be Fang Ping's doing."
"Fang Ping and the Liao family's feud."
"Liao family searching for Fang Ping in the city."
"Fang Ping likely has Stage 3 combat power."
Because the body was not found, it was impossible to confirm Liao Luo's death. However, it was certain that Liao Luo's disappearance was related to Fang Ping.
Just this point alone was enough to make Hean Base City's Metahuman circle gasp in amazement.
A Stage 2 Metahuman who had been a Metahuman for less than a year was able to make a Stage 3 Metahuman who had been a Stage 3 Metahuman for many years go missing. No matter what method he used or his own combat power, it was enough to make people gasp in amazement.
After all, there was an almost insurmountable gap between a Stage 2 Metahuman and a Stage 3 Metahuman.
