"Tan Lin has a good eye!" Cao Ran sighed with emotion.
When Tan Lin had chosen to date Su Chen, he had the same thought as everyone else. He did not understand why Tan Lin would choose Su Chen.
Su Chen was too weak and had no background. He was too ordinary.
Now that he thought about it, Tan Lin had good taste.
Who would have thought that Su Chen, who looked ordinary, had hidden his strength so well?
Tan Lin smiled sweetly and looked at Su Chen affectionately.
At the same time, she was glad that Su Chen had hidden his strength. Otherwise, there would be many beauties in Tiannan colony who would be attracted to Su Chen.
She might not be able to be with Su Chen.
Su Chen rubbed his nose and suddenly thought of something. He asked, "Captain Wu, why are there so many zombies in the colony?"
Tiannan colony had high walls and tight defenses. Logically speaking, it should have been impossible for zombies to break through.
Even now, he still couldn't figure out how the Heavenly South assembly area had fallen.
"Because Jin Jiashi had turned into a zombie," Wu Yang said seriously.
"What?" Su Chen was shocked.
Jin Jiashi was not only the leader of Tiannan colony, but he was also a level 2 evolver. How could he turn into a zombie?
Wu Yang sighed and explained, "Jin Jiashi seemed to have turned into a zombie on purpose. He was nearing the end of his lifespan. If he did not turn into a zombie, he would die."
Turning into a zombie was not a bad thing. At least his lifespan was unlimited. As long as he was not killed, he could live forever.
"But turning into a zombie would make him a walking corpse. That would be worse than death. Why did he turn into a zombie?" Su Chen could not understand.
"That might not be the case."
Wu Yang took a deep breath and continued, "In the process of turning into a zombie, there is a chance that he will retain his memories and thoughts. Of course, the probability is very small."
"Does that mean that Golden File has become an intelligent zombie?" Su Chen's eyelids twitched.
Once a zombie gained intelligence, it would have the potential to become a zombie king. Slowly, it would be able to lead a large number of zombies and become a great enemy of human beings.
"That is indeed the case. At that time, I also discovered this point. Therefore, I rushed out of the Tian Nan colony and luckily escaped with my life," Wu Yang said with lingering fear.
"So that's how it is." Su Chen suddenly understood.
Jin Jian Shi was originally a Level 2 Evolver. After becoming a Level 2 Evolver, he became even more powerful.
Coupled with their intelligence, they could do whatever they wanted and stir up trouble in the Tiannan gathering place.
"Captain Wu, what should we do next?" After catching his breath, Su Chen asked.
The Tiannan colony was occupied by the Golden File and a large number of zombies. There was no way they could go back.
Without the shelter of a gathering place, it would be very dangerous if they were to encounter a large group of zombies.
"Let's go to King Kong City." Wu Yang thought for a while and replied.
King Kong City was a large gathering place. Its scale was ten times larger than Tiannan's, and its population was as high as 200,000.
Not only were there many strong people in the city, but the mayor, Huang Can, was also a powerful Level 3 Evolver.
It could be said that King Kong City was the safest gathering place in the area. Even if they were to face a zombie army led by a zombie king, they would not move.
"Why not go to Blue Ocean's gathering place?" Cao Ran asked curiously.
Although King Kong City was safe, it was further away from them. Blue Ocean's gathering place was much closer.
Su Chen also knew about Blue Ocean's gathering place. The bearded man and the other two had come from there.
