After the auction of the meteorite stones, the following items were mostly weapons and armors.
These items could be used to protect one's life and increase one's combat power. They were priceless in the eyes of others.
Therefore, they also bid wildly for them.
Su Chen was not interested in them, so he did not bid.
The auction went on vigorously for more than an hour. So far, there had not been any unsold items.
However, the Essence Fruit Tree did not appear, so Su Chen was a little anxious.
When a saber was sold, the hostess said loudly, "Next, we will auction the last item."
The finale of an auction was usually the most valuable item.
Su Chen was a little nervous. He knew that the finale was likely to be the Essence Fruit Tree.
"The last item is a spiritual plant. Although we don't know its origin, we can't deny its value."
The hostess held a brown plant and showed it to everyone present. Then, she said loudly, "After the research of many experts in our auction, this plant is a very rare spiritual plant that contains spiritual power. The fruit it bears will definitely contain rich spiritual power. It is self-evident that it will be useful for a telekinesis master."
As soon as she finished speaking, the entire auction was in an uproar.
Things that could increase one's spiritual power were almost impossible to find. They could no longer be measured by price.
It could be expected that once a telekinesis master got his hands on it, his strength would definitely soar.
Those without spiritual power talent could also use it to cultivate spiritual power.
Among the three major professions, telekinesis master's attacks were the most bizarre and the most difficult to cultivate.
If one did not have the talent, they would not be able to become a telekinesis master even if they spent their whole life.
However, now that there was a chance to become a telekinesis master in front of them, everyone would be tempted.
"What's the starting price?"
"When will the auction start?"
"Don't be long-winded. Hurry up."
Everyone was a little impatient and urged one after another.
Seeing this, an imperceptible smile flashed across the hostess's face.
This was the situation she wanted to see the most. Because everyone wanted it, the price would definitely rise to an unimaginable height.
Then, she announced, "The starting price is 1,000 energy stones. Each increment must be no less than 100."
"Hiss!"
As soon as the starting price was announced, the first floor was filled with gasps.
Those who were able to participate in the auction more or less had some wealth. However, the price of 1,000 energy stones was still too high.
More than 90% of the people present did not have such financial resources.
As for the remaining 10%, even if they were able to take out 1,000 energy stones, they would most likely be severely injured.
Therefore, although everyone was scrambling for the Essence Fruit Tree, there were very few who had the ability to bid for it.
Su Chen rubbed his nose. He felt that the starting price was still a little low. If it was raised by one or two thousand, it would definitely eliminate a lot of people.
Of course, no matter how many people bid, he was determined to get the Essence Fruit Tree.
He didn't believe that there was someone more arrogant than him among the people present.
"The auction will now begin!"
As soon as the hostess finished speaking, someone on the first floor began to bid.
"I bid 1100 energy stones!"
A middle-aged man in a grey robe raised the sign in his hand and roared.
"Guest number 120 has bid 1100 energy stones. Are there any other bidders?" The hostess inquired.
"1500 energy stones!"
On the second floor, room number 1 made a bid. Moreover, the bid directly increased by 400 energy stones.
Seeing this, the man in the grey robe gritted his teeth and was about to make a bid.
Room number 7 was the first to bid 1800 energy stones.
Seeing this price, the man in the grey robe looked dispirited and slumped down powerlessly.
