Yang Lingtian now understood what Su Chen wanted to do. At this moment, he was full of admiration for Su Chen.
It could be said that with Su Chen, the three mutant wolves, and the powerful puppet, it was very likely that they could guard the entrance of the cave.
Yang Lingtian's confidence suddenly increased, and he joined the battle with Su Chen.
As the battle continued, more and more zombies and mutant beasts died, but most of them were killed by Su Chen alone.
The number of fragments that were dropped also increased, reaching at least 30 pieces.
However, Su Chen did not have the opportunity to pick them up, which made him very eager.
"Chen Ge, the cave is ready."
Yang Hao was so tired that his forehead was full of sweat, but he did not bother to wipe it off. The moment the cave was finished, he reported to Su Chen.
Su Chen glanced back and saw that there was a cave about two meters deep and one meter high on the boulder.
"Uncle, you three guard the entrance of the cave." Su Chen ordered, and he took out a Pulse Pistol and handed it to Yang Qian.
Yang Qian was just an ordinary weak woman, and she did not have any fighting ability, but with the Pulse Pistol, she could also kill zombies, which would undoubtedly reduce a lot of pressure.
"Su Chen, you should keep it." Yang Qian did not immediately accept it.
She had seen the power of the Pulse Pistol, when Su Chen killed Liu Shirong, who was a level 1 evolutionary, with one shot.
She was very happy that Su Chen gave her such a powerful weapon.
However, she thought that Su Chen would be in danger all the time, and it would be safer to have a powerful weapon to protect himself, so she did not want it.
"Take it, I have another one in my hand." Su Chen stuffed the [Pulse Pistol] into Yang Qian's hands and took out another one.
Seeing that Su Chen really had another one, Yang Qian did not refuse.
When Yang Qian and the others entered the cave, Su Chen took out the remaining [Upgrade Gem].
He raised the level of the [Mechanical Soldier] to Level 2 and installed the only Level 2 energy core in it.
Originally, he wanted to use the [Upgrade Gem] on the [Pulse Pistol], because when the [Pulse Pistol] reached level 2, it could easily kill level 2 zombie wolves.
However, he remembered that the [Pulse Pistol] needed a level 2 energy gem, and he only had one. Even if it was upgraded, it would not be of much use, so he used it on the [Mechanical Soldier].
The [Level 2 Mechanical Soldier]'s function was actually not inferior to the [Pulse Pistol].
With his metal body, he didn't need to defend himself at all. Zombies below Level 3 were no match for him.
After upgrading the [Mechanical Soldier], Su Chen called the three mutated wolves over and ordered them, "Xiao Bai, the three of you and Xiao Tie work together to protect me."
Su Chen was ready to pick up the fragments, and it was inevitable that he would be distracted during the process, so he needed someone to protect him.
"Yes, Master."
The [Mechanical Soldier] replied loudly.
"Wuuuu."
The three mutated wolves also responded at the same time.
"Okay, let's begin."
After saying that, Su Chen began to pick up the fragments, and he grabbed the nearest purple fragment with one hand.
"Picked up [Ancient Thunder God] fragment x1, (1 | 10). Fragments not full, cannot be used."
This was the first time he had encountered this kind of 'Ancient Thunder' fragment, and he did not know what it was used for.
Without thinking too much, he continued to grab the second fragment.
"Picked up [Doomsday Mall] fragment x1, (5 | 10). Fragments not full, cannot be used."
The third fragment.
"Picked up [Exploding Fruit] fragment x1, (1 | 1). Fragments full, can be used."
When he said 'use,' a palm-sized seed appeared in Su Chen's hand.
He had seen a lot of things like seeds and did not pay much attention to them at first.
However, when he received the feedback, he suddenly moved.
