In a huge training field in the Wu house, Ye Xingchen was instructing Lin Yanyu, Ye Linger, and the other girls to improve their cultivation.
During this period of time, the Stellar Society had grown stronger and had abundant resources. Many of the members in the society had also improved their cultivation bases.
Of course, Lin Yanyu and Ye Linger had benefited the most. Their cultivation had broken through two levels and reached the sixth level of the Transcendence Realm.
In the past half a month, Ye Xingchen had been training everyone's cultivation and increasing their battle experience.
Lin Yanyu and Ye Linger had improved the fastest. In terms of battle power, they could enter the top 200 of the Earth List. Mo Yunxue and Mo Yunxi were second. Their cultivation had broken through to the fourth level of the Transcendence Realm and their battle power could enter the Earth List.
In a flash, the sun rose and the moon set. Soon, half a month had passed. There were only three months left until the Martial House Grand Competition.
The cultivation atmosphere in the Wu house was lively. Many disciples were cultivating hard in preparation for the competition.
However, a few days later, a piece of news shocked all the disciples. Many elders came out of seclusion.
"What? A demonic tree was found in the Great Wild Forest. It devours the blood of living beings and grows very quickly. Hundreds of warriors have been killed."
"A deacon from the Wu house went over but couldn't stop the demonic tree. It escaped into the depths of the Great Wild Forest."
"Wind Moon Pavilion, Barbarian King Sect, Mystic Spirit Sect, Pill King Valley, and other forces have all sent experts into the forest to search."
"Latest news. A Lesser Celestial Realm expert was ambushed by the demonic tree in the Great Wild Forest. All his blood and meridians were sucked dry."
Information appeared on the Wu house's jade disc in the virtual world. Many disciples were discussing it. Some disciples even went to the Great Wild Forest and found traces of the demonic tree. They used the virtual jade disc's recording function to record images of the demonic tree from afar.
More and more warriors participated in the discussion. The atmosphere became more and more lively.
"An expert recognized the demonic tree. It's one of the three great demonic trees of the Absolute Beginning Realm, the Demonic Blood Tree." One day, a message appeared on the virtual jade disc.
The Blood Demon Tree was one of the three great demon trees of the Absolute Beginning Realm. It lived on blood and was a wondrous tree.
The magical thing about it was that as long as it swallowed a large amount of blood and bloodline power, it could condense a Blood Yuan Fruit. This kind of fruit could not only help a martial artist break through to the next realm, but most importantly, it could increase the purity of one's bloodline.
A First Grade Human Realm warrior could upgrade his bloodline to Second Grade or even Third Grade after taking a Blood Yuan Fruit. This was the most precious part of the Blood Yuan Fruit, which made many warriors crazy.
The news of the Blood Demon Tree appearing in the Great Wild Forest spread throughout the entire Great Cosmological Abyss. Immediately, a large number of martial artists flocked to the Great Wild Forest in search of it.
However, they had forgotten that the Blood Demon Tree was called the Demon Tree because it devoured the blood and bloodline power of living beings and became stronger and stronger.
In the beginning, the Blood Demon Tree's strength was probably only at the low-level of the Transcendence Realm. However, over a period of time, it devoured a large amount of blood and even used a fierce beast to kill a Lesser Celestial Realm powerhouse. After devouring his blood and bloodline power, its strength suddenly increased and reached the high-level of the Transcendence Realm.
There were many fierce beasts living in the Great Wild Forest. Due to the influx of many warriors, the fierce beasts went berserk. The king of the fierce beasts that was not weak launched a fierce beast tide, causing blood to flow like a river in the Great Wild Forest. Thus, the Blood Demon Tree grew and reached the peak of the Transcendence Realm.
There was a huge threshold for the Transcendence Realm to enter the Third Realm of the Empyrean Realm. Even though the Blood Demon Tree was a wondrous tree, it could not break through this limit in a short period of time.
There was a guest in the Star Cave Abode that Ye Xingchen lived in today. It was the President of the Flower Moon Club, Hua Yueying.
Hua Yueying was dressed in white. She had a beautiful appearance and a pair of eyes that were like the bright moon in the sky, untainted by the mortal world.
Her arrival surprised Ye Xingchen.
"Junior Brother Ye, you don't seem to welcome me when you see me!" Hua Yueying said with a faint smile.
"Senior Sister Hua, you're mistaken," Ye Xingchen said.
"Is that so?" Hua Yueying smiled faintly and did not pursue the matter.
"Senior Sister Hua, I wonder why you're looking for me today?" Ye Xingchen went straight to the point.
"Blood Demon Tree!" Hua Yueying spat out these three words, which surprised Ye Xingchen.
He had heard about the Blood Demon Tree incident during his daily cultivation. Although this wondrous tree was full of demonic nature, its fruit could enhance the level of one's bloodline. This alone was enough to make many forces in the Great Cosmological Abyss crazy.
If a force had a Blood Demon Tree, it would definitely be able to develop and become a force on the same level as the Tianzong Dynasty in the future.
Ye Xingchen could imagine that the martial artists in the outside world would go crazy and search for traces of the Blood Demon Tree in the Great Wild Forest.
"The Blood Demon Tree has appeared for more than half a month. Although many cultivators have found traces of it, they have not been able to capture it. However, someone found traces of the Blood Demon Tree yesterday. Furthermore, they saw the fruits on the tree. They were mostly scarlet and close to ripening.
"Of course, the most important thing is that the Wind Moon Pavilion, the Wu house, the Barbarian King Sect, the Blackwater dynasty, the Demon Sect, and other forces have joined forces to set up a huge Spirit Array in the Great Wild Forest to trap the Blood Demon Tree in a specific area."
"These forces are actually cooperating with the Demon Sect?" Ye Xingchen was surprised.
"What's so strange about being driven by profit?" Hua Yueying smiled.
Ye Xingchen agreed with what she said. In the world of martial artists, the most important thing was profit. Now that everyone's goal was the Blood Demon Tree, they temporarily put aside their grudges against the Demon Sect.
After all, the Demon Sect, which was hidden in the dark, needed people to be careful. It was better to let it be in the real world so that they could monitor it openly.
"The trapping of the Blood Demon Tree has nothing to do with us!" Ye Xingchen said.
"The Blood Demon Tree has nothing to do with us disciples, but there are many forces trapping it. If we fall out because of the Demon Tree and start a war, the gains will not make up for the losses. Therefore, some people have suggested letting the young generation of these forces enter the area where the Blood Demon Tree is trapped and obtain the Blood Yuan Fruits based on their own abilities. As for the Blood Demon Tree, many forces need to negotiate and reach a compromise," Hua Yueying said.
"I came to find you today to discuss the matter of cooperation. Our two gangs will join forces and enter the area of the Blood Demon Tree. We will support and cooperate with each other. We will split the Blood Yuan Fruits equally."
Ye Xingchen thought for a while and agreed to Hua Yueying's request. It was not wise to gather the strongest of the young generation in the area of the Blood Demon Tree and fight alone.
Moreover, the Flower Moon Club was much stronger than the Star Club. He would not be at a disadvantage if he cooperated with them.
A day later, the Elder of the Wu house issued a task, and each gang was the unit to register.
In Ye Xingchen's gang, the strongest were Lin Yanyu, Ye Linger, Mo Yunxue, and Mo Yunxi. He would definitely bring Lin Yanyu and Ye Linger to the area of the Blood Demon Tree, while Mo Yunxi and Mo Yunxue would stay behind to maintain the gang's operations and expand it.
When Ye Xingchen and the other two arrived at the gang's gathering place, there were already many people there.
