These people of the Fire Demon Clan seemed to be hostile to Ye Chen and Tian Xiuer.
This was something that Ye Chen could clearly feel.
"Senior, what kind of existence is the Fire Demon Clan?" Ye Chen was expressionless as he quietly contacted Luo Tianjun.
There was no information about the Fire Demon Clan in the information given to Ye Chen by the Star World Ancestor.
Luo Tianjun seemed to be very surprised and explained, "Ye Chen, the Fire Demon Clan has a great background. You should know that the martial artists of the Celestial Continent, including many Celestials, are all outsiders who came to the Celestial Continent from other illusory worlds. Before the first Celestial came to the Celestial Continent, there were actually indigenous life forms on the Celestial Continent. These life forms were the Fire Demon Clan and four other clans similar to the Fire Demon Clan.
"But unfortunately, the living space of the Celestial Continent is only so big. As more and more martial artists came to the Celestial Continent, conflicts naturally broke out between the Celestials and these indigenous life forms. In the end, these indigenous life forms were slaughtered to the last. Many martial artists came out of the illusory worlds and occupied the original territories of these indigenous life forms.
"It can be said that the Fire Demon Clan was destroyed by us martial artists, so these Fire Demon Clan martial artists in front of you are so hostile to you."
Ye Chen was stunned when he heard this.
No wonder these Fire Demon Clan clansmen were so hateful when they saw an outsider like him.
Under the great hatred of the extermination of their clan, these people of the Fire Demon Clan did not directly kill Ye Chen and Tian Xiuer because of their young master, Mu Fei.
However, Ye Chen was quite surprised that Mu Fei was the young master of the Fire Demon Clan.
He had long guessed that Mu Fei's identity was not ordinary. Otherwise, the Mu Family Ancestor would not have spent so much effort on Mu Fei.
But he did not expect Mu Fei to be the descendant of the indigenous life forms of the Celestial Continent.
The Mu Family Ancestor had obviously used some means to kidnap a princess of the Fire Demon Clan and then had intercourse with her to give birth to Mu Fei.
This Mu Clan's ancestor clearly did not treat Mu Fei as his son, but as some kind of tool.
Of course, none of this was important to Ye Chen. What was important was Ye Chen's current situation.
The members of the Fire Demon Clan clearly did not intend to let Ye Chen and Tian Xiu 'er leave. Therefore, some of them had secretly moved to surround Ye Chen and Tian Xiu' er.
Judging from the strength displayed by the experts of the Fire Demon Clan, if they attacked Ye Chen and Tian Xiuer, Ye Chen and Tian Xiuer would not be able to escape at all.
"Everyone, these two are my master and good friend. No matter what, you cannot harm them. Otherwise, I would rather commit suicide than return to the Fire Demon clan with you," Mu Fei looked at the surrounding clansmen and said coldly.
He had grown up in the Mu Clan. Apart from Mu Yan who was somewhat loyal to him, everyone else was very cold to him. Even his father and two brothers were the same.
Only when Ye Chen and Tian Xiuer appeared did he experience the warmth of family.
Therefore, at this moment, he was protecting Ye Chen and Tian Xiuer like this.
The clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan clearly did not approve of Mu Fei's attitude at all. They tried their best to persuade Mu Fei to change his mindset.
However, the result left them speechless.
Mu Fei would rather die than allow the clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan to harm Ye Chen and Tian Xiuer.
"The young master was raised by these foreign race cultivators after all. It's normal for him to have some feelings for them. We can slowly change his mindset in the future."
"But what about these two? The young master wants us to let them go. I'm worried. If they live, the young master will think of a way to contact them in the future. Once they have other thoughts about the young master, it'll be very easy for them to harm the young master."
"Then bring them to our clan's land and imprison them there. Even if they want to harm the young master, they won't be able to do so."
… …
The clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan seemed to have come to a decision after a short discussion. They took Ye Chen and the others and left together.
Although Mu Fei protested several times, the clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan were not willing to back down at all.
Mu Fei knew that the clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan were of the same race as his mother.
However, this was the first time he saw the clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan. Seeing that they were not willing to back down, he immediately felt somewhat helpless.
Instead, it was Ye Chen who was much calmer at this moment.
His mental state was much stronger than Mu Fei and Tian Xiuer's. He naturally would not panic because of the problem before him.
Indeed, it was definitely not a good thing to be captured by the clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan.
However, at this moment, Ye Chen had no other choice. He did not even have the thought of resisting.
The clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan had appeared suddenly and scared off experts like Luo Feng. It could be seen how strong they were. If Ye Chen forcibly resisted them and angered them, they would probably attack Ye Chen and Tian Xiuer even if Mu Fei mediated in the middle.
Ye Chen was well aware of the grudges and conflicts between different races.
In the Hidden Dragon World, the Human Race, the Beast Race, and the Sea Race did not have the enmity of exterminating each other.
Moreover, the Fire Demon Clan had the enmity of exterminating foreign race cultivators.
"Mu Fei, don't worry about the two of us. I also want to see what kind of existence the Fire Demon Clan is." Ye Chen patted Mu Fei's shoulder and comforted him softly.
At this moment, both Mu Fei and Tian Xiuer were extremely nervous.
They gradually calmed down after Ye Chen comforted them.
"Humph, you are a foreign race cultivator. You must have bad intentions to target the young master of the Fire Demon Clan … come with us."
A clansman of the Fire Demon Clan snorted coldly at Ye Chen and immediately threw out a ball of fire.
Enveloped by this ball of fire, Ye Chen's group of three actually rose into the air and flew into the distance.
On the Celestial Continent, only true Celestials could fly unless they borrowed the power of a flying boat.
However, at this moment, these clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan were not Celestials but could rely on their own strength to fly.
"Spirit life forms seem to have a great advantage on the Celestial Continent," Ye Chen thought to himself as he observed the clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan.
In terms of cultivation, spirit life forms actually did not have an advantage.
Their physical bodies were made up of some kind of spirit energy. This led to their comprehension of laws and ultimate power being interfered with by the energy of their main body, which greatly reduced their cultivation efficiency.
This was also the main reason why most of the spirit life forms in various worlds had declined and even became the vassals of other cultivators.
However, on the Celestial Continent, these spirit life forms had many advantages over ordinary cultivators in all aspects.
Their spirit bodies caused them to not be affected by the unique aura of the Celestial Continent at all.
