Above a continuous forest in the Tianren Continent.
Two slender and beautiful girls each had a pair of wings on their backs as they floated in the air.
"That Blue Wave White Mouse escaped so quickly. I don't believe that it can keep running away."
One of the girls pouted in dissatisfaction. She took out a round fan and waved it gently. Immediately, a large amount of flames appeared on the round fan and burned downward.
In almost an instant, the continuous forest below was in a sea of fire.
The two girls stared at the sea of fire below and looked carefully for a moment, but found nothing. They could only turn to the side with gloomy faces and search elsewhere.
Without the two of them controlling the flames, the flames burning in the forest below quickly began to extinguish.
Some of the trees that had been burned by the flames quickly grew again after the flames were extinguished.
The plants of the Tianren Continent still maintained this unconventional eternity.
The surrounding flames had gradually shrunk and even disappeared.
In the end, there was only a small ball of flame left.
Just as the ball of flame was about to be completely extinguished, a scene suddenly appeared.
Within the ball of flame, two figures that could only be regarded as two black dots suddenly emerged from the flames.
The two black figures quickly grew larger and turned into the figures of Ye Chen and Tian Xiu Er.
"We've escaped! Big brother Ye, we've escaped from the Fire Demon Clan's territory!" Tian Xiu 'er immediately cried out in excitement after glancing around.
They had just experienced a life and death ordeal, but they were still able to escape. This indeed made her feel inexplicably excited.
Ye Chen stood to the side with a smile on his face. He was also quite excited.
However, Ye Chen's attention at the moment was more focused on the ball of flame suspended in his hand.
This ball of flame was the key to his escape with Tian Xiu Er this time. It seemed to be called the Torch Flame Kindling by the Fire Demon Clan.
Not only Ye Chen, but even Luo Tianjun did not recognize it at all.
However, the ability that it had just displayed was very astonishing.
"I'm afraid that this item is a great treasure even in the Fire Demon Clan. Mufei actually gave it to me. I hope he won't be implicated." Ye Chen stared at the Torch Kindling in his hand and said inwardly.
At the side, Tian Xiu Er was excited for a moment, but her face suddenly dimmed a little. She said, "Big Brother Ye, when did Mufei hand this ball of flame to you?
Why didn't I notice it at all? "
"It was when he came to say goodbye to us." Ye Chen grinned and said.
At that time, Mufei had secretly used a secret technique to quietly place this ball of Torch Flame Kindling on Ye Chen's body.
Even Ye Chen was quite surprised by this ability.
Fortunately, the ability displayed by this Torch Flame Kindling was indeed astonishing. Ye Chen and Tian Xiuer were able to escape with the help of this item.
With the Torch Flame kindling in his hand, Ye Chen actually possessed some of the special abilities that only Fire Demon experts possessed.
For example, the ability that they had used to escape was the Fire Demon Escape Technique.
This escape technique was quite magical. As long as there was fire, one could instantly teleport to a place.
In the Tianren Continent, having such an escape technique was simply invincible.
"I still have to keep this Torch Flame Kindling well. If there is a chance in the future, I will return it to Mufei."
Ye Chen stared at the flame in his hand for a moment. Just as he was about to put it away, an unforeseen event occurred.
A scorching feeling appeared in Ye Chen's body.
The Fire and Ice Spirit that had been lurking in his body suddenly reacted to the Torch Flame Kindling in Ye Chen's hand.
The Torch Flame Kindling in Ye Chen's hand also seemed to be stimulated by the Fire and Ice Spirit. It suddenly expanded and turned into a huge fireball, enveloping Ye Chen in it.
"What's going on?"
Ye Chen's expression changed greatly, but he could not control the Torch Flame Kindling at all. He could only watch as the Torch Flame Kindling erupted with great power and enveloped him.
These flames burned on Ye Chen's body for a moment and then began to seep into Ye Chen's body, as if to completely merge with Ye Chen's body.
"Torch Flame Inextinguishable, Spiritual Inheritance."
An extremely unique consciousness suddenly appeared in Ye Chen's mind.
This consciousness seemed to be the consciousness contained in the Torch Flame Kindling.
As this consciousness continued to invade Ye Chen's body, a helpless and somewhat worried expression appeared on Ye Chen's face.
Now Ye Chen understood the position of this Torch Flame Kindling in the Fire Demon Clan.
The so-called Torch Flame Kindling was the foundation of the Fire Demon Clan's inheritance.
The clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan were all spiritual life forms. Therefore, even if all of their clansmen died, as long as there was still fire in the world, they would be reborn one day.
After being reborn, as long as they could find the Torch Flame Kindling, the inheritance contained in the Torch Flame Kindling would automatically merge with these clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan.
Moreover, the Torch Flame Kindling would also turn into the origin of fire and merge with these spiritual life forms, greatly increasing their strength.
To the clansmen of the Fire Demon Clan, these Torch Flame Kindling were absolutely important things.
Now that Ye Chen had obtained such a Torch Flame Kindling, if he could withstand the burning of the Torch Flame Kindling, he would most likely be able to obtain great benefits from it.
However, for a foreign race martialist like Ye Chen, this Torch Flame Kindling was not suitable to be directly absorbed into the body.
The Torch Flame Kindling was condensed from a very different kind of ultimate flame power.
This kind of power was definitely on par with ultimate strength. If a Fire Demon Clan martialist wanted to become a Celestial, they had to master this Torch Flame Kindling.
Ye Chen was not even a Celestial yet. If he was just an ordinary martialist, it would be fine if he suddenly absorbed such a power into his body. Although the impact was great, there was still a way to save him.
However, at this moment, after the Torch Flame Kindling entered Ye Chen's body, it immediately began to merge with his physical body.
The appearance of such a powerful force naturally caused Ye Chen to reject the ultimate power of the mind that he had comprehended.
The power of the Torch Flame Kindling and the ultimate power of the mind that Ye Chen had comprehended actually used Ye Chen's body as a battlefield and fought against each other.
Even Luo Tianjun, who had been hiding beside Ye Chen, could not bear it at this moment and directly separated himself from Ye Chen's body.
Tian Xiu 'er's expression changed drastically.
This was because Ye Chen's current situation was extremely shocking. His entire body was shrouded in flames as if he was being roasted by a raging inferno.
What was even more shocking was that Ye Chen's quasi-celestial aura was rapidly disappearing under the scorching heat of these raging flames. It was as if he had become an extremely ordinary person.
This change was clearly because the Torch Flame Kindling in Ye Chen's body was fiercely clashing with the ultimate power of the mind.
"He actually absorbed two ultimate powers at once. Ye Chen is in trouble this time."
Luo Tianjun revealed his true form and stood beside Ye Chen. His face was full of worry as he looked at Ye Chen's body shrouded in flames.
As a veteran Celestial, Luo Tianjun was the clearest about Ye Chen's current situation.
