"We don't have much time left. I will now briefly explain to the adventurers how to proceed with the Expedition Mission," Balsa continued as he glanced at the slightly restless crowd below him.
"If you walk seven kilometers north from Bugra, adventurers, you will be able to reach the Prague Fortress.
Prague Fortress is an important place to stop the invasion of the Mutated Tribes.
Once you leave Prague Fortress and continue north, you will be able to embark on the World Path! "
"The World Path?"
Hearing Balsa's words, someone couldn't help but ask.
"That's right.
This World Path is a path that leads directly to the World Sea. However, this path is not safe. If you want to reach the World Sea, you will have to pass by the side of the Beast Tribe. After passing by the Beast Tribe, you will have to pass by the Elf Tribe and the Blood Tribe.
Although you will only pass by the side of these three tribes on the World Path, it is already within the territory of these three tribes. If you pass by there, there is a high possibility that you will be attacked by these three tribes.
It is also because of this reason that very few humans have gone to the World Sea in the past ten years. "
"World Sea? What is that place?
What is there? "The players present were quite curious about the World Sea. Someone couldn't help but ask.
"In the eyes of us natives, it is just a beautiful sea. However, it is said that what we natives see is not the real World Sea. The real World Sea can only be seen by you adventurers.
Therefore, I am unable to answer your question, "Balsa said calmly.
"Then if we reach the World Sea, what do we do next?" When everyone heard this, they couldn't help but feel even more curious.
"I am not too sure about the details. The only thing I know is that after you reach the World Sea, there will be some hints. Then, as long as you find the God's Relic, you will be able to stop the monsters from attacking the city."
God's Relic!
When they heard this, many of the players present couldn't help but feel refreshed!
Not to mention the reward for the mission, just the name of this place alone was enough to make people feel that it was amazing!
"This is all I can tell you. Whether or not the Expedition Mission will be successful depends on the efforts of the adventurers.
The adventurers here have all performed well in the assessment. In order to ensure the success of the Expedition Mission, Prague City will provide great support to you.
Next, the adventurers can enter the room in front according to the order of passing the assessment. We will provide you with equipment and items that meet your requirements as support. If the expedition mission is completed, you will also receive a huge reward according to your performance in the expedition mission.
Lastly, I would like to remind all the adventurers. If you need something that we do not have, we will not provide it. "
Balsa said at last.
When everyone heard this, they couldn't help but be surprised.
........ if they completed the Expedition Mission, the rewards...................
Many of the people present were looking forward to the rewards of the expedition mission.
Fortunately, Balsa's final words reminded the players present that if they were to ask for too much, they might not be able to obtain anything. Hence, everyone present began to think about how to obtain the most valuable support.
After Balsa finished speaking, he began to let the players who passed the assessment go in to receive the resources. Chen Mo arrived late. He waited in the room for half an hour before it was his turn.
"Adventurer, what do you need from us?"
Chen Mo followed a servant into a room that seemed to be a large storage room. The one who spoke was Balsa. Behind Balsa was a row of storage cabinets.
"I want something that can quickly increase the favorability of the Legendary mount."
Chen Mo had already thought of what he wanted. It was not that he didn't lack equipment or skills, but it was unlikely that Prague could provide him with equipment or skills that he was interested in. Therefore, Chen Mo planned to ask for something that could increase the favorability of the Black Phoenix.
He had obtained dozens of Chaos Crystals, but he had already used half of them on the Black Phoenix. If he wanted to increase the favorability of the Black Phoenix to over 90 points, he would need to use up a lot of Chaos Crystals.
Chaos Crystals could only be found in the historical ruins of the Third City. Aside from that, it was almost impossible to find them. They were practically extinct, so Chen Mo tried his best to avoid using them.
"Legendary mount?
Which Legendary mount? "Balsa's eyes lit up as he asked.
"Black Phoenix."
"Black Phoenix … Legendary mounts are too proud. It is indeed difficult to increase their favorability towards humans. Anything that can increase their favorability is very precious. However, we can still help you a little." Balsa said after thinking for a while.
He waved his hand and a person who looked like a butler walked over. Balsa whispered a few words to the butler. The butler nodded and walked towards the rows of cabinets at the back.
"Earthfire Crystal. It is a fire elemental crystal formed after an underground volcano failed to erupt. The Black Phoenix should like it. However, I am not sure how much it can increase its favorability. I hope it can help you."
The butler quickly returned with a box. Balsa opened it and confirmed it before passing it to Chen Mo.
System Notification: You have received 10 Earthfire Crystals!
Earthfire Crystal: A fire elemental crystal formed from the underground lava. It contains a special fire element.
"Thank you." Chen Mo hurriedly thanked him.
The Black Phoenix was very picky. Chen Mo was already prepared to get nothing. He didn't expect Prague to be the largest city of the human race. Not only did it have something that could increase the favorability of the Black Phoenix, it even gave him ten at once.
Ten Earthfire Crystals. Even if the effect was not as good as the Chaos Crystal, it should be able to increase the favorability of the Black Phoenix.
"Respected adventurer, the expedition is about to begin. Please go back and make your preparations. We will meet at the main gate of Prague," the servant respectfully reminded Chen Mo as he sent Chen Mo out.
"Alright, I understand." Chen Mo nodded.
He had made all the necessary preparations, so Chen Mo did not stay any longer. He went straight to the main gate of Prague.
Chen Mo originally wanted to bid farewell to You Ji. However, he felt that it was not a good idea to visit You Ji too often, so he gave up on that idea after some thought.
A large number of players had gathered at the main gate of Prague.
The number of players summoned by Balsa was only around 300, while the number of players gathered at the entrance numbered around 7,000 to 8,000.
These players were all above Level 50, and they were all players who had passed the test.
When the players gathered here, there would be NPCs coming out from Prague to lead them through the Prague Stronghold and onto the World Path.
Chen Mo waited near the main gate for almost two hours. During these two hours, more and more players arrived. In the end, the number of players exceeded 10,000.
These 10,000 players were the highest level players in the game. Although Balsa had roughly explained the process of the expedition, Chen Mo had no idea how difficult the expedition would be.
"Let's go!"
After a while, a group of Silver Armoured Guards riding on White Horses shouted and led the tens of thousands of players out of Prague. They majestically walked towards the North Stronghold of Prague.
The Stronghold was less than 10,000 meters away from Prague. In less than half an hour, the group arrived in front of a tall stone Stronghold.
Just like Prague, this Stronghold was made of huge stones. It was built in a canyon between two mountains. It was a strategic location that was easy to defend but hard to attack. If one wanted to break into the Stronghold, they might not be able to do so even if they paid a huge price.
The canyon was very long. The 10,000 players slowly walked in the canyon for more than 10 minutes before they reached the other side of the Stronghold.
With the guards leading the way, the 10,000 players smoothly walked out of the Stronghold.
After leaving the Stronghold, the field of vision in front of everyone suddenly widened.
In front of them was a boundless desert. At a glance, they could see some short and malnourished shrubs growing in the desert.
Other than that, there were also many huge wild monsters.
"The monsters outside of the Stronghold are very powerful. You must not provoke them. Otherwise, you will suffer heavy casualties before you reach the World Sea!
Also, this is a rough map to the World Sea. You can follow this map to reach the World Sea. "
A group of guards carried a few boxes out of the Stronghold and gave each of the 10,000 players a simple map.
Chen Mo took a look and saw that the map was very simple.
There were a few points marked on the map. One of them was Prague. The other points were the Beastmen, the Elves, the Blood Breeds, and the World Sea.
A crooked road was drawn between the World Sea and Prague. It was marked with the World Path.
"Alright, adventurers, please be careful on your way. You must pay attention to your safety and complete the expedition mission!"
The guard shouted again and turned to return to the Stronghold.
"We don't have much time. Let's go."
Someone took the lead and walked forward. The 10,000 players began to march forward in a mighty manner.
Chen Mo blended into the crowd and looked around to see if there was anyone he knew.
This journey would inevitably take a few days. It would be best if he could find someone to chat with to pass the time. Otherwise, even he would feel bored if he kept walking like this.
However, Chen Mo knew that as long as he familiarized himself with the situation, he might leave the group alone and ride the Black Phoenix directly to the World Sea!
However, they had just left the Stronghold and arrived at a completely unfamiliar place. They had not even stepped on the World Path. Chen Mo was not in a hurry to leave the group.
"There seems to be some monsters in front of us. They are blocking our way!"
Chen Mo did not walk at the front of the group. However, not long after the group moved forward, they suddenly slowed down. A message came.
