"We don't know how many people the orcs will send out, but we've heard that they'll use some special methods, so all adventurers, please be careful.
Next, we'll be handing out merit missions. All adventurers, please line up to receive your missions! "
You Ji and the other twenty or so NPCs split up and started handing out missions to the ten thousand or so players.
The players consciously walked up to an NPC and queued up. Among the 20-plus NPCs, You Ji was undoubtedly the most attractive. However, the players here only took a few more glances at her. They did not insist on queuing up in front of You Ji's party. After all, You Ji's party had the most players.
However, in order to find out what was going on, Chen Mo naturally went to You Ji's group.
Accepting a mission was a simple matter. Ten minutes later, it was Chen Mo's turn.
"You didn't come here just to give us missions, right?
What are you planning to do in the orcs' territory? "
Although You Ji hadn't said a word, Chen Mo could faintly sense that You Ji and the others were heading to the orcs' territory!
"We've received reports from orcs that there's an old shaman who's highly respected among the orcs in charge of attacking you adventurers.
We plan to assassinate the old shaman. Apart from ensuring your safety, it'll also be a great blow to the orcs' morale. "
You Ji thought for a moment and quickly gave a concise answer.
"Isn't that very dangerous?"
Chen Mo didn't need to think to know that there would be many people protecting the old shaman. You Ji's group only had twenty or so people. No matter how strong they were, assassinating the old shaman under heavy protection was an extremely dangerous matter.
"No, it's said that this is a last-minute operation. The location is at the outermost perimeter of the orcs' territory, so the security won't be very tight. If we miss this opportunity, we won't have another one like this." You Ji shook her head.
"That's all. Don't say anymore, or it'll arouse suspicion." You Ji continued.
Seeing that the people behind him were getting impatient, Chen Mo could only say, "Be careful. If something goes wrong, you have to run."
"That despicable bastard!"
Chen Mo accepted the mission and turned to leave. Little did he know that Dounis was already suspicious of him and You Ji. Seeing that he said something to You Ji, Dounis gritted his teeth and snorted.
"Fellow adventurers, please be careful of the orcs' attack!"
After issuing the mission, You Ji and Dounis left some instructions and retreated with the team.
But after they left the players' field of vision, they turned around and headed straight for the orcs' territory.
"Everyone, be careful. Since the NPC specifically came to warn us, the ambush might be very powerful. Don't get killed!"
The group began to move again, and someone shouted loudly.
"Haha, if they dare come, then they won't return!"
Some of the players laughed, their voices were filled with confidence.
"Be's's't's's's't's
After coming out of the fortress, the sandy ground gradually changed.
. of plants, plants, there, there, there, there, a ''t't't't.
You, in't...... t, You...., You, You ''t't's't'....
. "The players were on their guard when they saw the forest.
These shrubbery were neither too big nor too small. However, if one wanted to hide in them, they could hide quite a few players. It was very suitable for Orc players to hide in these shrubbery and attack Human players.
They were undoubtedly near the orcs' territory. Worried that they would be attacked, the team slowed down.
However, after moving in the forest for almost an hour, the 10,000 players did not see anything out of the ordinary except for a few monsters.
"Could the NPC's' information be wrong?"
Many of them could not help but wonder.
The World Path only passed through the orcs' territory. It did not pass through the orcs' territory, so it would take them at most three hours to walk out of the orcs' territory.
Now that an hour had passed and the orcs still had not attacked, they only needed to walk for another two hours to pass through the orcs' territory.
Before they came, although the NPC did not say it clearly, the players knew that the orcs' territory was the hardest to pass. The Elves and Blood Breeds, after them, although sounded more powerful, the conflict between these two races and the human race was not too intense. They might not even be attacked by the Elves and Blood Breeds.
After being on guard for an hour, many of the players could not help but relax.
Boom!!!
Tens of thousands of players walked forward for a few more minutes. At this time, a large wave of powerful magic attacks suddenly burst out from the bushes that they passed by!
"A guild-sized Forbidden Spell!"
"There are at least five of them. Hide!"
The attacks were overwhelming. The weather changed. The entire sky was covered by skills of various colors. Many of the players looked up at the sky and cried out in alarm.
Forbidden Spells were not new in the game. Two to three months ago, the players in the game had come into contact with many Forbidden Spells. Hence, the experts here were no strangers to Forbidden Spells.
However, even in the face of Forbidden Spells, the majority of the experts here were not afraid.
After all, in the early stages of the game, a Forbidden Spell could deal twenty to thirty thousand damage. However, the damage of a Forbidden Spell was not enough to threaten the safety of the players at their current level and equipment. As long as they did not take all of the damage from the Forbidden Spell, their lives would not be in danger. Even if they took all of the damage, they would not be in danger.
However, guild Forbidden Spells were different. The damage of a guild Forbidden Spell was extremely significant. In the human region of the China Region, only a few small guilds that were not famous had guild Forbidden Spells.
Just like its name, a Guild Forbidden Spell was a Forbidden Spell that could only be cast by a single guild.
A guild's Forbidden Spell required a dozen to dozens of Mages from the same guild to cast it together. Moreover, every time the Forbidden Spell was cast, it would consume a chance to use the Forbidden Spell. In order to obtain a chance to use a guild's Forbidden Spell, one had to complete a large number of guild quests.
Hence, the power of a guild Forbidden Spell could be imagined.
On the China Region's human forums, there were two videos of guild Forbidden Spells. One of the weaker guild Forbidden Spells dealt over fifty thousand damage, while the stronger guild Forbidden Spell dealt seventy to eighty thousand damage.
If it were not for the fact that it was difficult to obtain the number of times a Forbidden Spell could be cast, the first few guilds to obtain a Forbidden Spell would have become one of the strongest guilds in the China Region.
It had not been long since the guild Forbidden Spell had appeared, so not everyone here knew about it. However, when they saw the change in the faces of others, they reminded them that if they did not know the difference between life and death, then they deserved to die.
Without any thought of defending themselves, the 10,000 plus players scattered in all directions under the onslaught of the Orc Race players.
Chen Mo was no exception. Although he had the Eternal Bracelet and was not afraid of being insta-killed, and he also had the Spatial Phantom skill to dodge, he did not want to be hit by a Forbidden Spell.
The Eternal Bracelet could only save his life once a day, so he could not waste this opportunity.
However, the appearance of the guild Forbidden Spell made the experts present feel that something was wrong.
There were so many human players in the China Region, but there were less than five guild Forbidden Spells. Yet, five guild Forbidden Spells had appeared all of a sudden!
If that was the case, wouldn't the strength of the Orc Race players be higher than the human players?
All along, the human players had thought that there were not many players from other races other than the human race. However, from the number of Forbidden Spells that they had seen, this assumption was clearly wrong.
The range of a guild Forbidden Spell was very large, and when the five guild Forbidden Spells were cast together, the range was even larger. More than half of the ten thousand players were enveloped by the Forbidden Spell.
"Damn it, if they did not ambush us in the bushes, they would not even have the chance to cast their Forbidden Spells!"
Some of the players said hatefully as they fled.
The power of a guild Forbidden Spell was frightening, but it also required a long time to cast it. It was very difficult to cast a Forbidden Spell when both sides were fighting head-on.
But no matter what, the five guild Forbidden Spells gathered in the air for a moment before they came crashing down!
Boom boom boom!!
Thick black lightning, biting cold wind blades, scorching rain of fire, cumbersome giant rocks, and howling cold wind!
The five guild Forbidden Spells were cast, and in an instant, the sky darkened!
The players who were within the range of the five guild Forbidden Spells felt as if they had fallen into hell. The cries of ghosts and the cries of gods all around them were terrifying.
However, they did not last long within the range of the guild Forbidden Spells. They were instantly killed by the guild Forbidden Spells!
In an instant, countless white lights of death flashed. The players who managed to escape looked at their human companions dying in a frenzy, and their faces changed drastically.
Although they knew that the Orc Race players would come to attack them, no one expected that the Orc Race players would directly cast five guild Forbidden Spells!
If there were only one or two guild Forbidden Spells, the range of escape for the players would be much larger, and the number of people that the guild Forbidden Spells could kill was limited.
However, when the five guild Forbidden Spells were cast together, the range of the Forbidden Spells was ridiculously large. The players in the center of the Forbidden Spells had no chance of escaping at all.
"At least two to three thousand people have died!"
The number of players who participated in the expedition was around twelve to thirteen. In the past few hours, they had fought seventeen to eighteen rounds with the monsters, and their losses were only slightly more than a hundred people.
As for the Orc Race players' attack, they did not even know what the attackers looked like. The number of human players who had been killed had already reached a terrifying two to three thousand!
No one could have expected this result!
"Kill!"
The five guild Forbidden Spells gradually disappeared. At this moment, a large number of Orc Race players rushed out from the bushes where the Forbidden Spells were cast.
"Kill them for revenge!"
Seeing these Orc Race players rushing out, the surviving human players remembered that they were almost instantly killed, and their eyes were filled with murderous intent.
…
The second time was even worse.
