Now that the leaders of the five tribes had been determined, the patriarchs of the five tribes led their respective leaders back to their respective tribes amidst cheers and applause.
As for the two beast tribes and three human tribes that failed to become leaders, they turned around and left.
As for Chen Mo, the leader of the two tribes, he naturally followed the old patriarch of the Ice Tribe back to the Ice Tribe.
He had become the leader of the Rain Tribe purely for the Heart of Freedom Fragment. Compared to the Rain Tribe's trial, the Ice Tribe's trial was more important to Chen Mo.
Although the Ice Tribe was called the Ice Tribe, it was just as the old patriarch of the Ice Tribe had said at the beginning. The name of the tribe was just a name without any special meaning. There was no news about ice in the Ice Tribe.
However, there was a certain reason why the Ice Tribe was called the Ice Tribe. The reason was naturally because the trial monster of the Ice Tribe was an ice monster.
"This is a Trial Scroll. The creator left behind a Trial Scroll for each tribe. Using this Trial Scroll can release the sealed trial monster. As long as we successfully kill the trial monster, we will pass the trial that the creator left behind for us.
Under normal circumstances, you can only use the Trial Scroll if you become the leader of a tribe. In other words, you are an adventurer.
Of course, the Rain Tribe is an exception. "
After returning to the Ice Tribe, the old patriarch of the Ice Tribe took out an ancient magic scroll and told Chen Mo.
"Releasing the trial monster and killing it is considered passing the trial? Is it that simple?
Then, as long as I call other adventurers to help, will I be able to easily lead you through the trial? "
Chen Mo curiously observed the Trial Scroll. He discovered that apart from the ancient aura, there was nothing special about this Trial Scroll.
"No. There are other restrictions.
Only adventurers who have joined our tribe and become our tribe's warriors can participate in the trial with us. If we let adventurers who have not joined our tribe deal with the trial monster, it will make the trial even more difficult. "The old patriarch of the Ice Tribe shook his head and hurriedly rejected Chen Mo's idea.
So it was like this. In that case, it was indeed impossible to call for outside help.
"Then what should I do now?"
Chen Mo suddenly realized that although he had become the leader of the tribe, there were not many things for him to do. It was much easier than he had expected.
Originally, he had thought that he would have to lead a tribe and do many other things in order to complete the trial. However, from the looks of it, that was not the case.
"Ahem, there's nothing much we need you to do right now. Adventurer, you can rest as much as you want. We've already prepared everything we need to do."
The old patriarch of the Ice Race said.
Damn, it seemed that it was not bad to become the leader of a well-prepared tribe. It was as if he was going to pass the test by lying down. He did not need to do anything.
"Since it's like this, I'll first go to the Rain Clan to understand the situation." Chen Mo stood up and said.
"Sir adventurer, you can go, but you must be careful. The trial monster that appeared in the Rain Clan is too powerful. If you can avoid provoking it, then do your best to avoid it!"
The old patriarch of the Ice Race hurriedly reminded him.
The Ice Race was well-prepared, but the most important thing was that they needed Chen Mo's strength to deal with the trial monster. If Chen Mo died in the Rain Clan's tribe, then the Ice Race would have no choice but to find another suitable leader.
However, there were many tribes in the underground world. It would be very difficult to find another leader who met the requirements.
The inhabitants of the underground world did not live in houses. Instead, they dug out a space that resembled a house.
After Chen Mo came out of the Ice Race's tribe, he walked towards the Rain Clan's tribe.
The underground world was still as dark as before. However, Chen Mo had gradually become familiar with the light in the underground world. When he walked, his vision was much better than before.
Bang!
Not long after Chen Mo left the Ice Race's tribe, when he passed by a place where the stone pillars were slightly denser, Chen Mo's figure suddenly accelerated.
The moment he left his original position, a powerful arrow fiercely shot from behind him. It hit a stone pillar beside him with a muffled bang.
"Tsk, this guy really has some skill. No wonder he could become the leader of two tribes!"
A group of beastmen walked out. Among them, an archer looked at Chen Mo and clicked his tongue.
They were extremely confident in their own strength. Since their first arrow did not kill Chen Mo, they were not in a hurry to chase after him.
However, those who could enter the top 1,000 were the elites of the beastmen, vampires, humans, and elves. In their respective areas of activity, there were very few opponents who could match them. It was difficult for them not to be confident.
"This is different from what we agreed on. Why don't we continue to attack and force him to come over?"
A group of beastmen appeared. However, it was not the entire group. Further ahead on the road, there was a second group of beastmen.
The two groups of beastmen were actually working together on the road to the Rain Clan. They were waiting for Chen Mo to appear so that they could ambush him.
They had even discussed how to set up a series of ambushes on the road. However, one of the groups was too confident in their own strength and did not carry out their plan thoroughly. This caused the other group to be dissatisfied.
"You want to kill me and become the leader of the Ice Race?
However, if you don't pass the test to become the leader of the Ice Race, even if you kill me, you may not be able to become the leader of the Ice Race. Even if you become the leader of the Ice Race, the chances of you leading them to pass the test are not high. Why do you still want to kill me? "
Chen Mo looked at the two groups of beastmen and asked calmly.
The two groups of beastmen would not take the risk to kill him just because he was a human player. Their only goal was to kill him and then take the opportunity to become the leader of the Ice Race.
However, the problem was that if they became the leader of the Ice Race, they would have a higher chance of failing the test since they did not have high ice resistance. No matter how they thought about it, it was not worth it to become the leader of the Ice Race.
"Hehe, you don't have to worry about that. As long as we kill you and become the leader of the Ice Race, there will naturally be people who will help them pass the test." The beastman who shot the arrow laughed and said.
"Tu Rong sent you?"
Chen Mo's gaze flickered as he asked.
Only Tu Rong had the ability to help them.
However, these people probably did not know that they could not ask for external help during the test to lead the tribe!
"Hehe, I will tell you when you are dead!"
"Don't waste time talking to him. Let's kill him first. If more people come here later, it will be difficult to kill him!"
The group of beastmen at the front was already impatient. They moved and transformed into half-human, half-beast forms and charged towards Chen Mo.
They knew that Chen Mo was not simple, so they did not underestimate Chen Mo. They immediately transformed into beastmen to increase their combat power.
"Kill!"
When the other group saw this, they also transformed into beastmen and charged towards Chen Mo.
Twelve people surrounded Chen Mo from all directions. They were afraid that Chen Mo would run away.
However, Chen Mo stood there motionlessly, waiting for them to come over. When the twelve of them surrounded him, he suddenly moved and left the group of people's line of sight.
"So fast!"
"It's a teleportation skill!"
"He is there. Continue to kill him!"
…
Wave Breaker!
Earth Shattering Spike!
Black Dragon Strike!
These people turned around and wanted to continue to kill Chen Mo. However, Chen Mo did not want to play with them anymore. He used a series of skills.
"F * ck!
What kind of damage is this? "
"This is too overpowered!"
Once Chen Mo made his move, even if these Beast Race players were in their beast form, they had no chance of dodging.
Chen Mo's attacks landed on these beastmen. They looked at the huge damage that appeared on their bodies and could not help but be shocked and angry.
After transforming, their defense would increase a lot. However, Chen Mo's attacks were still able to deal over 20,000 damage. They lost about half of their HP in an instant.
"This guy is too overpowered. Let's retreat!"
After just a short exchange, the two groups of beastmen were shocked and had the idea of retreating.
However, since they had already attacked, Chen Mo had no intention of letting them go.
Although the twelve beastmen tried their best to dodge, not many of them could withstand Chen Mo's attacks.
Although these twelve beastmen were not a lot in the beastmen race, Chen Mo's current strength was far superior to the elites in the historical ruins.
As for the ordinary elites, there was no need to talk about them.
When the two groups of beastmen died, they dropped a few pieces of equipment. Chen Mo picked them up and found that they were all Level 50 Purple equipment. However, what made Chen Mo a little speechless was that the equipment was restricted to beastmen. If he wanted to sell it, he would have to bring it to the beastmen race.
Since players would drop equipment when they died, it seemed that this underground world was not a dungeon. It was really dug out from the bottom of the World Sea.
After confirming this point, Chen Mo once again walked towards the Rain Clan with large strides.
Not long after Chen Mo left, a figure quietly appeared nearby.
This person looked at Chen Mo's blurry back and frowned.
…
Although the place where the Ice Tribe lived did not look too special, it was sturdy and durable.
When Chen Mo arrived at the Rain Clan, the scene before him suddenly changed.
Compared to the place where the Ice Tribe lived, the place where the Rain Clan lived was too pitiful. Many of the dug out rooms had collapsed, and those that did not collapse had many traces of attack.
The ground was full of potholes. The bodies of the Rain Clan members were as thin as the young leader of the Rain Clan.
However, when Chen Mo came here and saw the pitiful amount of plants on the road, it was not difficult to figure out the reason.
It was not that the Rain Clan members did not plant food, but that the majority of the food they planted was destroyed by the trial monster.
"Esteemed adventurer, welcome to the Rain Clan!"
Chen Mo's early appearance surprised the Rain Clan members. After a while, the leader of the Rain Clan led a group of youths and excitedly walked toward Chen Mo.
