The angels mainly relied on the aura of angels to identify their enemies. Chen Mo put on his angelic wings and used the Camouflage skill to sneak up on the demon.
It was not enough to attract the attention of the angels. Yao Xie and the others were very powerful. Without the presence of the eight-winged angels, the six-winged angels would not be able to defeat them.
If he wanted to attract the attention of the angels, simply showing his face was not enough. Since he was going to make a move, he had to make the angels feel threatened.
The guards of the angels seemed to be a lot stricter, but they relied on their keen sense of non-angel auras to be strict on the outside and lax on the inside.
Chen Mo did not spend much effort to sneak up on the demon.
The Fiend Shadow Devourer was nailed to the ground by the three crosses of light and remained motionless. However, Chen Mo could tell that the three crosses of light were much weaker than the three he had destroyed.
After putting away his angelic wings, Chen Mo revealed himself and used the Undead Bone Dagger to attack the crosses of light.
"Who is it?!"
"Oh no!
There's an intruder! "
"It's the adventurer who broke the seal!"
The guards near the seal were the tightest. After Chen Mo revealed himself and attacked more than ten times in an instant, an angel discovered him and raised the alarm.
The territory guarded by the angels was instantly thrown into chaos.
Chen Mo had a record of breaking the demon's seal. The last time he broke the seal, Tyrael joined forces with a group of Level 80 professionals on the Holy Continent to seal the demon again. If it was released again, no one would be able to seal it again.
If the demon escaped, the consequences would be unimaginable.
The entire territory of the angels was alarmed by Chen Mo's appearance. A large group of angels hurriedly rushed toward Chen Mo.
If the angels were eight-winged angels, Chen Mo would have a hard time escaping. However, they were all four-winged and six-winged angels. After Chen Mo saw that he had caused enough panic, he immediately found a direction with fewer people and escaped.
If Chen Mo wanted to escape, the angels naturally could not stop him.
Although almost all of the angels had been mobilized, Chen Mo still managed to escape without a hitch.
"The seal has been damaged again!"
"Report this to the higher-ups!"
Chen Mo's act had turned into reality. This was the only way to attract the attention of the angels.
However, Chen Mo knew that this was not enough.
Half an hour after the chaos subsided, Chen Mo once again infiltrated the Angel Guard's territory and attempted to destroy the Demon Shadow Devourer's seal.
This time, Chen Mo had only attacked a few times before he was discovered by the angels. The surrounding angels quickly surrounded him.
However, the angels were a little exasperated as they discovered that this guy's movements were too agile. As long as it wasn't a complete blind spot, he would have a way to dodge.
Although Chen Mo was chased away in the end, the angel in charge of guarding the demon angrily discovered that the demon's seal had been damaged again.
If this continued, the Demon's Shadow Devouring Seal would really be destroyed if this happened a few more times.
Sensing the seriousness of the situation, the angel in charge of this place hurriedly urged the angels to send high-level angels over.
Chen Mo, on the other hand, was worried that the angel wasn't paying enough attention, so he launched a third sneak attack.
With the third sneak attack, Chen Mo could do even less.
However, Chen Mo sneaked to the side of the Demon Shadow Devouring Seal one after another, proving that he had a way to bypass the angels' guards.
After three times, the demon's seal was obviously damaged. The angels felt a grave crisis and simply ordered their people to guard the demon and not leave. At the same time, they reported the news and urged the angels to quickly send high-level angels who could control the situation.
"It seems that this matter has attracted attention. I hope that the demons can't succeed for now."
Seeing that the defenses in the Angel Guard's territory had suddenly become several times tighter, Chen Mo heaved a sigh of relief. After observing the nearby terrain, he found a place to hide.
This hiding place was a small hill. From this small hill, he couldn't observe the Angel Guard's territory, but he could observe several possible hiding spots. From these hiding spots, he could observe some of the situation outside the Angel Guard's territory.
"They're really here!"
Three hours later, when the sky was about to turn dark, Chen Mo noticed more than ten familiar figures in a certain part of the forest.
They were the Demons and the financial groups.
The horns on the Demons' heads were too eye-catching. They probably wanted to take a detour, not daring to meet anyone on the way. In the end, they arrived so much later than Chen Mo.
At this moment, the Angel Guard's territory had the tightest defenses. The Angels already guessed that Chen Mo might try to break the seal again at night. Now that it was almost dark, the Angels' defenses were unprecedentedly tight.
The Demons and the financial groups were not blind. Naturally, they could see that with the Angels' defenses, they would be discovered before they could get close.
After observing for a while, the Demons and the financial groups quietly left.
Chen Mo arrived at the forest where the Demons had stayed. In an inconspicuous place, he found the message left behind by Moon Demon.
Following the message, Chen Mo quietly followed it. Soon, he arrived at a small, gloomy valley nearby.
The Demons and the financial groups were hiding in the valley. They would probably wait in the valley until late at night and take action when most of the Angels were resting.
After confirming their location, Chen Mo quietly returned.
In the Angel Guard's territory, Michelle received a message that Hohaman was looking for her again.
Knowing that Hohaman was looking for her for something, Michelle went to see him again.
"Is what you said true?"
After seeing and hearing Hohaman's words, Michelle asked for confirmation.
"It was that person who told me. It's up to you to believe it or not." Hohaman lazily said.
After weighing the pros and cons in her heart, Michelle decided to report this information to the higher-ups.
If Chen Mo hadn't caused a ruckus during the day, the higher-ranked Angels would most likely ignore this information. But if she reported it now, the higher-ups would definitely believe it.
"What?
You said an adventurer found traces of the Demons and that they are hiding nearby? "
Hearing Michelle's report, Tyrael's gaze turned cold.
When Tyrael heard that Chen Mo was here to cause trouble, he immediately rushed over with several eight-winged angels. Now, all he had to do was wait for Chen Mo to come knocking on his door.
Chen Mo didn't appear, but there was news of the Demons.
"The news is very likely true. That adventurer came to destroy the Demon's seal. I'm afraid he joined forces with the Demons. Otherwise, he wouldn't suddenly appear."
"But this news could also be a diversion. Once we leave, the adventurer will launch a sneak attack."
An Angel analyzed.
"Record a teleportation scroll and then go to the valley to take a look!"
Tyrael made a decision.
If the Demons appeared, they had to eliminate them. Otherwise, the Demon Shadow Devourer would be released sooner or later.
And with a teleportation scroll, anyone who wanted to sneak attack them while they were away would have the wrong idea!
… …
Tomorrow night.
