Chen Mo was not interested in normal equipment and items.
However, when he crossed the Forbidden Death Zone this time, Chen Mo still obtained an item that made his eyes light up.
It was a bottle of special potion called "Quicksand Body."
Chen Mo remembered that it was dropped from a special quicksand monster that could transform into various forms.
This quicksand monster was very good at camouflage. Even Chen Mo, who had strong observation skills, did not notice its existence. He fell into its trap and was dragged into a special space under the quicksand.
The quicksand monster was very agile and very difficult to deal with. In the special space above the ground, its strength was close to Level 80.
If any other player encountered a quicksand monster like this, only death would await them. However, Chen Mo had to expend a lot of effort, using practically every Skill he had at least once, just to kill this monster.
After the quicksand monster died, it did not drop any rare equipment, only this bottle of potion.
This bottle of "Quicksand Body" potion had the effect of turning the player's body into quicksand after use. The player could freely travel within the quicksand environment and their aura would be exactly the same as the quicksand. Even if the player passed by a monster, the monster would not change.
However, the effect of "Quicksand Body" only lasted for a mere ten minutes.
Knowing that this item was rare, Chen Mo certainly would not use it just to hurry on the road.
Chen Mo originally planned to keep the "Quicksand Body" and use it when he needed it in the future.
He never thought that he would use the "Quicksand Body" potion in less than two hours after obtaining it.
After using the "Quicksand Body" potion, Chen Mo instantly turned into a sandman and jumped into the quicksand as if he had jumped into the sea.
Under the effect of the "Quicksand Body" potion, the sea of sand became a real sea for Chen Mo. He could move as if he was swimming in it. It was even easier for him to control his body compared to swimming.
Chen Mo jumped into the Exile Chamber and escaped. This caused the Sand Sea Giant Beast to be slightly stunned, and then it became irritable.
If it was close, the ability of "Quicksand Body" to prevent Chen Mo from being detected by monsters was useless against the Sandsea Giant.
However, at a distance of several hundred meters, the Giant Sand Sea Beast's attack was much stronger, but its sensing ability was much weaker.
He could only vaguely sense Chen Mo's location, but he was unable to pinpoint his exact location.
In a short while, Chen Mo would be completely out of its range of perception.
This made the Sandsea Giant Beast furious. It had to protect the Vast Ocean Sword, so it couldn't chase after Chen Mo. If Chen Mo escaped out of its range of perception, it wouldn't be able to kill Chen Mo.
Chen Mo could still roughly sense Chen Mo's location. The Sand Sea Giant Beast desperately blasted out beams of black light.
The sandy ground of the sea of sand was unable to block the attack of the black light. In the blink of an eye, several huge black circular tunnels appeared on the ground.
The Giant Sand Beast's ferocious attacks had already frightened the surrounding players. Every one of them wished they had an extra pair of legs so that they could run a little further.
"It stopped!"
"That scared the hell out of me. What did that guy do to make the Giant Sand Sea Beast so hostile?"
Amidst the chaos, someone realized that the Giant Sand Sea Beast's attacks had finally stopped.
It ignored the surrounding players and returned to the ground around the Vast Ocean Sword.
"Do you guys think that guy is dead?"
"God knows, but the Giant Sand Sea Beast's attacks are so powerful. I don't think anyone can survive."
Looking at the devastated ground, the surrounding players were shocked and couldn't help but discuss among themselves.
They couldn't be sure if he was dead or not, but many people knew that from now on, there would be another legend in the Silver Sand Continent.
…
In the sea of sand.
Chen Mo moved at full speed under the sand.
The Giant Sand Sea Beast's frenzied attacks didn't kill him in the end. He successfully escaped from the Giant Sand Sea Beast's range of perception.
"What's going on with that Giant Sand Sea Beast?"
After escaping, Chen Mo finally heaved a sigh of relief.
Then, he couldn't help but think.
Why did the Giant Sand Sea Beast want to kill him?
Could it be that he had some kind of item that attracted the Giant Sand Sea Beast's aggro?
After thinking about it, this seemed to be the only possibility.
It was his first time seeing the Giant Sand Sea Beast. The Giant Sand Sea Beast must have attacked him because he had something on him that attracted the Giant Sand Sea Beast's aggro.
However, Chen Mo couldn't figure out what it was.
There were many possibilities, and he couldn't go back and ask the Giant Sand Sea Beast for confirmation.
This time, he had relied on the Quicksand Body Potion to escape from the Giant Sand Sea Beast. Without the Quicksand Body Potion, if he went to look for the Giant Sand Sea Beast again, it would be suicide. No one would be able to save him.
Although he was curious and had questions, Chen Mo decided not to think too much about it.
Right now, even if he figured it out, he couldn't do anything. As long as he had the ability to fight against the Giant Sand Sea Beast, he would naturally find out.
Luckily, he had obtained some Spirit Ice Crystals along the way. At least this trip wasn't in vain.
Thinking about the Spirit Ice Crystals, Chen Mo naturally thought about the self-destructing players from the Liu Tribe.
These guys were really crazy. They had actually made over a hundred players self-destruct to kill him.
If he didn't take revenge, he wouldn't be a man. Chen Mo followed the path back and quickly arrived at the mountain of Spirit Ice Crystals.
"Who's there?!"
As Chen Mo approached, the Liu Tribe guards immediately shouted a warning.
Chen Mo looked at the hundred Liu Tribe guards with a smile on his face.
"It's that guy!"
Some of the guards had changed, but not all of them. Someone immediately recognized Chen Mo.
"Hehe!"
Chen Mo moved his hand and charged towards the Liu Tribe guards.
He wanted to let the Liu Tribe players know that trying to kill him was a foolish thing to do.
A wave of angry roars rang out. Chen Mo slaughtered the Liu Tribe guards. The Liu Tribe guards' resistance was futile.
More than a hundred people were slaughtered by Chen Mo in just a few minutes. After Chen Mo casually picked up some valuable equipment, he once again forcefully purchased over a hundred Spirit Ice Crystals and left, leaving behind a group of miners looking at each other.
When Chen Mo returned to Ancient Iron Town, it was almost the morning of the next day.
The Dark Gold armor that Ophelia had promised had been completed.
This was a Level 75 Dark Gold armor called "Yellow Sand Armor". Ophelia had put in all her effort to create it. Its attributes were all top-grade, and it even had an ability to effectively defend against earth-type attacks and strengthen the user's earth-type attacks.
Very satisfied with the Yellow Sand Armor, Chen Mo put away the armor and wanted to invite Ophelia to his territory.
If Ophelia followed him, it would be a great thing for Katrin's territory.
Unfortunately, Ophelia tactfully rejected Chen Mo's invitation, saying that she didn't want to leave Ancient Iron Town.
Seeing this, Chen Mo could only give up.
He had done everything he could on this trip to the Silver Sand Continent, but in terms of results, he had only completed half of it.
Continuing to stay in the Silver Sand Continent would only be a waste of time. Chen Mo decided to return to the Abyss Region and continue leveling up before making any further plans.
…
The second time was even worse.
