Boom!
Chen Mo felt that his decision was wise.
After the Blood Butterfly used the Blood Sea Stone, a bloody aura soared into the sky. The phenomenon was even stronger than when the Black Phoenix used the Golden Flames.
However, this bloody aura did not last for long. It quickly shrunk and intertwined around the Blood Butterfly, forming a large blood-colored cocoon that enveloped the Blood Butterfly.
Just like the Black Phoenix, the Blood Butterfly had also entered an evolution state.
"How long will it take to complete its evolution?"
The Lost Girl curiously walked over and touched the Blood Butterfly's cocoon.
"I'm not sure. Around ten days."
The Chinchilla took around half a month to evolve. As for how it killed the Silver Wind Snake and how long it took to evolve, Chen Mo could not be sure.
After having the little Warrior and the Lost Girl train near the entrance of the valley, Chen Mo returned to look for You Ji.
After explaining the situation to You Ji, the two of them moved to the forest where the Black Phoenix was evolving. They found a place where they could both monitor and level up.
Just as Chen Mo expected, when night fell, the Black Phoenix's burning egg immediately attracted a large group of players.
In less than half a day, hundreds of players arrived.
Seeing the Black Phoenix's egg, the eyes of these players burned with passion.
Everyone could see that there was something extraordinary inside the egg. If they could subdue it before it hatched, their battle strength would greatly increase.
However, there were also quite a few people who knew that once the giant egg hatched, they wouldn't be able to get anything. So, they gathered a group of people and attacked the giant egg. They wanted to break the egg and see what would drop from it.
There were many people who did this. Even the players who wanted to wait for the egg to hatch did not stop them. They also wanted to know if the egg would change if it was attacked.
However, after a round of fierce attacks, everyone present knew that their attacks were useless against the burning egg.
Since attacking was useless, they could only wait. So, the group found a nearby leveling spot and killed monsters while waiting.
However, more and more players came after hearing the news. Every once in a while, a large group of players would attack the egg.
Naturally, more and more players wanted to stay nearby to level up. Fights over leveling spots occurred from time to time.
The leveling spot that Chen Mo and You Ji occupied was also being targeted.
Those who recognized Chen Mo, upon seeing that it was Chen Mo, naturally wouldn't come over to seek their own deaths.
However, there were undoubtedly more people who didn't recognize Chen Mo. There were always people who didn't have eyes looking for trouble.
Facing these people, Chen Mo and You Ji would not hesitate to kill them.
After a few days, Chen Mo's Death Points had increased quite a bit.
In the blink of an eye, the Dark Phoenix's evolution had already lasted for four days.
Time continued for such a long time, and it was unknown when it would end. A portion of people had already left.
However, with the addition of new players arriving every day, the number of players in the vicinity was almost stable.
"It moved!"
"The giant egg seems to be moving!"
It wasn't until the middle of the seventh day that the burning egg finally moved.
"Get ready. We need to approach the thing that hatches from the giant egg as soon as possible!"
When the news spread, the nearby players' spirits were lifted. Many of them rubbed their palms in anticipation.
Crackle …
More than a thousand players quickly surrounded the giant egg. They were all waiting for the giant egg to crack open and the monster inside hatched. Then, they would rush over to snatch it.
However, these players were very cautious and did not dare to get too close.
If some powerful monster appeared, they would be dead if they got too close.
Amidst the cracking sounds, white cracks appeared on the burning black egg.
Boom!
Then, there was a loud bang as the giant egg cracked open.
"A phoenix!
A golden … no, a black phoenix? "
"It looks like an adult!"
As the eggshell cracked open, a gigantic black-feathered phoenix emerged from the egg.
However, there was a golden flame burning on the outside of this black-feathered phoenix. At first glance, people would think that it was a golden phoenix.
"Charge!"
Some people couldn't care less. What appeared was a phoenix. Its rarity in the game was off the charts.
After completing its evolution, the Dark Phoenix glanced arrogantly at the players swarming over from below.
Since it had just completed its evolution, there was still a lot of golden flames left in its body. Now, it was full of energy and had nowhere to vent it.
The Dark Phoenix knew very well that these people had been constantly attacking it while it was evolving.
Seeing these people charging over fearlessly, the Dark Phoenix did not hold back.
It raised its head and opened its mouth. A gust of golden flames instantly shot into the dark sky.
Boom!
Like fireworks, the golden flames exploded in the sky.
This was not a skill. It was just the Dark Phoenix spitting out all the golden flames left in its body.
This power was much stronger than the Dark Phoenix's original power.
With a loud explosion, golden flaming flowers floated down from the pitch-black night sky.
At a glance, the scene was eight to ten times more beautiful than fireworks.
Many players were stunned by the beautiful scenery in front of them.
"Ah!"
However, when these golden flaming flowers landed on a player's body, the player let out a miserable cry.
The moment the flames touched him, he became a flaming man. A huge damage value floated above his head. In just two or three breaths of time, the player was burned alive.
This dead player was just the beginning.
In the next few seconds, the little forest was like hell on earth. At a glance, there were burning men everywhere.
However, this scene did not last long. It only lasted for a short while.
Almost all the surrounding players had been burned to death by the golden flames.
The golden flames in the sky were still falling. The few players who were still alive had already fled in horror.
Apart from Chen Mo and You Ji, there was no one alive nearby.
"Hehe, so many Death Points. I'm rich!"
Chen Mo knew that he could not stop smiling. Although he knew that the Dark Phoenix might unleash its power after completing its evolution, it was not that easy to kill a third class advancement player. He did not expect the Dark Phoenix to instantly wipe out everyone around it, allowing him to easily obtain a large number of Death Points.
"Someone's coming over there!"
While Chen Mo was busy picking up the Death Points and the equipment on the ground, You Ji suddenly warned.
In the dark forest, a figure slowly walked over.
The golden flames floated onto this figure. Like a stone sinking into the sea, it did not cause the slightest ripple.
It should be noted that the moment these golden flames touched the previous players, their bodies would instantly burn and they would die. No one was spared.
…
The next day.
