Struck by the lightning, the pegasus' body went numb and fell from the sky.
The Holy Lancer hurriedly slapped the pegasus. Seeing that there was no effect, he jumped down from the pegasus' back without hesitation. While he was still in the air, he thrust the holy spear in his hand at the source of the lightning.
The holy spear smashed a huge hole in the Grand Canal. Wherever the holy spear pierced, the water in the canal was split in half.
However, there was no sign of anyone at the place where the canal was split.
The Holy Lancer was unwilling to give up and used his holy spear to bombard the canal around him. However, he still found nothing. Chen Mo was nowhere to be found.
"Fortunately, I brought the Thunder Beast."
Under the Grand Canal, Chen Mo, who had escaped under the lead of the Thunder Beast, looked at the loud explosions behind him and secretly rejoiced.
Without the mixed demon hormones, his speed was definitely not as fast as the Holy Lancer. Therefore, from the beginning, Chen Mo had prepared for the worst. He was prepared to escape through the Grand Canal and bring the Thunder Beast. Not only was the Thunder Beast the king of the underwater, its speed was unparalleled. He mainly wanted to use the Thunder Beast's lightning paralysis ability to prevent the pegasus from catching up.
With the Thunder Beast's speed, as long as the pegasus could not catch up in the first place, there would be no possibility of catching up later.
This mission was completed without any mishaps. However, Chen Mo knew that it was mainly due to the various contract beasts in his hands.
Especially the Spirit Queen. At the last moment, if the Spirit Queen had not taken control of Greem and made him take the initiative to die, Chen Mo might not have been able to complete the mission successfully.
Following the Grand Canal to the outskirts, Chen Mo found Augla. After hearing that Chen Mo had completed the mission, Augla was slightly gloomy. He took out a magic scroll that he had engraved long ago and handed it to Chen Mo.
After Chen Mo received the magic scroll and used it on the spot, his body flashed with a faint golden light.
…
The sky turned white, and the game world gradually brightened.
After Chen Mo completed the mission and returned to Katrin with the Thunder Beast, the Final Land, which had been peaceful for more than a week, experienced a huge change again.
"What's that?!"
Some of the high-level players who were grinding near Castle No. 5 suddenly noticed a huge change in the sky above Castle No. 5!
Black lightning suddenly appeared in the originally calm sky of the exhibition. The lightning became more and more intense, and more and more terrifying. Then, amidst the lightning, a huge crack appeared in space, and a huge building rushed out from the crack!
Cities!
It was an extremely ancient city!
A city that appeared out of thin air!
"What is this? Could it be the legendary Sky City?"
Seeing this ancient floating city, a player's breathing quickened.
"No!
I've been to the vicinity of Castle No.7 and seen Sky City.
Sky City is a city in the sky that is white everywhere. It is completely different from this city that is almost completely black and emitting lightning everywhere! "
However, some players immediately refuted.
"It's not Sky City!
I've heard rumors about the seven ancient cities. This city must be the legendary Spatial City! "
One of the players exclaimed in shock after realizing what had happened.
With the appearance of the Sky City in the Final Land, the rumors of the Seven Great Ancient Cities gradually spread.
Without conclusive evidence, many players only treated it as a rumor and did not believe it.
However, this ancient city that appeared out of thin air could only be explained by the Seven Great Ancient Cities in the legends.
"There are so many Pterosaurs in the castle!
They're starting to attack! "
The ancient city broke through the sky and appeared in the sky above Castle No. 5. It immediately attracted the attacks of the monsters in Castle No. 5.
In Castle No. 5, a large number of Steel Pterosaurs flew out of the sky. There were at least five to six hundred of them.
Five to six hundred Steel Pterosaurs flew into the sky, covering the sky and covering the sun. It was a chilling sight.
However, black dots appeared around the ancient city that seemed to be embedded in the sky. Then, black cracks cut through the surrounding space and spread in all directions.
When the Steel Pterosaurs came into contact with these cracks, huge damage values floated up from their heads. Under the attack of the black lightning from the ancient city, a large number of black Steel Pterosaurs died before they could reach the ancient city. Huge corpses fell from the sky heavily.
Hundreds of Steel Pterosaurs died just like that, and their numbers decreased sharply.
The players who were watching from afar thought that the ancient city would be torn to pieces by the Steel Pterosaurs. In the end, the Steel Pterosaurs were slaughtered by the ancient city.
"Their attacks are too terrifying!"
"That's right. It's said that the Sky City of the Angels still needs the help of the Angels. Not a single person has appeared in this ancient city!"
It was also a city siege, but this ancient city that was suspected to be a Space City had even more terrifying attacks.
Roar!
When 70% of the Steel Pterosaurs died and almost all of them were dead, a furious roar suddenly came from Castle No. 5.
Then, a huge black figure stood up from the castle below and was about to attack the ancient city above.
"What a huge bug!"
The players who saw the black figure exclaimed in surprise.
It was a huge black bug. The bug's body was at least two meters in radius and at least a hundred meters in length. When it stood up, even looking at it from afar, it was shocking and made people despair at first sight.
This super monster made people feel that they were no match for it.
However, when the huge black bug stood up, the ancient city in the sky began to condense a sharp black light.
Black lightning?
No!
Among the players who were watching, those who had better eyesight could clearly see that there was black lightning in this sharp black light. More importantly, it seemed to contain a large amount of space fragments!
These space fragments were spinning wildly in the black light.
Whoosh!
Feeling threatened, the huge black bug rushed toward the black light, trying to interrupt this horrifying condensing ability.
However, its movements were blocked by the black lightning and space cracks that shrouded the ancient city.
Especially when the black lightning struck the black bug, its movements would pause for a while and it would become temporarily immobile. It could only be attacked by others.
When the huge black bug broke through the layers of obstacles and wanted to tear apart the sharp black light that threatened it, the condensing ability of the black light was completed.
Boom!
With a deep muffled sound, the black light blasted down and shrouded the huge black bug.
The huge black bug was huge, but what was shocking was that this ball of black light was like a bottomless pit. It swallowed the huge black bug whole, leaving only huge damage.
…
