Actually, Liu Zilang was shocked as well.
That was because it was his first time.
The first time he was brought by Chen Zhifei and the other two to play PUBG in an internet café, he met a very powerful expert in the final circle.
After he got the chicken dinner, he heard from the people around him that the person was GodV.
Later on, Liu Zilang found out that GodV was a genius FPS player who switched from LOL to PUBG. He was currently the captain of 4AM and was known for his clear thinking, strong leadership skills, and quick reflexes in close combat.
Speaking of which, he seemed to have stolen two kills from GodV. In the end, the two of them even had a "Battle of Mount Tianwang" in the final circle.
At that time, it was his second blind snipe that hit GodV. Furthermore, GodV made a careless mistake in controlling his gun, allowing him to successfully get the chicken dinner with thirty-five kills …
However, Liu Zilang did not expect to meet him again tonight. What a coincidence!
.....
GodV did not think so. He was originally here for Liu Zilang. Seeing that they were lacking a player, he sent a message to Sister Fa to join them.
After the three of them greeted each other, Sister Fa quickly introduced Liu Zilang. "Hehe, GodV, you don't have to put in too much effort today. We have a strong player in our team, Xiaotong-chan's brother, Vic."
"Xiaotong-chan's brother?"
GodV was shocked when he heard that.
He only watched the live stream in the latter half of the game and did not know about the relationship between Liu Zilang and Zhang Xiaotong.
After being shocked, GodV smiled and greeted him. "Hello, we've met this ID before right? Do you remember me?
Back then, you shot me twice in the head. You were amazing. "
Liu Zilang smiled when he heard GodV mention it. "Of course I remember. It was the final circle in the wheat field. Hehe, speaking of which, I have to thank you for letting me win. That was my first time playing this game and I didn't expect to get the chicken dinner."
"First time playing this game?"
GodV was stunned when he heard that.
His first reaction was that this person was bragging.
However, he thought about it again.
With his skills, it was more than enough for him to join any professional team in PUBG. There was no need for him to do so.
GodV could not help but ask, "Brother, have you played FPS games before?"
"Yeah, I played CSGO for a while," Liu Zilang replied.
GodV felt more confident after hearing Liu Zilang's words.
Of course, as someone who had been in the eSports scene for a long time, GodV knew very well that Liu Zilang was not someone who had only played for a short period of time.
However, the two of them had just gotten to know each other. GodV knew that it was better not to ask too much about it since they were still strangers.
GodV recalled Coach Long Shenjue's instructions and decided to observe him when they were playing the game.
On the other hand, from GodV's perspective.
As a pro player for many years, he had developed a heart that refused to admit defeat. So, apart from observing, he also had the intention to compete.
Of course, killing teammates was out of the question.
But they could compete to see who could kill more in this game!
GodV could not help but start a quiz in his live streaming channel.
It was a type of betting system that allowed Douyu's viewers to use their fishballs to place bets based on the results of the streamers' games.
"Can Sister Fa kill anyone in this match?"
"Can Xiaotong-chan survive until the end of this match?"
"Will I be able to score more kills than Vic in this match?"
Each of the three quiz had two bets, which were 'yes' and 'no'.
The moment GodV started the quiz, the viewers in 7911's live streaming channel started discussing it.
"Can Sister Fa kill anyone?
Pfft!
This quiz is a little harsh! "
"It shouldn't be a problem for Xiaotong-chan to survive until the end. Can't she just find a place to lie prone?"
"The Asia server's 1000hrs old b * stard will let you know from personal experience that lying prone can also lead to being hit by a car!"
"Is this Vic really that good?
He only stole GodV's chicken once, I don't care!
I'm betting on GodV this time! "
"I'm going all out!
I'm betting all my fishballs on GodV!
Wei-chan sob sob!
7911UPUP！”
"Wow!
Tycoon!
I'm in too!
I'll never be a slave to anyone! "
“.....”
After GodV started the quiz, he took some time to sneak a peek at the bets.
The first two quiz about Sister Fa and Zhang Xiaotong had a fifty-fifty ratio of people betting on 'yes' and 'no'.
However, when GodV saw the last question, he could not help but smirk.
More than ninety percent of the viewers in the live streaming channel bet that he would be able to kill more people.
Less than ten percent of the viewers bet that Liu Zilang would be able to kill more people in this match.
Among these people, there were a lot of them who saw that the odds were too high for them to bet on 'no'. Hence, they wanted to take the opportunity to see if they could pull off an upset and become rich …
It made sense. After all, this was GodV's live streaming channel.
It was normal for him to have more people supporting him. It would be strange if most of them bet on Liu Zilang to win.
.....
After Chen Yifa added GodV into her team, the four of them clicked on the start button and the game quickly started.
While waiting in the spawn area, GodV smiled and told them about the quiz that he had just made in the live streaming channel.
When Chen Yifa and Zhang Xiaotong heard GodV's bet, they expressed their dissatisfaction.
The two of them quickly made up their minds. In this match, they would definitely make those spectators who had bet on them lose everything. They went straight to the rooftop.
Liu Zilang was the only one who heard GodV's words. He licked his lips and asked tentatively, "GodV, what's your streaming channel ID again?"
"Hmm?
It's 7911, what's wrong? "GodV was startled.
"About that … I've also accumulated some fish balls recently."
Liu Zilang said embarrassedly, "From what you're saying … It seems like the odds for me to lose are quite high. I want to double it too."
GodV's mouth twitched when he heard Liu Zilang's words. This was the first time he doubted his judgment.
Where was the demeanor of a Great God?
As an expert, even if he were to place a bet at this time, he should be confident that he could win!
How could there be such a thing?
This was no longer just shameless!
This was clearly a f * cking manipulation!
At the same time, Zhang Xiaotong who was in the YY voice chat was speechless when she heard Liu Zilang's words.
She had sneaked into GodV's live streaming channel and placed all the fish balls in her bag on Liu Zilang's victory.
She did not expect that in the blink of an eye, Liu Zilang would betray her and herself …
Zhang Xiaotong scoffed when she thought about this. She said, "I thought you were very good. I didn't expect you to be so cowardly in front of a truly powerful expert!"
'Huh?
'Am I being looked down upon by this little girl?'
Liu Zilang was startled. He suddenly felt a little stifled …
At this time, the scene in the spawn area changed.
The game had begun.
