"Vic, why aren't you running?!"
On the commentary platform, Lord Rong saw Liu Zilang standing on the second-floor balcony as if he was going to reap the spoils from the sidelines.
Su Changming and Ruo Feng also looked at each other, somewhat at a loss.
In fact, they were not the only ones.
Even the live audience and live stream viewers were confused when the caster shifted the camera to the scene. Their minds were filled with question marks.
"Wow!
There's only twenty seconds left before the blue circle starts shrinking. Is Vic really not going to run away from the blue circle? "
"Why do I feel like he's up to something again!"
"AFK in the final circle?
It can't be, right? "
"Is he going to heal up inside the blue circle?"
"If he heals up, he'll still die if he doesn't run away from the blue circle."
"Is Vic planning to eat chicken butts?"
“.....”
The viewers in the live stream and stadium could not accept the fact that Liu Zilang was so aggressive at the start, even storming the building alone with a shotgun.
On the commentary platform, Su Changming's eyes were glued to the screen. Based on his understanding of Liu Zilang, he knew that Liu Zilang would not be willing to heal up inside the blue circle and end up eating chicken butts.
Was he still waiting for an opportunity?
.....
On a certain level, Su Changming's speculation was very close to the truth.
In the game, with the two players from team Knights attracting the firepower, the other players took the opportunity to make their move.
However, sometimes, an opportunity presented in front of one's eyes was not necessarily a real opportunity.
Just as the two players from team Gold and the lone wolf Ninja took the opportunity to make their move, the duo of Shroud and ChocoTaco suddenly raised their guns up high and started firing at the players around them!
After Karl and his teammate Azure joined forces with Navi to eliminate team Knight, the two squads turned on each other and started fighting each other.
Tatatat ~!
Tut tut tut ~!
Sparks flew everywhere as gunshots rang out!
The number of survivors in the next safe zone decreased at a speed visible to the naked eye.
Once the blue circle's countdown ended, the blue radiation net continued to expand toward the center, devouring the last 'oasis' in the desert.
At that moment, only Shroud, ChocoTaco, Karl, and Ninja were left in the safe zone.
Including Liu Zilang who was still outside the circle, there were only five survivors left on the battlefield.
However, this was only the beginning.
In this safe zone that did not have many cover, the four players in the circle did not manage to maintain the peace for too long. Very soon, they started punching each other.
In the blink of an eye, another person fell to the ground.
On the commentary platform.
"It's Ninja!
The lone wolf Ninja was killed by Shroud and ChocoTaco. "
"That's right, Ninja and ChocoTaco were shooting at each other, but Shroud managed to hit them from behind."
"The current situation in the final circle would be Shroud and ChocoTaco teaming up for a 2v1, but there are still 4 players left!
There's one more … Oh!
The other one is Vic! "
"Oh my god!
Vic hasn't entered the safe zone yet? "
Due to the intensity of the battle in the final circle, the caster's camera was locked onto Liu Zilang.
It was only at this critical juncture when they saw the number of players left on the battlefield that the casters and spectators realized that there were still players who had not entered the safe zone.
The caster's camera zoomed in.
Very quickly, it reached Liu Zilang's side.
A man carrying a dark green sniper rifle on his back stuck close to the edge of the shrinking blue circle. Almost half of his body was inside the blue circle as he ran for his life.
The next moment, he suddenly stopped in his tracks!
He stretched out his right hand, and the dark green sniper rifle was already lying flat in his hand!
Scope in!
He pulled the crosshair!
"Bang!"
In the blink of an eye, a sniper bullet shot out from the barrel of the gun!
"Thud!"
The piercing sound of the bullet piercing through the helmet could be heard. At the same time, a system notification appeared on the top right corner of the screen.
"4AM-Vic knocked out ChocoTaco by headshot with AWM!"
Needless to say, Liu Zilang's sudden appearance in the final circle had shocked the three players!
At that time, the distance between them was not considered far. Even if Liu Zilang was using a suppressed AWM, the players in the safe zone could still roughly determine his position. They were all stunned!
'There's still someone who hasn't entered the safe zone?'
However, the first person to notice Liu Zilang was not ChocoTaco's teammate, Shroud.
It was Karl who was on the other side!
The moment he saw Liu Zilang, he immediately raised the muzzle of his AK!
"Tatatat!"
The muzzle of his AK spat out flames as bullets rained down on Liu Zilang.
Liu Zilang pulled the bolt of his AWM and loaded the last Magnum bullet into the chamber.
At that moment, he did not have the energy to retaliate.
Fortunately, there was a reverse slope outside the safe zone.
Liu Zilang could not care less about the blue circle that was closing in on him. He immediately ducked and laid prone.
Karl raised an eyebrow when he saw this. He lowered the muzzle of his AK, and countless bullets whizzed toward Liu Zilang. The slope in front of Liu Zilang was instantly filled with gravel!
Fortunately, he reacted in time and the slope was relatively close to him. That was how he managed to dodge Karl's fatal volley of bullets!
However, he was currently not in the safe zone. The slope behind him was obviously a temporary shelter.
At the same time, Shroud who was on the other side of the safe zone had also noticed Liu Zilang's position.
He did not choose to revive ChocoTaco who had just been shot in the head by Liu Zilang's AWM. Although reviving a teammate in the final circle could increase one's combat effectiveness, doing so in a situation like this was equivalent to committing suicide.
Naturally, Shroud was on high alert as Liu Zilang was closer to him than Karl. Hence, he had to eliminate this threat first!
Under such a stalemate, throwables such as frag grenades became their best option.
On the tournament's big screen.
The second Liu Zilang pulled out a frag grenade, Karl had also pulled out a frag grenade!
Pull the pin!
Cook!
Then, both of them threw their grenades at each other!
However, when Liu Zilang threw his frag grenade, he saw that his opponent was throwing a frag grenade at him. His health was already dropping, but he still pulled out his AWM without a care for his life!
He had completely given up on running away from the blue circle!
In reality, Liu Zilang's position was blocked by Shroud and Karl. It was impossible for him to run away from the blue circle.
From the caster's God's perspective.
The muzzle of Liu Zilang's AWM seemed to be aimed at Karl.
Shroud saw that Liu Zilang was tanking the blue circle without even healing himself. He immediately took the opportunity to pull out his gun from the other side!
However, the moment he got up and scoped in …
Liu Zilang seemed to have sensed something. He aimed at Karl with his 8x scope and pulled the crosshair!
In the blink of an eye …
It locked onto Shroud's head.
"Da, da …!"
"Bang!"
As soon as the rifle was fired, it was interrupted by a thunderous gunshot!
Two frag grenades exploded one after the other. Amidst the flames, Liu Zilang was sent flying by the shockwave from the explosion of the frag grenade behind him!
However, the moment he flew into the air, the image on the screen suddenly froze.
A row of yellow words appeared on the screen!
Great luck! Chicken dinner tonight!
In an instant, the live audience and live stream viewers looked as if they had been struck by lightning. They stared at the tournament screen in bewilderment.
'Is this chicken??'
'So delicious that it's flying?'
