While Ao Qing was deep in thought, the Kunpeng Patriarch, who was not far in front of him, was already sitting cross-legged on the ground. His entire body was emitting a bright golden light as he began to evolve.
Although Ao Qing was a Twelve-Clawed Crepe Myrtle True Dragon and had evolved countless times, he still revealed a look of curiosity and anticipation when he saw the Kunpeng Patriarch evolving. He thought to himself, This super evolution altar is really awesome. It allowed a top expert like the Kunpeng Patriarch to evolve so quickly.
The civil and military ministers also cast their concerned gazes on the Kunpeng Patriarch and a few of their colleagues who were evolving with him. Their eyes were full of envy and jealousy.
"That's right, this is the gift I've prepared for you."
Taking advantage of this moment, Ao Qing slowly opened his mouth and revealed a big smile. "Those who haven't evolved successfully, don't worry. When the time comes, you will naturally evolve!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the civil and military ministers' faces were full of joy. They all knelt down and kowtowed in the direction of Ao Qing. Their faces were full of excitement and worship.
When they thought about how they could also evolve like their colleagues and become stronger, their hearts were filled with excitement.
"Kamehameha!" While everyone was evolving, Ao Qing shifted his gaze over.
Kamehameha was like a worm in Ao Qing's stomach. He hurriedly handed over the statistical data that he had prepared long ago to Ao Qing.
Sure enough, in terms of statistical data, the various forces of the Dragons that Kamehameha had calculated were exactly the same as the numbers that appeared on his system panel. The total population of the entire Empire of Dragons had reached an astonishing 300 million.
Yes, that's right, 300 million.
Don't underestimate this number. It should be known that the total number of creatures with magical powers in the entire Coast of the Four Seas was just over a million.
Behind this skyrocketing number was the blood, sweat, and sweat that Ao Qing had put in for the Dragons!
Even though Ao Qing was mentally prepared, his heart was filled with a sense of accomplishment and pride.
Next, Ao Qing's gaze fell on the Dragons' other statistics, such as culture, finance, and so on. Especially the finance aspect, Ao Qing was most concerned about.
The reason was simple. With the increase in population, the resources of the entire Seventh Realm would soon reach the critical point of population. It would be unable to support so many people, and this would be reflected in the financial aspect.
One had to know that with a population of over 300 million, the daily consumption was an extremely large number.
But soon, Ao Qing felt relieved because he discovered that Qin Shihuang and his ministers had done a good job in terms of finance. They had developed the resources of the Seventh Realm to the greatest extent and obtained an unknown amount of wealth for the Seventh Realm.
Qin Shihuang and Li Si's water conservancy projects, salt industry, tea, silk and other projects alone had generated an unknown amount of money and resources for the entire empire.
Originally, Ao Qing was very worried about the finance aspect, but now it seemed that Qin Shihuang and his ministers had done a very good job, showing that Qin Shihuang's ability was extremely outstanding. It was no wonder that this person could lead the Qin State to sweep the six directions.
After caring about the finance of the Dragon Kingdom, Ao Qing quickly focused on the cultural aspect.
When it came to the culture of the Dragon Kingdom, Ao Qing couldn't help but frown.
Over the years, the entire Dragon Kingdom had been developing rapidly, especially in terms of cultivation and military, which were explosive improvements. But correspondingly, the cultural aspect had fallen behind a lot. Many monsters were even illiterate. Although they had opened up a little wisdom after nine years of compulsory cultivation education, it was only in terms of cultivation. They were all martial artists.
Therefore, with the development of the Dragon Kingdom, the urgency of cultural education was also quite important.
Just as Ao Qing was thinking about this, Kamehameha seemed to think of Ao Qing's worries and quickly said, "Lord Ao Qing, Confucius is still waiting outside at the moment."
When he heard Confucius, Ao Qing was stunned at first, then he suddenly remembered that hundreds of years had passed in the human world, and Confucius had completed his mission. The people had passed away and reincarnated, but he didn't expect that he was still there.
"Reporting to Lord Ao Qing, Kamehameha was worried that a talent like Confucius would disappear after reincarnation, so he took the initiative to bring him up …" Kamehameha scratched his head and was a little embarrassed.
Hearing this, Ao Qing took a deep look at Kamehameha and said in his heart that he was worthy of being his good helper. This was also expected. If he didn't go down to the human world to find the reincarnation of Confucius, he didn't know how much effort it would take. Thinking of this, Ao Qing waved his hand.
Soon, several guards brought Kong Zi, who had been waiting outside the hall, into the hall.
As soon as Confucius saw Ao Qing, he immediately kowtowed excitedly, "Sect Master, Confucius has not failed his mission. I have traveled around the countries to promote Confucianism and let the glory of the Heavenly Dragon Sect cover the entire Central Plains!"
Thinking back, when Kong Zi was trapped in the mortal world and lost to the point of not knowing where to go, it was also Dao Ancestor Ao Qing who suddenly appeared and pointed out the future path for him and even gave him great power. Kong Zi would never forget this kindness.
"Get up, this Dao Ancestor has already seen your efforts!"
Ao Qing waved his hand slightly. He actually respected Confucius very much in his heart, "In fact, this Dao Ancestor has never let you enter the Six Paths of Reincarnation. The reason is very simple, that is, I hope that you can stay here and help this Dao Ancestor's Seventh Realm teach cultural education, Confucian etiquette, and so on."
Hearing this, Confucius kowtowed excitedly, "Confucius will not disgrace the Dao Ancestor's mission. I will cultivate education and spread Confucian culture!"
"Very good, from now on, you, Confucius, will also be a member of the imperial court, a second-grade official!" Ao Qing said lightly.
As soon as his voice fell, many civil and military officials present were full of envy.
This second-grade official was already a high position. One step above, he would be a first-grade official, with power over the imperial court!
"Thank you, Lord Ao Qing!"
As he spoke, Confucius excitedly retreated to the side. He was very grateful that Ao Qing had put him in an important position.
With Confucius's help in cultural education and other aspects, Ao Qing could naturally avoid a lot of worries. Just as Ao Qing relaxed and prepared for the next decision, suddenly, the Kunpeng Patriarch, who had been sitting cross-legged in front of him, suddenly opened his eyes.
The moment the Kunpeng Patriarch, who was originally in human form, opened his eyes, a huge purple and golden shadow of the Kunpeng appeared. A huge demonic aura surged in all directions, shaking the entire Zu Chang Sacred Temple!
