"What?!"
"Nine years of compulsory cultivation?!"
"Nine years of compulsory cultivation?!"
As soon as Dragon Emperor Ao Qing finished his sentence, the Dragons' elders, Kamehameha, and the rest were stunned and confused.
"Nine years of compulsory cultivation?!
What's that? "
"That's right, Dragon Emperor, what's the meaning of nine years of compulsory cultivation?!"
The Prime Minister Turtle and the elders of the Dragon Tribe were all in a heated discussion, fighting to be the first.
Seeing everyone's confused look, Ao Qing's mouth twitched slightly. Perhaps only a transmigrator like him would know the meaning of nine years of compulsory education. However, this did not affect his governance of the Shores of the Four Seas.
Before this, Ao Qing had specially sent people to investigate. After the birth of aquatic creatures, they would usually only be able to transform into human form with some luck. Even though the seawater of the Shores of the Four Seas had been turned into "Holy Water", it only increased the chances of the aquatic creatures of the Shores of the Four Seas to transform into human form.
Although the number of fish spirits and fish monsters obtained from transforming into human form was large, it was still somewhat inefficient.
After a series of data comparisons, Ao Qing shockingly discovered that if the aquatic creatures were taught wisdom and cultivation knowledge when they were born, then the chances of them transforming into human form would be greatly increased. Not only that, but it would also increase the talents of the aquatic creatures.
In other words, if the aquatic creatures were taught wisdom and cultivation knowledge when they were born, then the chances of them transforming into human form would be very high, and they would have extremely high talents.
Therefore, Ao Qing thought that if he wanted to improve the combat power of the Shores of the Four Seas, then he would have to start from the birth of the aquatic creatures. Just like modern education, from the beginning, they would have to receive all kinds of lessons and knowledge.
Once his nine years of compulsory cultivation was implemented, then the number of fish spirits and fish monsters that could transform into human form in the Shores of the Four Seas would definitely increase, and they would have even higher talents!
Moreover, even if they were just monsters, they would still need to arm themselves with knowledge, and such monsters were usually extremely talented.
And this was the purpose of Ao Qing's nine years of compulsory cultivation education.
"It's very simple. That is, from the moment the aquatic creatures are born, they will be bestowed with knowledge and wisdom. They will also be taught cultivation methods. They will be nurtured like humans."
Ao Qing smiled faintly. "Now that the Shores of the Four Seas have so many cultivation academies and training grounds, we already have the foundation to carry out this project."
Hearing this, Kamehameha and the others exchanged glances in surprise. Then, their eyes lit up and shone with a resplendent light.
To the Demon race, developing intelligence was very important. However, many Demons did not have such an opportunity. They lived their entire lives in a muddle-headed state, leading to their ordinary lives.
However, if the nine years of compulsory cultivation were carried out, then not only would many monsters be able to easily transform, they would also possess greater talent and contribute their strength to the Shore of the Four Seas …
In the past, Kamehameha had the opportunity to become the prime minister under the Dragon King because he had read more books than other demons.
A Demon like him knew the use of knowledge all too well.
As for the other Dragons and Elders, they nodded one after another. In their hearts, they thought that this Dragon Emperor Ao Qing was indeed extraordinary to be able to think of such a method!
"As expected of the Dragon Emperor, to be able to think of such a method!"
"Yes, if that's the case, once the nine years of compulsory cultivation is carried out, I believe that the Shores of the Four Seas will definitely be a different scene!"
"The Dragon Emperor is the Dragon Emperor!"
The East Sea Dragons nodded one after another, unusually approving of this move.
"Then Kamehameha, I'll leave this matter to you. While you're at it, build a few more cultivation academies. As for the specific implementation methods and restrictions, I'll leave it to you to discuss."
Ao Qing shrugged. As the Dragon Emperor, he was in charge of the overall direction. As for the specific details, he could just leave it to his subordinates.
"Yes!" Kamehameha nodded heavily, very excited.
"The other matter is also very simple. That is, the number of shrimp soldiers, crab generals, and fish demons in the Shores of the Four Seas is increasing. The equipment reserves of the Shores of the Four Seas are no longer enough. Ao Guang, I'll leave the matter of replenishing the battle preparations to you!" Ao Qing's gaze fell on Ao Guang again.
Ao Guang nodded heavily when he heard this.
These were originally things that they wanted to respond to. After all, the cultivation techniques that many shrimp soldiers and crab generals had recently learned were the Mount Shu Sword Wielding Technique. Needless to say, it was a waste of weapons.
"Qing Wei, I hope that you can work harder to impart the Sword Dao of the Fish Demons, Shrimp Soldiers, and Crab Generals." Ao Qing's gaze fell on an old man in white again.
This old man was none other than the first generation Sect Leader of Mount Shu, Qing Wei, whom Ao Qing had brought back from Mount Shu using the Nine-Colored Exquisite Pagoda. The current Qing Wei had completely become a slave of the Shores of the Four Seas. Whatever Ao Qing asked him to do, he would do it without any hesitation.
"Dragon Emperor, please rest assured. Please leave the matter of imparting the Sword Wielding Technique of Mount Shu to Qing Wei. Now, Qing Wei has cultivated many shrimp soldiers with profound Sword Dao!"
Qing Wei cupped his hands slightly. He didn't know why, but as soon as he saw the Dragon Emperor, Ao Qing, his heart was filled with endless worship and he was willing to submit to him.
Of course, he didn't know that this was the heaven-defying effect of the heaven-defying magic treasure, the Nine-Colored Exquisite Pagoda!
"Hmm, not bad …" Ao Qing nodded slightly.
Then, Ao Qing assigned many tasks to the Dragons' Elders, Kamehameha, and the others, and ordered them to complete them within a few days. After finishing all this, Ao Qing dismissed the meeting and returned to the East Sea Dragon Palace. He sat on the dragon bed and began to cultivate.
Although he had stepped into the Sage-to-be Realm, his Dragon God Technique and his foundation were not solid. He needed time to completely consolidate them. Otherwise, it was very likely that he would suffer from Qigong Deviation.
Immediately, his whole body emitted a strong Dragon Power. Ao Qing, who was sitting cross-legged on the dragon bed, directly entered the seventh realm of the Dragon God Technique. Soon, he reached the eighth realm and began to break through to the eighth realm.
Compared to the seventh realm of the Dragon God Technique, the eighth realm of the Dragon God Technique was more solid and focused on the cultivation of the Dragons' Magic Arts, especially the Thunder Tribulation.
As Ao Qing began to break through to the eighth realm of the Dragon God Technique, it was obvious that his body began to emit a strong force of thunder and lightning. The force of thunder and lightning made a crackling sound, faintly affecting the surroundings and shaking the entire East Sea Dragon Palace.
The entire East Sea Dragon Palace was also filled with the strong force of thunder and lightning. It was as if there were thousands of thunderbolts.
If there were immortals here at this moment, they would definitely be frightened and run away. Because the thunder and lightning were no different from the Heavenly Thunder of the Thunder Tribulation. It was extremely terrifying!
