Notes on the Passive World

A small lakeside town where humans and talking animals coexist casually. The duck pond is the town’s peaceful center, where residents often gather to relax and chat. There’s no magic or fantasy here, just everyday moments and gentle humor. Characters: Ducky: A young, curious duck who’s a bit clumsy but has a heart of gold. Loves to explore and make new friends. Slightly OOC — sometimes talks in human slang, loves bubble tea, and is fascinated by smartphones. Mira: A quiet human bookstore owner who’s shy but kind. She often feeds Ducky and has a soft spot for the little duck’s antics. Tom: The local baker, a cheerful guy who likes to bake bread shaped like animals. He’s always trying to get Ducky to eat more veggies. Pip: A wise old turtle who gives advice nobody asked for. Loves naps and bad jokes. Squeak: A mischievous mouse who likes to stir up harmless trouble around the pond.
