After being mocked by Wang Zhongwang, Ye Qing remained calm. Beast taming was also his specialty.
It was no exaggeration to say that he was an all-rounder. He was proficient in any profession. Wang Zhongwang was not qualified to act cool in front of him!
With a flash, Ye Qing walked to the center of the arena and looked for Xiao Shoushou to register.
There were only eight hundred people in the entire arena. Basically, all the outstanding beast tamers from the Heaven Realm were here.
Under Xiao Shoushou's command, the beast taming competition officially began. Other than the three extremely difficult beasts to tame, there were also some beasts that were easier to tame. These were the targets of the contestants in the preliminary round.
The king of beasts, Zhen Qinshou, was very ferocious. When he saw the beasts in the arena, his eyes lit up as if he had seen many treasures.
There were many ferocious beasts gathered in the arena. They were all very violent existences. When they saw people, they would attack fiercely.
There were tigers, wolves, and all kinds of beasts with strong bodies and sharp claws. They were all carefully selected by the Heavenly Court. Their battle strength had reached an unimaginable level.
Many of the beasts were at the peak of the ninth level of the Heaven Realm. If one wanted to use force to subdue those beasts, it would be very difficult.
The eight hundred beast tamers present had not reached the Celestial Phenomenon Realm. It was very difficult for them to fight against a group of beasts.
If one wanted to subdue those beasts, they could only rely on their Divine Soul. If they could directly sign a Divine Soul Contract, those beasts would naturally be obedient.
The beast tamers in the arena all hid. Facing the fierce attacks of those beasts, they did not dare to face them head-on. They could only dodge and use their beast taming methods to subdue those beasts.
Unfortunately, there were very few successful beast tamers. They could only blame their lack of attainments in beast taming.
On the other hand, the king of beasts, Zhen Qinshou, showed his brave side. He directly charged into the group of beasts and fought with those powerful beasts.
Rumor had it that the king of beasts, Zhen Qinshou's beast taming method was the most violent. Basically, he would fight until those beasts submitted.
Once those beasts were heavily injured, it would be much easier to subdue them.
Zhen Qin Shou was using violence to curb violence. Those demonic beasts were ferocious, but he could be even more ferocious than them. He was simply a humanoid beast!
It had to be said that Zhen Qin Shou's beast taming method was very eye-catching. The enthusiasm of the audience outside was ignited by Zhen Qin Shou. Their gazes all gathered on Zhen Qin Shou.
Zhen Qin Shou's fists violently blasted out. As time passed, three Demonic Beasts were gradually beaten to the ground by Zhen Qin Shou.
Zhen Qin Shou didn't hold back at all. He displayed his beast taming ability and signed a soul contract with the three severely injured beasts.
All of the Beast Tamers present looked at Zhen Qin Shou with awe in their eyes.
Without a doubt, the strength that Zhen Qin Beast had displayed had won the respect of those Beast Tamers.
The other Beast Tamers had also subdued some Demonic Beasts, but the process was definitely not as smooth as Zhen Qin Beast's.
Even Wang Zhongwang was surprised. His eyes were filled with jealousy. Even with his beast taming skills, his limelight was somewhat suppressed by Zhen Qin.
Wang Zhongwang snorted coldly. Immediately, his body floated in the air. He released a powerful Spiritual Power and forcibly signed a soul contract with those violent Demonic Beasts.
His Spiritual Power was relatively strong. In addition, he knew the weaknesses of those Demonic Beasts. Soon, he successfully subdued three Demonic Beasts. His speed was as fast as Zhen Qin Shou's.
If one wanted to stand out in the preliminary round, the only way was to subdue more Demonic Beasts. The more Demonic Beasts one could subdue, the more Demonic Beasts one could get from the judge, Skinny Xiao.
Most of the Beast Tamers began to move. Only Ye Qing didn't move. He was still standing in the same place as if he wasn't in a hurry at all.
Those Beast Tamers looked at Ye Qing in surprise. They didn't know what Ye Qing was doing. Until now, he still hadn't made a move. Could it be that he knew the difficulty of the competition was too high and had given up?
Five or six minutes had passed since the beginning of the competition. Ye Qing was still indifferent. It was inevitable that people would suspect Ye Qing's purpose.
However, just when everyone was bewildered, all of a sudden, Ye Qing released a vast divine soul power, invading the sea of consciousness of those demonic beasts.
In an instant, Ye Qing had signed a soul contract with those Demonic Beasts. The Demonic Beasts' violent imprints were erased from their Spiritual Souls. They became obedient and docile. It was like a tiger had turned into a kitten.
It had to be said that Ye Qing's Beast Tamer ability was very strong. There were more than a thousand Demonic Beasts in the arena. All of them were extremely ferocious. Many of them had higher cultivation than Ye Qing.
Ye Qing was able to subdue all of those Demonic Beasts in such a short time. Not a single one of them was left out. It was simply terrifying!
The judge, Xiao Shoupang, was inexplicably shocked. He was holding some fruits in his hand and eating them. But after seeing Ye Qing's shocking performance, he could no longer remain calm.
Ye Qing's strength was too strong. After recovering from his shock, Xiao Shoupang's eyes lit up. He was looking forward to Ye Qing joining the Heavenly Court's Beast Taming Hall. In the future, Ye Qing would take over his position and manage the Demonic Beasts in the Heavenly Court.
In the preliminary round, Ye Qing had already subdued all the Demonic Beasts, causing the other Beast Tamers to lose their target.
The Beast Taming Hall's preliminary round was supposed to last for a long time. But because of Ye Qing's interference, it ended very quickly.
The other Beast Tamers felt as though they had swallowed a fly. They felt extremely uncomfortable in their hearts. They really couldn't understand how Ye Qing did it.
To be able to subdue so many powerful Demonic Beasts in an instant, they had no idea what level Ye Qing's Spiritual Power had reached. Perhaps it was comparable to a Celestial Phenomenon Realm expert.
The judge, Xiao Shoupang, had no choice but to announce the results according to the current situation.
Other than Ye Qing, there were about fifty other Beast Tamers who had successfully subdued the Demonic Beasts.
As for those Beast Tamers who didn't manage to subdue the Demonic Beasts, they had no choice but to announce their failure.
The preliminary round began very quickly. Under Xiao Shoupang's command, the competition for the Beast Tamers began. If they wanted to perform well in the preliminary round, they would have to fight against three extremely difficult Demonic Beasts.
Subduing the Manic Fire Luan, Bloody Tyrannical Sky Tiger, or Tyrannical Flying Rabbit wasn't an easy task. No matter how strong a Beast Tamer's Spiritual Power was, they wouldn't be able to force a Spiritual Contract with them.
That was because those three Demonic Beasts carried an extremely tyrannical aura. If they couldn't expel the tyrannical aura, it would be extremely difficult to subdue them.
After hearing the rules of the preliminary round, the fifty plus Beast Tamers stopped in their tracks. They didn't dare to challenge those ferocious Demonic Beasts.
After all, those Demonic Beasts were extremely difficult to tame. Failing to subdue them was a small matter. The most important thing was that they might be injured during the process.
After Xiao Shoupang announced the rules of the competition, for a moment, no Beast Tamers stepped forward. The scene fell into a stalemate. The atmosphere was silent.
Xiao Shoupang frowned and sighed, "You are all outstanding Beast Tamers from the Heavenly Realm. Don't tell me you don't even have the courage to try?"
