Faced with the mockery of the Blackwolf Apothecary, Ye Qing only smiled indifferently. He did not take it to heart at all.
The cultivation aura that the Blackwolf Apothecary released was very strong. He had reached the fifth level of the Mystic Heaven Realm.
In addition, the Blackwolf Apothecary's body was surrounded by pitch-black flames. He looked extremely extraordinary.
In terms of controlling flames, the Blackwolf Apothecary was definitely a heaven-defying existence. He was at the peak of the Sovereign Alchemists.
The flame that he controlled was called the Blackwolf Demonic Flame. It had a terrifying temperature. Once it was released, it could achieve twice the result with half the effort when refining pills.
"Is that so?
I'm looking forward to seeing your alchemy skills. "
Ye Qing smiled indifferently. He selected some herbs and then returned to his alchemy platform, preparing to start refining pills.
The mockery on the Blackwolf Apothecary's face was very obvious. After selecting the pills, he even extended his little finger at Ye Qing, making a very disdainful gesture!
Ye Qing smiled indifferently. He could not be bothered to talk nonsense with the Blackwolf Apothecary and started refining pills on the spot.
With a whoosh, Ye Qing threw all the herbs into the alchemy furnace.
The alchemy furnace was relatively ordinary. It was mass-produced in Water Element City to ensure that every contestant would use the same furnace.
With a sizzling sound, Ye Qing released a terrifying flame. The Primordial Vermilion Bird Divine Flame!
The purplish-gold flame danced wildly. In an instant, under Ye Qing's control, the herbs in the alchemy furnace were all turned into pure medicinal liquid!
In the short span of a second, Ye Qing had condensed the medicinal liquid into a perfectly round and translucent medicinal pill, without the slightest impurity!
It had to be said that Ye Qing's alchemy skills had reached the acme of perfection. It could be said to be extremely terrifying. The moment he made a move, he shocked everyone present!
The entire alchemy process only took a second. Ye Qing had successfully refined a Xuan pill.
Moreover, one had to know that Ye Qing was not refining an ordinary Profound Core, but an extremely high grade Profound Core!
Given Ye Qing's second-level Heavenly Venerate cultivation, being able to refine a first-level upper grade Profound Pill, it could only be said that Ye Qing's control of flames had reached a rather terrifying level.
In fact, the Tribulation Fire Cave's trial required martial artists who could control powerful flames!
The purpose of the Alchemy Conference held in the Water Elemental City was not only to attract alchemy geniuses, but also to seek the assistance of martial artists who could control powerful flames!
In that case, he would be able to obtain more opportunities in the Tribulation Flame Cave.
The laughable Blackwolf Apothecary had just mocked Ye Qing. However, when he saw that Ye Qing had successfully refined the elixir pill in just one second, he was extremely shocked!
To be able to refine a first tier high grade Profound Pill in such a short period of time, Ye Qing's pill refining skills had won over everyone present!
It wasn't an exaggeration to say that some of the senior alchemists in the Water Elemental City weren't confident that they could be like Ye Qing and refine elixirs!
One had to know that what Ye Qing had refined wasn't some trash. It was a precious first-level upper grade Profound Core.
In the preliminary round of the Alchemy Conference, based on Ye Qing's performance, there was no doubt that he would be able to advance successfully.
In actual fact, out of the 500 over alchemists present, only about 60% of them could refine a first-level Profound Core within six hours.
Many alchemists could only barely refine a first-level lower grade Profound Core and they had even exceeded the time limit.
Ye Qing's performance could be said to be stunning. When the Water Elemental City's City Lord noticed Ye Qing's presence, his eyes sparkled!
In the eyes of the Water Elemental City's City Lord, Ye Qing's alchemy skills were enough to be valued.
And the flames that Ye Qing had released had a terrifying temperature!
Master Apothecary Hei Lang had also completed his alchemy task. He had spent two hours refining a first-level upper grade Profound Core.
In theory, Master Apothecary Hei Lang's results were considered very good.
However, compared to Ye Qing's results, Master Apothecary Hei Lang was a complete piece of trash!
Not only Master Apothecary Hei Lang, but most of the Sovereign level alchemists present felt ashamed of their inferiority after witnessing Ye Qing's amazing skills.
In the audience seats, in the Black Jade Tribe's camp, Lin Xian's eyes were full of splendor.
In her heart, Ye Qing's image was becoming more and more perfect!
As time passed, the preliminary round of the Alchemy Conference was completely over. All the participating alchemists had completed their rounds.
About 300 Sovereign level alchemists had successfully advanced to the next round.
In the following rounds, there was nothing to write home about. Ye Qing had successfully refined elixirs within a second. There was no suspense at all.
Soon, Ye Qing had become one of the top ten in the Alchemy Conference.
Those who advanced with him were the genius alchemists of the various tribes.
Master Apothecary Hei Lang, the top alchemist of the Demonic Wolf Tribe, had also successfully advanced to the next round.
However, Master Apothecary Hei Lang knew that it was almost impossible to humiliate Ye Qing in the process of refining elixirs!
Even with Master Apothecary Hei Lang's alchemy skills, he was feeling weak in his heart.
Originally, Master Apothecary Hei Lang's mission from the Demonic Wolf Tribe was to become the champion of the Alchemy Conference and humiliate Ye Qing at the same time.
However, it seemed that if Master Apothecary Hei Lang wanted to become the champion, he would first have to ask for Ye Qing's permission!
"Fellow genius alchemists, the finals are about to begin. You have to successfully refine the Nine Profound Core within two hours!
Moreover, the quality must be of the highest quality! "
When the mission for the finals of the Alchemy Conference was announced, all the Sovereign level alchemists present revealed a shocked expression.
Refining the Qian Yuan Nine Profound Dan was definitely not an easy task. Many famous older generation Alchemist had a very high chance of failure when refining it!
The effect of the Nine Profound Core was considered to be the best among the first tier elixirs as it had the most obvious effect on increasing one's Profound Energy.
Ye Qing's expression was calm. When he heard that he had to refine the Nine Profound Core, he did not panic at all.
Following that, many staff members on the Pill Refining Platform brought over the medicinal herbs that each alchemist required.
The medicinal herbs were all concocted uniformly and there was no difference to ensure the fairness of the Alchemy Conference.
After Master Apothecary Hei Lang received the medicinal herbs, a mocking expression surfaced on his face. From his point of view, Ye Qing was only good at refining ordinary elixirs and was not good at refining the difficult Nine Profound Core!
One must know that the Nine Profound Core was the most difficult to refine among the first tier elixirs.
Many Sovereign level alchemists had not grasped the formula and furthermore, many alchemists would not specially refine the Nine Profound Core.
As the chances of failure were too high, the alchemists naturally did not dare to act rashly.
Now that it was the Alchemy Conference, they had to bite the bullet and refine it.
Under the judge's command, the finals of the Alchemy Conference officially began and many alchemists started to refine.
However, not long after the finals began, a rumbling sound was heard. It was obvious that a Sovereign level alchemist's elixir had exploded!
If the elixir refinement failed and exploded, it meant that they would be eliminated immediately.
However, to be able to enter the finals had already proven their ability. Every Sovereign level alchemist who entered the finals could obtain a quota to head to the Tribulation Flame Cave for their respective tribes.
Master Apothecary Hei Lang concentrated on refining the elixir and after one hour, a sparkling and translucent elixir was successfully refined. It was the Nine Profound Core!
He was wild with joy as he looked in Ye Qing's direction. However, he realized that Ye Qing had not even started refining the elixir. Instantly, the mocking expression on his face became even more intense.
"Ye Qing, with your alchemy ability, you still want to become the champion of the Alchemy Conference? That's simply a fool's dream!"
Master Apothecary Hei Lang laughed wildly as his eyes were filled with contempt and ridicule.
He thought to himself that his guess was right. Ye Qing was only good at refining ordinary elixirs. When he encountered difficult elixirs, he was helpless!
