The Thunder Tribe's Sacred Palace was filled with ruins. Many of the buildings in the Sacred Palace were destroyed.
The tsunami from the Thunderstorm Sea erupted, causing a devastating blow to the Sacred Palace. If not for the Grand Elders joining hands and the Thunder Emperor going all out to suppress the Thunderstorm Sea, the consequences would have been even more severe.
After two days of rescue, the Thunderstorm Sea finally calmed down. The Sacred Palace was not completely destroyed.
The Thunder Emperor and the Grand Elders heaved a sigh of relief. However, when they found out about the situation in the Treasure Pavilion, they were driven mad with anger!
The treasures in the Treasure Pavilion were the treasures of the Thunder Tribe's Sacred Palace for many years. The treasures on the ninth floor were even more precious. They were all saint herbs that were over forty thousand years old. Every single one of them was priceless.
Losing the treasures in the Treasure Pavilion was a huge loss to the Thunder Tribe. In addition to the damage to the Sacred Palace, the Thunder Tribe suffered a huge loss this time.
The Thunder Emperor was enraged. The Grand Elders were also enraged. They wanted to find trouble with Ye Qing.
When they found out that Ye Qing was the old ancestor of the Thunder Demon Tribe, they hated Ye Qing to the core.
The Thunder Emperor was preparing to gather an army to destroy the Thunder Demon Tribe. However, he was stopped by the Ninth Princess.
The Ninth Princess's current condition was very bad. The Nine Days Death Pill was about to take effect. Other than Ye Qing, no one else could cure the poison.
The Thunder Emperor loved the Ninth Princess dearly. He was unwilling to let the Ninth Princess die like this.
During the process, the Thunder Emperor found many famous doctors to treat the Ninth Princess. Unfortunately, the results were not good.
The Nine Days Death Pill had a huge variability. Every alchemist could refine a Nine Days Death Pill that was different.
Thus, even the famous Eight Star Alchemists of the Thunder Tribe were unable to cure the Ninth Princess.
The Thunder Emperor had no choice. If he wanted to save the Ninth Princess's life, he could only ask Ye Qing for help.
Originally, the Thunder Emperor wanted to destroy the Thunder Demon Tribe. However, because of the Ninth Princess, the Thunder Emperor's plan was delayed.
However, the Thunder Emperor was not someone who could be bullied easily. Ye Qing had caused trouble in the Sacred Palace and even took away a large amount of treasures. The Thunder Emperor would not let this matter rest.
"Men, bring me my supreme-grade Nine Li Sky Halberd!"
The Lightning Emperor called out, and a Lightning Tribe elder immediately went to a secret location to retrieve the Nine Li Empyrean Halberd.
Within the Thunder Clan's Holy Temple, there were many hidden treasures that were unknown to outsiders. Among them were the Thunder Clan's cornerstone treasures!
The Nine Li Sky Halberd was a supreme-grade divine artifact that the Thunder Sovereign had used in his early years. After over ten thousand years of refinement, it was incomparably powerful.
However, the current Thunder Emperor's strength was exceedingly high. It had been a long time since he had used the Nine Li Empyrean Halberd, so he had sealed it away.
Not long after, the elder returned with the Nine Li Sky Halberd and solemnly handed it over to the Lightning Emperor.
In the Sacred Hall, many elders thought that the Thunder Emperor was going to kill everyone when they saw the Nine Li Empyrean Halberd. They thought that the Thunder Emperor was going to take revenge on the old ancestor of the Thunder Demon Tribe, Lei Zhenzi. Therefore, they were extremely excited and cheered loudly.
"Lord Thunder Emperor, let's destroy the Thunder Demon Tribe!"
"Damn you, Lei Zhenzi! Under the leadership of the Thunder Emperor, we will definitely kill you!"
"Lei Zhenzi, you just wait for this old man!"
The crowd was agitated, and everyone was cursing loudly. Obviously, their hatred for Ye Qing was very deep, especially the Taishang Elder in the Dui position, as well as the three Elders Qing and Lei.
"Everyone, stop! Who said that I'm going to take revenge?"
The Thunder Emperor waved the Nine Li Empyrean Halberd in his hand and a vast amount of pressure was released.
"If you're not going to take revenge, then what are you going to do with the Nine Li Empyrean Halberd?!"
The Grand Elder from the Dui Faction could not take it anymore and immediately questioned the Thunder Emperor.
Others might be afraid of the Thunder Emperor, but he was not. After all, his status was there.
"I'm going to give the Nine Li Empyrean Halberd to Lei Zhenzi!" The Thunder Emperor said with a smile.
As soon as the words came out, the crowd was in an uproar and the Grand Elder from the Dui Faction was almost angered to death.
"Thunder Emperor, we can understand that you're worried about the safety of the Ninth Princess. However, as the leader of the Thunder Clan, you have to consider the big picture!" The Grand Elder from the Dui Faction began to educate the Thunder Emperor.
"Hmph!" The Thunder Emperor coldly snorted, "What do you know?
I have my ways to deal with Lei Zhenzi! "
The Thunder Emperor's cold eyes swept across the crowd and said in a deep voice, "Nine Grand Elders and the three Green and Thunder Elders, follow me to the Thunder Demon Tribe!"
The Thunder Emperor's tone was unquestionable and the Grand Elder from the Dui Faction did not say anything else.
The nine Grand Elders were the ones who were guarding the Thunderstorm Sea. After the chaos, they had used up a lot of their essence force and were very tired. Hence, new Grand Elders were sent to guard the Thunderstorm Sea.
At this moment, they all rushed into the sky and followed beside the Thunder Emperor.
The Thunder Emperor revealed a sinister smile and took out a jade bottle. He then smeared the liquid on the Nine Li Empyrean Halberd.
The liquid was transparent and colorless and ordinary people would not be able to detect it. After smearing it, the Nine Li Empyrean Halberd looked the same as before.
"Alright, everyone, let's go!"
The Thunder Emperor's eyes flashed with a cold light. He took a step forward and charged towards the sky.
All the Grand Elders were enlightened and secretly praised the Thunder Emperor for his brilliance. The Thunder Emperor's actions were fast but they all saw clearly that the liquid in the jade bottle was a lethal poison!
The Thunder Emperor must have taken the antidote in advance since he dared to touch the colorless and transparent liquid.
…
The atmosphere in the Thunder Demon Tribe was heated up. Ever since Ye Qing came back, the Thunder Demon Tribe was in an uproar. All kinds of precious cultivation resources were given to the Thunder Demon Tribe as if they were free. The Thunder Demon Tribe's overall strength had increased by a lot.
Above the mountains, it was quiet. All of a sudden, a surge of powerful energy permeated the air. It was a group of powerful warriors of the Fate Wheel Realm. They were all wearing long green robes and were extraordinarily powerful.
The Thunder Emperor led the nine Grand Elders and the ninth Princess to the Thunder Demon Tribe!
The Thunder Demon Tribe was shocked. Many Grand Elders were so frightened that they broke out in a cold sweat. They all rushed over to check out the situation.
When the Grand Elders saw clearly who had arrived, they were so shocked that they were trembling. The powerful Thunder Emperor and the old men beside him seemed to be ruthless and should not be provoked!
"Let's face the enemy!
The powerful warriors of the Thunder Tribe are here! "
"Grand Elders, go and inform our forefather. This is not good!"
The Grand Elders of the Thunder Demon Tribe were in a mess and they were in a panic.
Subconsciously, they thought that the Thunder Emperor was here to stir up trouble. Also, their backbone, Ye Qing, was not here. They were all in a panic.
"Friends, don't be alarmed. I am here to apologize to Lei Zhenzi."
The Thunder Emperor's attitude was unexpected. He was very calm and didn't seem like he was here to stir up trouble.
There were also the Supreme Elders beside the Thunder Emperor. They all had smiles on their faces, looking very amiable.
The ninth Princess was the only one who didn't look good. Apparently, she was still angry. Also, she was affected by the Nine Days Death Pill and she was in a bad state.
"Eh?
He is here to apologize to our forefather?
What is going on? "
"This is not the Thunder Emperor's style. I heard that our forefather made a scene in the Sacred Hall. Why is the Thunder Emperor here to apologize?"
"That's right. I think there must be something going on!"
The Grand Elders of the Thunder Demon Tribe were all talking at once. They were all confused.
