"Aside from that, Jenny has no other value to Yan Feng. King Zishan has entered the top four of the Astral Combat Academy, and I've heard that there's a Council of Astral Academy that's equivalent to the Outerverse Youth Council. If King Zishan joins the Council of Astral Academy, then it's not impossible for Yan Feng to make a move."
Rocky Auna immediately left.
Xueshan Auna felt bitter as he watched Rocky Auna leave. He hoped that it wasn't true, or else the Auna family would be embroiled in an unimaginable storm. Even a Hunter like him would be torn to shreds as this matter concerned the Ten Arbiters Council.
No matter how the Auna family tried to keep it under wraps, news of Jenny Auna running away from home still spread. More importantly, someone had seen her on Firesmelt Planet, and the person with her was from the Daynight clan.
This news shocked many. Why would the Daynight clan be involved with Jenny Auna and Firesmelt Planet?
In the Great Yu Empire's palace, Undying Yushan's face was gloomy. The plan to attack Firesmelt Planet had just been formulated, and now the Daynight clan had appeared. What was going on?
The Daynight clan and Jenny Auna … Why were two completely unrelated people involved? Could it be related to Little Yin?
What had originally been an ordinary girl running away from home had suddenly shaken the entire Frostwave Weave.
On Astral-10's Rain Observatory, Silver watched the drizzle fall with a happy smile on his face. This was too interesting. He had originally planned to wait for a while, but he hadn't expected the opportunity to come so soon. It seemed like he would be able to find out the truth soon. Brother Lu, we don't have much time left together.
Lu Yin was also in Astral-10. He had not contacted the outside world, and the outside world could not contact him either. Thus, he did not know what was happening in Frostwave Weave, and he was currently looking at the information on his gadget in confusion.
He had logged onto the Ten Arbiters Council's internal network, and although there was a lot of information, he could not see much of it.
With his current level of authority, he could only see a few things happening in the Northline Flowzone and the Outerverse. Since he could see them, it meant that he had the authority to ask about them. He could write down his own plans below the information, and he could either solve the problem himself or report it to the council.
However, Lu Yin was very confused. The Ten Arbiters Council had ten pages, and he did not know which page to send his suggestions to.
The moment he saw these ten pages, Lu Yin was able to guess quite a few things. The Ten Arbiters were fighting for power amongst themselves, and the universe was like a cake that ten people were fighting over. Whichever Ten Arbiters that Lu Yin handed over his plans to would become one of their subordinates in the future.
It was no wonder why Liu Xiaoyun had asked him to wait. She was not waiting for a solution, but rather for the Ten Arbiters' summons.
He had to choose the Ten Arbiters, and the Ten Arbiters had to choose as well.
Lu Yin's head hurt, as he had no idea who the Ten Arbiters were. The only ones he knew were Nightking Zhenwu, Wen Sansi, Hart Phoenix's rumored older brother, and the person from the Sword Sect. He did not know anything about the other six. Oh, right, there was also one known as the War King and one known as the Divine Fist.
Could he just randomly pick one?
Lu Yin was looking forward to it. As long as he made his choice, then regardless of whether the Ten Arbiters were willing to accept him or not, his identity would eventually be revealed. However, if the Ten Arbiters refused to accept him, then he would be embarrassed.
Furthermore, there was even a 10% chance that Lu Yin would choose Nightking Zhenwu, which would make things even more interesting.
Previously, Mira had mentioned that she would recommend Lu Yin to join the Outerverse Youth Council, and the person behind her was Wen Sansi. Then, if Lu Yin received her recommendation, would he be able to join Wen Sansi's faction?
This was a crucial step, as he needed the Ten Arbiters to back him up. Otherwise, joining the Council of Astral Academy would be meaningless.
He looked at the page for the Northline Flowzone once more, as his authority would be reflected here.
"Shangwu Academy's end-of-year tournament is about to begin. Ten Arbiters Council members are invited to supervise the tournament. Fairness, impartiality, and openness are our principles."
"Shangwu Academy has temporarily changed their trial planet. Ten Arbiters Council members are invited to supervise the tournament. Fairness, impartiality, and openness are our principles."
…
Many of the messages were from the Northline Flowzone, and most of them were from Shangwu Academy, which was the top academy in the Northline Flowzone. According to the rules, the Ten Arbiters Council members were required to supervise the tournament. This was similar to how the Great Yu Empire's Youth Council had been disbanded during Earth's trial, and Mira had stepped forward to supervise the tournament.
However, the Northline Flowzone did not have a Youth Council. If Lu Yin wanted to supervise the tournament, then either the Ten Arbiters would have to send someone over, or he would have to go personally.
Generally speaking, this sort of supervision was just a formality, and Lu Yin could simply report it to the Council and send a random member over. However, he did not know who to report to, and he did not have the time to do so either. Helpless, he could only pretend that he did not see the message. There was only one thing he could do: delay until the Ten Arbiters contacted him, or until he had the time to do so.
There were too many small Flowzones like the Northline Flowzone. If every Flowzone's trial tournament had to be supervised by a member, then even if the number of members in the Ten Arbiters Council increased by ten times, it would still not be enough. Thus, many inspections could be canceled, and it all depended on the wishes of the members themselves.
"If I have the time, I can go and enjoy being a member, but I can't be considered a real member right now. I'd be no different from a student if I went," Lu Yin muttered to himself as he browsed through the network.
For two days, Lu Yin did not leave his room as he searched for information about the Ten Arbiters Council.
Something big had happened in the Great Yu Empire. The captain of the Thirteen Imperial Squadrons, Liuying Zishan, had been severely injured.
Outside Zenyu Star, the Undying Yushan stepped into a spacecraft and quickly saw the heavily injured Liuying Zishan. Her face was pale and bloodless, and there were many wounds on her body.
"How is she?" the Undying Yushan asked in a low voice.
"Captain Liuying Zishan's life is not in danger, but she needs to rest for a while. Her organs have been severely injured, and she won't be able to fight at full strength for at least half a year," someone replied.
The Undying Yushan's gaze turned cold. "What about the battle records?"
"Your Majesty, one side of the battlefield has been distorted, and all records have been destroyed. Only Captain Liuying Zishan knows what happened at the scene," the man beside the Undying Yushan replied in a trembling voice.
The Undying Yushan looked at Liuying Zishan, who was lying in the nutrient solution, and thought about the battle in the Astral Combat Academy. He had already found out what had happened in the Astral Combat Academy. Lu Yin had opposed Nightqueen Yanqing, and although he had successfully joined the Council of Astral Academy, he had brought the Daynight clan as an enemy to the Great Yu Empire.
However, he had heard that the enmity between Lu Yin and Nightqueen Yanqing had been resolved by Astral-1's leader, Starsibyl. Had the Daynight clan made a move this time?
There was also the Daynight clan member who had appeared beside Jenny Auna. Even an idiot would know that they were targeting Lu Yin.
The Undying Yushan was deep in thought when a beam of light suddenly pierced his eyes. His eyes widened as a terrifying amount of star energy erupted from his body, causing the heavens to feel heavy and everything to be suppressed. He reached out and grabbed a strand of Liuying Zishan's hair. He pulled out a shimmering chip from the strand of hair and tossed it out. It tore through the void.
Immediately after, the void in the distance began to distort as a terrifying fluctuation swept through the heavens, instantly shattering many meteorites that streaked past.
Everyone in the spacecraft was stunned. If that thing had exploded within the spacecraft, they would all have died. Its power was enough to instantly kill an Explorer.
The Undying Yushan's eyes turned cold. This was the second killing intent. The person who had attacked Liuying Zishan was not satisfied with this result and wanted to kill even more powerhouses from the Great Yu Empire.
At that moment, the void distorted and Huo Qingshan appeared. "Your Majesty, that thing should have come from the Ross Empire in the Blazing Mist Flowzone."
"Are you sure?" The Undying Yushan was shocked.
Huo Qingshan nodded seriously. "When I was young, I went to the Blaze Realm to train. The Ross Empire isn't that far from the Blaze Realm, so it's not difficult to identify their weapons."
"Could someone have imitated the Ross Empire's weapons and attacked us in order to frame them?" the Undying Yushan asked.
Huo Qingshan shook his head. "That shouldn't be possible. Ignoring the difficulty of imitating the Ross Empire's weapons, based on the nature of the Innerverse's great powers, they wouldn't bother to disguise themselves to deal with us."
"What a Ross Empire!" The Undying Yushan was furious. He didn't need to think much to know that the Daynight clan was behind the Ross Empire. Otherwise, why would the Ross Empire attack them?
Just because they had sabotaged the three great powers' attack on Astral-10 was not worth the Ross Empire's intervention. If they had wanted to, they would have done so long ago.
"Your Majesty, to be safe, it's best to stop all external wars. With the Ross Empire interfering, Captain Liuying Zishan's situation will definitely become more frequent," Huo Qingshan advised.
The Undying Yushan sighed and nodded. "Let Duke know about this. Tell him to be careful."
"Yes. Should we tell Princess Wendy?"
The Undying Yushan's eyes flashed. "No need. Since they attacked us, they must have taken her into consideration as well."
Huo Qingshan was right. Innerverse powers would not bother to disguise themselves when attacking Outerverse powers. The Ross Empire's powerhouses were frequently dispatched to the Frostwave Weave and to the powers that were being attacked by the Great Yu Empire.
Even if the Great Yu Empire stopped fighting, it was useless as the Ross Empire's attacks did not stop.
At this point, Lu Yin finally found out about this matter. He didn't need to guess; he immediately pinned the culprit to the Daynight clan and Nightking Zhenwu. Aside from him, who else could mobilize the Ross Empire?
Although Starsibyl had resolved the dispute between him and Nightqueen Yanqing, she could not do the same against Nightking Zhenwu.
Lu Yin had previously guessed that Nightking Zhenwu would make a move, but he had not expected it to be so fierce. Furthermore, Zhang Yang had completely disregarded him.
To Nightking Zhenwu, suppressing the Great Yu Empire was a piece of cake, and Lu Yin did not have the qualifications to be his equal.
Lu Yin knew this as well, but he could not change Nightking Zhenwu's decision. Nightking Yuanjing could protect him, but he could not protect the Great Yu Empire.
However, did the Great Yu Empire really need protection?
The more he interacted with the Great Yu Empire, the more Lu Yin understood the Outerverse's strength. The Great Yu Empire was definitely capable of conquering the Frostwave Weave and becoming the leading power. They had not been able to do so before because of the Undying Manual. If the Ross Empire underestimated the Great Yu Empire because of this, they would definitely pay a heavy price.
Even so, this matter had started because of him, and Lu Yin still had to think of a way to make up for it. At the very least, he needed to divert the Daynight clan's attention. However, he was just a student, so what right did he have to make an enemy out of the Daynight clan?
Any space-exploring powerhouse would be enough to kill him.
He could not use Nightking Yuanjing either, as the more information he leaked, the more danger he would be in.
