The Outerverse was very chaotic, and there were wars everywhere in the eastern weaves. The frequency of Enlighters acting was very high as they were all plundering resources. In the central weaves, many places were cut off from the outside world, similar to the Astral River. The western weaves could not even connect to the internet.
Of the eastern weaves, Frostwave Weaves and Grandtop Weaves were the quietest. Even if there were wars, they were instigated by the Great Yu Empire, and the Great Yu Empire spent the next two months in peace.
Lu Yin spent the next two months in peace. He had a headache during these two months as he had to deal with government affairs. Even with the four ministries, there was still a lot of government affairs that came to him, and it made him want to run away.
Wendy Yushan had completely escaped, and she was no longer on Zenyu Star.
During this time, the Lu Branches and Lu Pavilion had gained many new members, but the Lu Ministry of Staff and the Lu Ministry of Defense still had the same few members. These two departments could not be casually assigned to them.
The Cabinet still consisted of three people: Garope, Hill Auna, and Gavin.
Amidst these peaceful days, a request for reinforcements shook the surrounding weaves.
The Innerverse and Outerverse had been separated for eight months, and Ironblood Weave was requesting reinforcements from the Outerverse's seventy-two weaves to defend against the Astral Beast Domain's invasion.
Although it was said that there were seventy-two weaves, only the eastern weaves had received the request for reinforcements, and Frostwave Weave was naturally one of them.
Lu Yin looked up in surprise. "Ironblood Weave?"
En Ya's expression was solemn. "Ironblood Weave is the frontline of the Human Domain's defense against the Astral Beast Domain's invasion. It's similar to Erudite Flowzone's border battlefield, but the difference is that Erudite Flowzone's border is only a border and is obstructed by the Astral River. Ironblood Weave, on the other hand, is not obstructed by any astronomical phenomena, and the entire weave is a battlefield.
This was the first time Lu Yin had heard of this weave. He stood up and looked at the screen that En Ya had opened. "Tell me more about it."
En Ya pointed at the northeast corner of the screen. "This is Ironblood Weave. The Human Domain and the Astral Beast Domain overlap, and most of the overlapping areas are obstructed by the Astral River, which can be used as a border battlefield. However, this overlapping area connects the two domains without any obstruction. Once the astral beasts cross Ironblood Weave, they can run amok in the Outerverse.
"Ironblood Weave is very small, as it only covers about twenty or so filaments. The entire weave is made up of nine fortresses, and the one at the very front is Ironblood Fort. Ironblood Fort is constantly engaged in endless battles. Even though the Human Domain and the Astral Beast Domain have reached a temporary truce, this place is still a battlefield, a black hole of death."
"For many years, the Outerverse has been in charge of Ironblood Weave's supplies. Every year, the Great Yu Empire will send a large amount of resources to a single place, and that place is Ironblood Weave. This is an order from the Hall of Honor, and most of the experts in Ironblood Weave come from the Innerverse. Every stronghold is made up of Enlighters and space-exploring powerhouses. Even so, there are still Enlighters and countless space-exploring powerhouses who die every year.
…
After En Ya's half-hour-long explanation, Lu Yin gained a detailed understanding of Ironblood Weave. "The Innerverse and Outerverse have been separated, and the number of experts in Ironblood Weave can't keep up, so they've asked for reinforcements. Once Ironblood Weave falls, the entire Outerverse will be exposed to the Astral Beast Domain's claws, right?"
En Ya solemnly replied, "That's right. Back then, Commander Shui suggested to the Hall of Honor to increase the number of experts in Ironblood Weave. Unfortunately, the Hall of Honor did not accept his suggestion."
Lu Yin had heard of the Hall of Honor many times. It was the highest organization in the Human Domain, and it was also the organization with the greatest authority. It had the authority to judge and judge the powers of the Human Domain, and it could directly influence any nation, sect, or family.
Every year, a batch of resources from the Great Yu Empire would be shipped to an unknown location. This was an order from the Hall of Honor, and even after Undying Yushan's death, the Hall of Honor had not affected this order. When Sigmund Mathers had been suspected of colluding with the Neohuman Alliance, Undying Yushan had no right to pardon him. This crime had been judged by the Hall of Honor.
The Hall of Honor controlled the entire Human Domain.
The Hall of Honor had Honor Points, and Lu Yin had relied on them to obtain much more information than the average person. This was the Hall of Honor.
Shui Chuanxiao had been the commander of the border warfront, and his imprisonment had also been a result of the Hall of Honor's judgment. It could be said that the Hall of Honor had the authority and power to judge any powerhouse.
"Your Highness, there's another possibility that is very likely to be the reason why Ironblood Weave is urgently seeking outside help." En Ya's expression was very solemn. "The Astral Beast Domain is not isolated."
Lu Yin's expression changed. "Are you saying that the entire Astral Beast Domain can be connected?"
En Ya nodded. "The Innerverse and Outerverse have been separated, and the Astral Beast Domain can use Ironblood Weave to invade the human Outerverse while the human Innerverse is powerless to interfere. This should be the true reason why Ironblood Weave is seeking outside help. However, only a few people know of this reason, and it cannot be spread. Otherwise, it will cause panic in the entire Outerverse."
Lu Yin was already panicking. This was the entire Astral Beast Domain, and it had only been the Innerverse that had stopped the Astral Beast Domain's invasion. Now that the Innerverse had been isolated, how could the Outerverse possibly stop the Astral Beast Domain?
"Keke, Seventh Bro, this woman is right. Our Astral Beast Domain is divided into regions, but it's not isolated. Of course, there are definitely some places that are isolated on a smaller scale, but it won't affect the overall situation. Based on my understanding of the Celestial Beast Empire, the Outerverse is finished, and it'll definitely be the point where the Astral Beast Domain will invade," the monkey said proudly.
Lu Yin frowned. Only by combining the human Innerverse and Outerverse and the Neoverse's strength would they be able to resist the Astral Beast Domain. Now, the Outerverse alone would not be able to stop the Astral Beast Domain, and he was truly panicking.
At this moment, Lu Yin's gadget beeped. This was a message that could not be rejected. Back when Astral-10 had been ordered to descend into the Outerverse and when Wendy Yushan had been confirmed as a member of the Great Yu Empire's Youth Council, a similar beep had appeared.
'In the name of Elder Lohar of the Hall of Honor, I order Northcastle Weave, Vastdearth Weave, Grandtop Weave, Frostwave Weave, Lars Weave, Darkmist Weave, Bard Weave … All of these weaves are to send three Hunters, ten Cruisers, a hundred Explorers, and a fleet of 100,000 soldiers to reinforce Ironblood Weave. Depending on the location of each weave, the arrival time of the reinforcements will be notified separately. Weaves that do not send any reinforcements will be judged in the name of the Hall of Honor.'
This was the first message, followed by the second.
'Frostwave Weave must send three Hunters, ten Cruisers, a hundred Explorers, and a fleet of 100,000 soldiers to Ironblood Weave.'
Just as the second message was sent, a third message appeared right after.
'Great Yu Empire's Royal Regent, Lu Yin, in the name of the Hall of Honor, has been summoned to Ironblood Weave's Seasons Fort to assist Commander-In-Chief Liu Qiuyu in his duties of guarding the fort. Report within five days. Those who refuse or delay without reason will be judged in the name of the Hall of Honor.'
Lu Yin received three messages in one go, and all of them could not be rejected. He was shocked, as he could feel the urgency of Ironblood Weave's military situation. Even he was about to enter the battlefield, and he was only a Limiteer. Every weave had to send experts, and it seemed like Ironblood Weave would not be able to hold on for much longer. A calamity that would engulf the entire Outerverse was about to appear.
At this moment, Wendy Yushan sent a message, and Lu Yin looked at it. 'Great Yu Empire's Fifth Princess, Wendy Yushan, ranked 18th on the Top 100 Rankings. In the name of the Hall of Honor, has been summoned to Ironblood Weave's Yellowsoil Fort to assist Commander-In-Chief Elder Shuang in his duties of guarding the fort. Report within five days. Those who refuse or delay without reason will be judged in the name of the Hall of Honor.'
"You're going to Ironblood Weave as well?" Lu Yin asked as he connected to Wendy Yushan.
Wendy Yushan grunted. "What about you?"
Lu Yin smiled bitterly. "I'm going as well."
Wendy Yushan fell silent for a moment. "The situation is critical. Quickly determine the personnel and resources that will be sent to Ironblood Weave. We have to go."
Lu Yin grunted in acknowledgment and ended the call. He then looked at En Ya. "Will it be dangerous for us to go to Ironblood Weave?"
En Ya had a strange look on her face. "It's a battlefield, a black hole of death. Even Enlighters can die there, so of course it's dangerous."
Lu Yin hurriedly replied, "That's not what I meant. I have no complaints if I die on the battlefield, but what if I run into an enemy? Won't they take revenge on me?"
He couldn't help but be worried, as he had been separated from Wendy Yushan. If they ran into Nightqueen Qiuyu and the others in Ironblood Weave, then they would have to be mentally prepared. If even he had been summoned to the battlefield, then he did not believe that the Hall of Honor would let Nightqueen Qiuyu and the other Enlighters off.
En Ya solemnly replied, "You don't have to worry about that. No matter what grudges you have outside, as soon as you enter Ironblood Weave's battlefield, all grudges must be set aside. When the time comes, your gadget will be connected to Ironblood Weave's battle system, and you'll be constantly monitored. If anyone tries to retaliate against you, the Hall of Honor will personally take action to punish them, and they will not be tolerated. For countless years, no one has dared to cause internal strife in Ironblood Weave's battlefield.
Lu Yin relaxed, as that was good. With his and Wendy Yushan's strength, it was impossible for them to be instantly killed without even being able to react. Even an Enlighter would find it difficult to accomplish such a feat. Since they were constantly being monitored, then that would be a deterrent to other Enlighters.
"Can I apply for a change of stronghold?" Lu Yin asked.
En Ya shook her head. "Unless you're an Enlighter, most people don't have the qualifications to apply. Of course, once you enter Ironblood Weave, you can check the battle system. You'll be awarded Ironblood Points for your contributions there, and the higher the points, the higher your status in Ironblood Weave. It has nothing to do with your cultivation. These are the rules of Ironblood Weave, and everyone has to abide by them."
No one had expected such a thing to happen, and Lu Yin was now faced with a difficult problem: who should he bring to Ironblood Weave? There were three Hunters, ten Cruisers, and a hundred Explorers, which was not a small number.
The Cruisers were still manageable, as more than ten had joined the Great Yu Empire during this period of time. However, there were even more Explorers, and Lu Yin was considering the Hunters.
There were only three Hunters in the entire Great Yu Empire: Huo Qingshan, the Blind Monk, and Xueshan Auna. He could not bring them all, but if he did not bring them, then he would not be able to fill the quota.
"Summon Huan Sha," Lu Yin ordered.
