Yūki, Old Bai, and the others instructed the other disciples to get busy as well.
Suddenly, Xu Tianyu and Moon Scar were the only ones left on the mountaintop.
"You seem to be really excited."
Moon Scar suddenly said something out of the blue.
"Yes, a little. I thought that we would be bored for a long time. But by the looks of it, the days ahead are going to be really fulfilling."
"Haha! Now that you mention it, you're planning to head over to the North to check it out?"
Moon Scar laughed out as though he could read Xu Tianyu's mind.
"Now that you mention it, I feel that you're getting a little weird as well. But before that, let's go and meet the Ocean Demons of the Sky River. It's been a long time since I've fought. My hands are itching."
"Since that's the case, I can only accompany you with my life."
The both of them laughed out loud as they flew out. Soon, the forest retreated behind them.
Standing beside the Sky River, Lin Fan realized that the layer of golden light wasn't all that dazzling. In fact, it wasn't golden light at all. Instead, it was a bunch of sparkling golden dots that danced in the air.
"Isn't it magical? We've named these bugs the Gold Bugs. They're shining just like gold."
Moon Scar chuckled out. There was a sense of yearning and fear in his voice.
"But don't underestimate these Gold Bugs. From afar, they don't look like a problem. But once you get close to them, all the spirit energy and blood in your body will be sucked dry in less than a second. This is an answer that our ancestors found at the cost of their lives."
At this moment, Xu Tianyu did not hear Moon Scar's words. That was because the notification from the system had attracted his attention.
'Ding … Congratulations Master on discovering Ancient Fossil Bug. Recommended to capture. '
Ancient Fossil Bug: A group of bugs that have evolved over 10,000 years. They love fresh blood, spirit energy, and metals.
Once the Fossil Bug recognizes its master, everything that it consumes will be converted to be absorbed by the master. It can subtly strengthen the master's physique, mental state, spirit energy storage, and bloodline purity.
At the same time, there is a certain chance of obtaining abilities such as metal control, spirit energy control, blood control, etc.
The degree of strengthening and the amount of abilities obtained depends on the number of Fossil Bugs. There is no upper limit.
'Is it that awesome? '
Xu Tianyu's heart skipped a beat. To think that there would be something as good as this!
Not to mention the fact that there was no upper limit at the end, it had already established the strength of the Fossil Worm.
Xu Tianyu's strength had been stagnant at the Earth Immortal Realm for too long. His Immortal Body could be enhanced by the Divine Water before, but now that he had used it, it had lost its effect.
Therefore, Xu Tianyu's Body of the Immortal still retained 20% of its awakening. When it could reach 100% was really a distant matter.
In addition, the Divine Dragon bloodline that he had obtained previously was still in a half-awakened state and was still in a passive state of enhancement.
Of course, Xu Tianyu couldn't be satisfied. However, he also knew that the Divine Dragon blood was too powerful for his body to withstand. That was why such a situation had occurred.
But now, he finally found a solution. Looking at the Fossilized Worms that filled the sky, Xu Tianyu was indescribably excited.
According to the introduction of the Fossil Worm, the ability obtained from the Fossil Worm was directly proportional to the number of Fossil Worms.
There were so many Fossil Worms here. If all of them were him, his Immortal Body might just be formed directly.
By then, he would break through the Earth Immortal Realm and become a Heavenly Immortal. At the same time, his physique would be strengthened, and the power of his Divine Dragon bloodline would be unleashed.
But before that, there was an important question.
"System, how can I get the Fossil Worm to recognize me as its master?"
