The battle raged on.
There were still many wyverns circling in the air. These savage beasts seemed to enjoy the taste of fresh blood. Almost none of the NPC cavalrymen that had been killed had a complete body. Broken limbs and bodies filled the streets of the city, and blood soaked every inch of the ground.
A group of cavalrymen with bright swords and armor appeared outside the city. They were the fresh troops of White Cloud City.
Keng!
A young general pulled out his sword and shouted, "Warriors of Silver Moon, kill all evil in front of you!
Do not be afraid of death, do not be afraid of blood. Remember your oath, for the king and the country! "
The second wave of Charge arrived. At this time, the Silver Cavalry at the front had been completely wiped out.
Lin Qiu wrapped his broken arm and waved his sword. His face was covered in blood, but he did not know fatigue. The soldiers around him decreased, and in the blink of an eye, he was the only one left surrounded by the Undead Knights.
Princess Fei Ya's warhorse had been torn into two halves by the Pterosaurs. The young princess was fighting at the forefront. Her battle robe was dyed red with blood. There were two bloody sword wounds on her legs, which formed a sharp contrast with her snow-white skin around her.
Blood Moon. Jasmine was a loyal female general. She came here to help the former princess. Right now, she had sacrificed all her guards and was alone in the sea of monsters.
Although the NPCs were strong, it was a battle of attrition. Even Fei Ya's health had been reduced by a third. If this went on, she would die sooner or later.
I hurriedly urged Fire Dragon to glide down. The burning sword light covered the crowd of Undead Knights and cut them down. At this time, Fire Dragon's summon time was up.
"Pa!"
I landed firmly on the ground and quickly summoned Flame Qilin again. We continued to kill!
In the distance, Ling Yue, Ling Xue, Bing Cha, Chrysanthemum Daohana, and the rest of the girls were fighting on the frontlines. However, the Quetzalcoatlus kept harassing them in the air, giving them a headache. If it weren't for Ling Yue's Cyclone Shield, she would've died to the Quetzalcoatlus already.
I slashed left and right. These Undead Knights weren't bosses, so my Flick skill was effective. Therefore, I focused on the monsters with half HP. My efficiency was very high, and it didn't take long for me to reach Fei Ya's side.
Boom!
As the Divine Dragon Slash descended, a group of Undead Horsemen were knocked over. Another group of Undead Horsemen stopped in the sky not far away, and a meteor storm fell, attracting a lot of firepower.
"Oh, it's you …"
Princess Fei Ya glanced at me, and a trace of fatigue appeared on her face. She leaned against the stone wall and muttered, "I'm afraid … I'm afraid we won't be able to take back White Cloud City …"
I shook my head, "That won't happen. The only thing we need to do now is to quickly retreat from here. If you die, then the entire White Cloud Empire will lose all hope."
Fei Ya couldn't help but smile and nod.
"Lin Qiu, Jasmine!"
Fei Ya called out softly, and the other two brave NPCs also raised their swords and charged out.
However, at this moment, the sky suddenly became covered with dark clouds, and thunder rumbled. A cold voice rang out — —
"Jie jie!
The little princess of White Cloud City really has soft skin and tender flesh!
Why, did you come here to reminisce, or do you want to take back Anne's legacy? "
In the direction of the palace, a black figure appeared. It was a knight in black armor. He held a blood-red longsword in his hand, and he rode on a powerful skeleton warhorse. A line of words floated above his head — —
Undead Knight — Bloodblade LV-262 (Bloodblade Army Commander)
His stats were all question marks. Even at my level, I couldn't see through him. It looked like after the Holy Domain version was released, the stats of the ten bosses in Spirit of Grief had greatly increased. They were unfathomable, and it would be very difficult to kill any one of them.
I retreated. If I didn't retreat, I would be killed!
Princess Fei Ya stopped in her footsteps. She gripped her sword and looked at Bloodblade without any hesitation. She said without any emotion, "Bloodblade, you are an elf prince. How did you end up like this?"
"Elf prince?"
Bloodblade let out a disdainful laugh and said, "When I watched my people being slaughtered without being able to do anything, did you know that being an elf prince was a sin?
Now, I have great power. Even a genius like you, who is known as the most outstanding general of the Silvermoon Alliance, is as weak as an ant in my eyes! "
Fei Ya was furious and scolded, "You abandoned your home in pursuit of power. An animal without faith like you doesn't deserve to be called a member of the high elves!"
Blood Saber laughed cruelly. "Don't talk nonsense. Today, this place is the place where you, Fei Ya, die."
As he spoke, Bloodblade spurred his warhorse and charged like lightning.
I hurriedly entered Cyclone Transformation and used Dark Shadow Step. I walked in a zigzag pattern through the crowd of monsters and magically appeared on the right side of Blood Blade. Maybe he didn't care about me at all because he wasn't on guard at all!
Here's my chance!
"Judgement!"
Lightning and wind fell. This skill had a 100% hit rate. Even the ten bosses had to stay put!
"Princess, retreat a bit and choose a new battlefield. There are too many undead here!"
I shouted loudly, hoping that the young princess would be more obedient.
Unexpectedly, Fei Ya's intelligence was really high. She nodded her head and brought Lin Qiu and Jasmine to retreat. As for me, before Dark Shadow Step disappeared, I activated [Fierce Lightning Wind] once more. My entire body was like a shadow as I dashed out. Not long later, I appeared outside of the monsters.
Ling Xue, Ling Yue, and the other girls didn't know what was going on and asked, "What happened?
Why are you panicking... "
"Stop asking. Retreat to the east square and prepare for battle. Something fierce is coming!"
"Who?
What fierce? "
"Undead Horseman Blood Blade!"
The moment I said that, everyone was stunned.
The Shadow Follower's eyes were filled with excitement. "Haha, Blood Blade really came?"
"Of course. Retreat quickly and find an empty battlefield. If not, we will all be buried alive by Blood Blade's subordinates. It wouldn't be worth dying like that!"
Thus, everyone nodded, summoned their warhorses, and retreated.
At this moment, there weren't many players left in Snow Moon. At most, there were around 50,000 to 60,000 players. All of them were gathered near the eastern plaza. Wyverns swooped down from the sky and killed a group of players as if they were fishing. The Wyverns were having a lot of fun.
I gritted my teeth but there was nothing I could do.
Bing Cha and Brave Heart also arrived. The elites of Snow Moon gathered. We had to gather all the elites to kill Undead Horseman Blood Blade. Otherwise, we would die!
Everyone got into position. In the distance, Blood Blade was riding a seven-colored cloud over. He was really awesome!
I ordered loudly, "Magic Cube of Fate, Shadow Follower, Chrysanthemum Daohana, prepare to control the Boss. Be prepared to be dodged. The rest of you, prepare to deal damage. This is the final battle; we can only win!"
Blood rain fell from the sky. The Griffin Knights that Fei Ya brought were still fighting with the Wyverns. Although they were at an absolute disadvantage, they could only use their lives to trade for time. At this moment, we really needed time, enough time to kill Blood Blade!
A black shadow flashed past. Blood Blade was really fast, just like a phantom!
Lin Qiu immediately shouted and red flames rose around his body. He had already entered his transformation state and charged forward. His sword drew a line in the air and landed on his opponent.
Ssssss...
Fresh blood splattered and Lin Qiu slowly fell to the ground. A bloody hole appeared on his abdomen. He was definitely heavily injured.
Blood Blade stood on the ground with a dark expression. The sword in his hand was dripping with blood.
No one expected that Lin Qiu, a high-level NPC who entered the Holy Domain, would not be able to block a single blow and was nearly insta-killed on the spot.
Jasmine hollered in rage and pounced forward with her sword.
At the same time, Fei Ya moved too. Her body was covered in snow-colored flames and she gave off a cold aura.
Keng keng!
Two consecutive slashes and Fei Ya was forced back. Blood Blade was also not far away. That warhorse neighed after being slashed by Fei Ya. It raised its front hooves and nearly fell to the ground.
"Attack!"
I ordered. Countless blue flames burst out from my body as I dashed toward the bloody blade. If I didn't act now, it would be too late. It was obvious that Fei Ya didn't have the confidence to win. I could even see that her power was weaker than her opponent. I didn't want her to die here.
"Judgement!"
Another 100% hit. Blood Blade's body shook and he was once again wrapped by the Hurricane Remnant.
I quickly switched to Scorching Bow. Corrosive Arrow + Lightning Arrow!
Peng peng!
Elemental light surged and Blood Blade's body shook twice. His health dropped a little and his health bar did not decrease at all.
I did not think too much. I waved an arm and a dragon roar sounded. Rising Dragon Strike!
A cyan dragon rushed out and wreaked havoc around Blood Blade. In total, it took away over three million HP. This was the first time we had heavily injured this boss!
However, the 10 seconds of Judgement quickly passed. Blood Blade's eyes flashed with a cold light and he charged!
I was shocked. It's over, the aggro is all on me!
Blood Blade's movement was as stupid as Wang Junjie's. I could only activate Dark Shadow Step and walk in a zigzag pattern, hoping to avoid his attack!
Whoosh!
“miss！”
As expected, I dodged the first attack. Then came the second one. There was no way to dodge it!
Crack!
“472381！”
My chest felt like it was being torn apart. I was hit by Blood Blade's sword directly. It was ecstatic!
At the same time, Chrysanthemum Daohana's Soul Seal landed, but all it got was a big MISS!
Blood Blade roared angrily and swung his sword again!
Under the pressure of the domain, it was difficult for me to move. I felt so powerless in front of this Divine Rank boss. If I fought him, my strength would be greatly reduced!
But at this time, a beautiful orange figure flashed from behind. Blood Blade's body trembled and his black armor was covered in a layer of frost. Ling Xue's Frozen Slash had hit!
Dark Shadow Drifter rushed over and used [Flurry of Flames] and [Sword Energy of the Gale]. I had already reduced the boss's defense by half, so I could still break through it. Plus, Dark Shadow Drifter's attack power wasn't weak. He was a Holy Domain player after all, so he couldn't be underestimated.
Bing Cha also came. He wielded the Earth Divine Weapon, Zhurong Spear, and attacked!
"Rushing Thunder Slash!"
It took away a lot of HP, but it was not as much as the Shadow Follower's attack.
I was slightly surprised. "Bing Cha, why is his damage so low?"
"There's no cyclone transformation."
"Why not transform?"
"I used up all my spirit energy..."
I almost vomited blood. Damn, this nouveau riche girl did not know how to be frugal. She did not leave any spirit energy for the final boss!
I had less than 20 points of spirit energy left. Ling Xue immediately canceled her attack after transforming. It looked like she and Ling Yue had used up most of their sharpness.
A Holy Domain player without spirit energy was not much different from a normal player. This was especially true before a Holy Domain player reached the peak. They could not even wear an S Rank equipment.
Blood Blade finally woke up after a round of attacks. With an angry roar, he swung his sword!
Swhoosh!
Spring And Autumn Dance collapsed. The god-equipped warrior could not withstand a single attack from the boss!
"Damn!
So fierce... "
Flying Fire cried out in pain and quickly retreated. Unfortunately, it was too late. Blood Blade raised his hand and slashed. His sword light spread a thousand miles. It was like Ice Tea and I had slashed a bloody path through the crowd!
Flying Fire, Yi Shuihan, Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains, and Sword Fire Battle Song, the five members of the 24 Cuirassier Cavalry, had all been killed.
I was actually very grateful to Sword Fire Battle Song. He was an old subordinate of Dragon Soul, but he was not an elder member of the Battle Soul. Therefore, he was the only Sword Fire member who stayed on Snow Moon and led a group of friends to fight for Snow Moon.
Blood Blade finally displayed the power of a peak boss. He actually used a combo attack!
After the sword energy instantly killed a hundred people, he actually jumped up high and landed in the crowd. Countless shockwaves flew out and instantly killed all the players around him. Then, he dragged his sword and threw out a Thunderous Strike, instantly turning the Great Sword Master in front of him into pieces!
We didn't fear death as we chased after them. Even I, who had nearly two million HP, had lost half of my HP. Ling Xue and the others had no choice but to retreat a bit.
Blood Blade's aggro shifted extremely quickly. He killed everywhere and completely treated the Snow Moon camp as his happy battlefield.
Lin Qiu was heavily injured, so Jasmine helped him down. Princess Fei Ya went up again. She was the only one who could exchange blows with Blood Blade, so she bought us precious time to recover.
However, the number of Snow Moon players in the surroundings was still decreasing. The Quetzalcoatlus in the sky was not idle. After killing most of the Griffin Knights, they began to slaughter the players on the ground. The tenth wave of monsters was not over yet!
Clang clang clang clang!
Sword energy wreaked havoc. With two "pu pu" sounds, Fei Ya rolled among the broken walls. Two bright red lines appeared on her shoulders. Her armor had been shattered, revealing her snow-white skin. Heavily injured, she could no longer fight.
I hurried forward. I definitely could not let Fei Ya die. Otherwise, there would be no meaning in taking back White Cloud City. A city that had lost its king was equivalent to losing its soul.
Who would have thought that Blood Blade did not care about me at all. He stabbed his sword into the ground and roared.
In an instant, the ground split open and magma spewed out. The entire eastern plaza of White Cloud City had become a living hell.
Swhoosh swhoosh swhoosh!
Zi Yue, Summer, and Silent Rain were all instantly killed. Sigh, they were standing too close!
