"Sorry, I seem to have interrupted your party."
When Natolis appeared at the scene, the battle had been going on for the whole night.
The most powerful monsters in the world were fighting in the deep sea. Energy was everywhere. Fangs and claws tore through the air. Psionic energy and magic were destroyed as soon as they were formed. Shock waves rolled and spread. Radiation, poison, and flames filled every corner.
They were repeatedly injured, leaving bite marks on each other's bodies. These were all fatal injuries, but the regenerative power of the top creatures had been working, repairing the damaged scales, flesh, and bones. The monsters controlled their bodies with strong and cold wills. They let out deafening roars and continued to throw themselves into the cruel battle.
Natolis stepped through the storm and came through the barrier of poison and flames. He did not sneak but appeared in the open. There was a burning light flowing under his pupils. He calmly looked at the scene.
Azliers roared angrily in between the battles, "Who are you?"
He and Caesar almost succeeded. They teamed up and tore Quintuta apart, injuring the essence of the King of Gluttony. But the guy's tenacity was beyond imagination. He kept regenerating and regenerating like a lump of mud that could not be smashed. It was frustrating, but there was nothing they could do about it.
"Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Natolis Bane, and I come from the far south."
The seemingly insignificant human said softly, "I am an ordinary god of Airadia. My priesthood is light and fire."
"Hmph, annoying gods."
Azliers waved his hand impatiently, as if he was swatting away an annoying fly.
After a pause, he realized where the problem was. This guy seemed to say that he was the god of Airadia …
A local god?!
Caesar and Quintuta also realized this. They immediately stopped, pulled back, and stepped back. Their pupils shrank to the size of needles. They looked away in the confrontation and cautiously examined the uninvited guest.
Natolis had not made a move yet, but his silent attack had already enveloped the three monsters and the surrounding area.
"He's also here to kill you."
Caesar said slowly.
"Is that so?
Why do I feel like they're coming for you guys? "
Kuntuta breathed heavily. "Compared to me, an outsider rejected by Airadia, you, a local monster who keeps causing disasters, are a bigger threat, aren't you?"
Caesar slowly turned around, his eyes filled with spiderweb-like dark golden cracks. The huge Black Dragon lowered his head and asked the newcomer on the battlefield, "What do you want?"
"This area is obscured by psionic energy. Even God's gaze cannot penetrate it. Originally, I just wanted to check out the situation. I didn't expect to gain so much."
Natorius scanned the monsters one by one and named them, "The Calamity of Eladia, Caesar Targaryen; the Suzerain of the 173rd level of the Abyss, Quintuta the Glutton; the Suzerain of the 601st level of the Abyss, Azriles the Balrog.
Today, all of you will be purified. "
"Bastard," Azliers cursed in a low voice.
"Arrogant fellow."
Quintuta sneered and turned to look at the Black Dragon. "Why don't we kill this local god first?"
After a long battle, each of them was seriously injured and could not maintain their peak state. If they continued to fight, they might be killed one by one as the God of Light and Fire said. In the current situation, they had no choice but to find a way to cooperate and kill this guy who was going to take all of them down.
Everyone understood this, so Caesar echoed. "I agree."
"Very good."
Quintuta looked very happy. "This is good for everyone."
The Black Dragon nodded. "Yes, the enemy of my enemy is my friend."
"Kill him first."
"Okay."
"Do it."
"Okay."
"Don't give him a chance."
"Of course."
…
Although it sounded nice, none of the three guys made the first move. The newly formed alliance was broken after dozens of seconds. Even the threat of death could not make Caesar and Quintuta join forces. They did not trust each other at all.
The first attack of the God of Light and Fire was likely to be his strongest attack, and no one was willing to take on such an attack in their current state. If they were ambushed from the back in the process, the consequences would be unthinkable.
Natorius slowly turned his weapon. It was a spear flowing with flames and brilliance. The tip of the spear made a dense explosion sound as if it was quenched in the sea. In his heart, he had already made the Black Dragon his first target. Kill Quintuta or Azliers. The Lords of the Abyss would still come ashore, but there was only one King of the Black Wings. He carried the burden of reversing the fate of Airadia. If he missed this opportunity, he might not have another chance in the future.
Natorius locked onto Caesar. Caesar stared at Quintuta's throat, Quintuta stared at Azliers, and Azliers stared at the flames on Natorius. He unsheathed his sword and clenched his claws. Everyone was ready for the moment blood splattered.
Killing intent surged like a tide. Even the cold bottom of the sea could not extinguish their exuberant fighting spirit. From the beginning until now, they had lost too much blood. But if they wanted it all to end, someone had to bleed dry. This was a battle between gods, demons, and monsters. Only death could end it.
"Kill Quintuta first."
After a while, Caesar made a decision.
The Lord Of The Infernal Prison and the King of the Black Wings disappeared at the same time. They pounced at their target at an extremely high speed. Quintuta was already an arrow at the end of its flight. Even if the appearance of the God of Light and Fire made the situation extremely bad, they would not allow their prey to escape.
Quintuta retreated quickly. The freak's body was as light and agile as a fish. He moved close to the rocks and shuttled through the explosions created by the Black Dragon and the Balrog.
Natorius leaped up. His spear cut through the seawater that was as heavy as a thousand kilograms, forming a straight line and stabbing at Caesar. As the distance between them shortened, the light on his body became more and more dazzling, and his strength became stronger and stronger.
The Lord Of The Infernal Prison roared and used all his strength to temporarily control Quintuta with the Blazing Cage.
Caesar pounced on his target and released a [Order] at the same time. However, the Spotless Land had little effect on divine power. The giant spear, which had been magnified by divine power a thousand times, pierced through his back. Blood spurted out of his body like a gushing fountain. The furious radiance repeatedly cut his body, and the crimson flames surged into his body along the spear, attempting to melt his organs into paste.
The Black Dragon suffered a terrible stab, but he was still unwilling to turn around. He poured all his strength into his sharp claws. The unparalleled power shook the void.
Quintuta understood their intentions. His eyes were about to pop out of their sockets. He raised his head and roared at Caesar. Caesar roared back in response.
"Roar!"
"Roar!"
The giant claw descended with infinite power that could shatter the void. The body of the King of Gluttony collapsed under the terrible power. Almost at the same time, Azliers's fire pillar crashed into Quintuta.
There was no time to wait. Caesar suddenly turned around and spat out a cold breath. In an instant, the seawater was frozen and temporarily blocked the attack of the God of Light and Fire.
"It's not over yet. This is not my end …"
Quintuta trembled in the flames, trying to maintain his disintegrating body. However, the power of the Black Dragon that could destroy everything enveloped him. All the life energy could not bear the burden. They trembled, collapsed, and then fled.
"No, come back, come back!
It hurts, it hurts! "
Quintuta stretched out his broken claws, trying to grasp the life flowing out of his body. He struggled madly in the Blazing Cage. His appearance was a little funny and a little sad.
