"Let's go!"
Ceci Hailow walked back. The Boss was still blocking the way. Chen Mo hurriedly called out to the other four and followed Ceci Hailow back to the underground passage.
"What's the background of your pet? I feel that she's not simple."
Ceci Hailow ignored them and kept walking forward. Sharp Knife followed behind her and couldn't help but mutter.
The members of Shadow Hand nodded in agreement.
"I think she used to be a very powerful person. However, she was severely injured. I don't know the details."
Chen Mo shook his head. He didn't introduce Ceci Hailow in detail.
Ceci Hailow led the way forward. Along the way, they quickly encountered low-level Water Elementals. However, these monsters would still attack Ceci Hailow when they saw her. No wonder Ceci Hailow ignored them when she saw them. She couldn't communicate with them even if she wanted to.
The few of them killed their way forward. Ceci Hailow walked and stopped. Every time she arrived at a place, she would stop and observe her surroundings.
Chen Mo couldn't communicate with Ceci Hailow verbally. He also didn't know what Ceci Hailow was looking for. However, looking at Ceci Hailow, she didn't seem to know what she was looking for either.
An hour later, Ceci Hailow stopped in front of a corpse.
"She's really looking for corpses!"
In this underground passage, they would occasionally see prisoners who died here and tried to escape. Every time Ceci Hailow saw them, she would stop to check.
This time, they stopped in front of the corpse that was supposed to be a woman's corpse. Cecil identified it for a moment and decided not to leave.
Chen Mo walked over, picked up the corpse, and put it into his backpack.
Chen Mo could already guess what Ceci Hailow and the Boss were talking about.
This female corpse was most likely the previous owner of the giant BOSS. She had died here, but for some reason, the giant low-level water elemental had survived and became such a terrifying super monster in the cave hall.
Seeing that Chen Mo had put away the corpse, Ceci Hailow turned around and walked back.
The five of them followed behind and killed their way back. This time, they did not need to search for anything. The five of them moved very quickly. In less than half an hour, the five of them had returned to the cave hall.
Chen Mo followed behind Ceci Hailow and arrived in front of the Giant Water Elemental. He took out the female corpse and placed it in front of the BOSS.
When the giant water elemental saw the corpse, its huge body trembled with excitement.
It moved its body and condensed a small hand. It gently stroked the corpse, and its movements revealed traces of sadness.
"F * ck, is this really a monster?"
Sharp Knife saw this scene and could not help but mutter.
"Seeing this scene, when we kill monsters in the future, I'm afraid there will be some psychological pressure." Blossoming Night could not help but say.
"Just think of it as triggering a special plot. It's not strange that high-level monsters have intelligence." Shadow Hand did not care and said indifferently.
Chen Mo did not speak. He could clearly feel the emotions of the giant BOSS.
He was the one who had the most contact with NPCs. He even had an NPC slave.
Although he had only been in the game for two months, Chen Mo felt more and more that the game was like a real world. If it were not for the existence of the equipment and data, he would definitely think that this was a real world. The idea of entering the game to find loopholes in the game basically did not exist in his mind now.
Chen Mo felt that it was almost impossible to find loopholes in a game like this.
However, Chen Mo was still very rational. He knew that this was still a game. Thinking too much about it would only bring trouble to himself.
At this time, the giant water elemental's huge body squirmed. The ancient treasure chest in its body was spat out by it and placed in front of Chen Mo.
"For me?" Chen Mo looked at the BOSS and saw the giant water elemental nod.
Hehe, this was really an unexpected gain!
Chen Mo immediately opened the ancient treasure chest curiously.
System Notification: You have received an "Unknown Seed"!
Unknown Seed: An ancient seed. Because of its long history, ordinary people would not be able to recognize it. Only those botanists who have studied ancient plants can identify the plant this seed came from.
A gray seed appeared in Chen Mo's backpack.
Just like the description, this seed was very ancient. At a glance, one could tell that it was a rare item.
After handing over the treasure chest, the giant low-level water elemental moved its body and made way for the entrance behind it.
"Let's go!"
Chen Mo waved his hand and called out to the others. They walked into the entrance of the tunnel.
Sharp Knife and the others quickly followed. The way the BOSS looked at them was not very friendly.
After that, the underground tunnel was much simpler. The tunnel began to slope upwards. The five of them knew that they were moving upwards.
"We're out!"
After half an hour, the five of them crawled out from under a cliff that was covered in thick grass.
The exit was under the cliff and was completely covered by the surrounding grass. If they did not crawl out from the inside, they would not have discovered such a hidden entrance.
Standing near the exit, they could see the sea further away.
"Follow me. I hope that guy doesn't go back on his words."
Chen Mo had already escaped from prison twice. He was very familiar with the surroundings. With Sharp Knife and the others, they walked around for a while and arrived at the beach.
On the beach, they found a small boat and heaved a sigh of relief.
They pushed the boat into the sea and jumped into the boat.
"Where should we row?"
There were several paddles on the boat. Sharp Knife and Shadow Hand each picked up a paddle and asked.
"Northwest."
Other players might not be able to escape successfully even if they had a boat. However, Chen Mo was very experienced. He pointed northwest and the boat immediately rowed towards Eastsea Metropolis.
In the Land of Exile.
"Lord Dunis, the guards outside the city just sent back a message saying that the prisoners have already rowed away."
A guard entered Dunis' study and reported to him.
"Are you serious?
How many of them left? "Dunis frowned and asked.
"Five people."
"Five people?
Impossible!
How did they get past that big guy?
Did something happen there? "Dunis was shocked." No, I have to go into the underground tunnel immediately! "
About five years ago, the Land of Exile imprisoned a group of very important prisoners.
Among this group of prisoners, one of them carried a strange ancient seed.
Dunis didn't know what the ancient seed was used for. He only knew that it was very valuable, but he didn't spread the news. After all, it wouldn't benefit him at all. It would only cause the seed to fall into the hands of others.
However, one day, there was a riot in the prison. A large group of prisoners rushed into the underground tunnel, and the prisoner with the strange ancient seed also escaped.
Of course, Dunis couldn't let them escape. The underground tunnel had always been under their control. As long as they blocked the exit, those people wouldn't be able to escape at all.
However, those people couldn't escape, and the people of the Land of Exile didn't dare to enter it.
They sent people in several times, but they were all killed. The prisoners inside were all extremely vicious people.
After so many people died, Dunis ordered people to completely seal the underground tunnel in anger, making it impossible for those people to escape. In any case, when those people starved to death, he could freely enter.
The person with the strange seed was still in the Land of Exile, so he couldn't openly deal with him. However, if the other party escaped into the underground tunnel, it would be possible for him to obtain the strange seed.
After all the people inside starved to death, Dunis ordered people to chase in, but in the end, they were shocked to find an extremely terrifying high-level monster inside.
The seed Dunis wanted was inside the monster's body, but with Dunis' ability, he couldn't deal with the monster.
The special terrain of the underground tunnel made it impossible to use human wave tactics. Dunis didn't have anyone who could defeat the giant monster, but he couldn't let others deal with the giant monster. Otherwise, the seed wouldn't be his.
With no other choice, Dunis could only seal the underground tunnel. It wouldn't be too late to find trouble with the giant monster when he had the strength.
However, Chen Mo's group of five successfully escaped from the underground tunnel, which made him feel very uneasy.
Leading a group of guards, Dunis barged into the underground tunnel.
He was familiar with the path inside, and it only took him half an hour to reach the cave hall where the giant low-level water elemental was.
"It's still here!"
After entering, Dunis immediately saw the giant low-level water elemental.
He thought that this big guy was dead, but it turned out that it was not.
Just as he was about to heave a sigh of relief, he suddenly realized that the treasure chest in the big guy's body was gone!
What happened?
Not only did those adventurers pass through this big guy's body, but they also took away the treasure chest in it?
"It must be that guy!"
Thinking of that guy who had caused him a lot of trouble, Dunis knew without thinking that it was him.
"That's good. Since I know that the seed is with you, things will be easy. I don't believe that you'll never come to the Land of Exile again!"
After a gloomy expression, Dunis suddenly laughed.
If the seed was still with this big guy, he wouldn't be able to do anything. But if it was with that adventurer, he didn't believe that he couldn't get it.
"Let's go."
Thinking of this, Dunis happily returned to the Land of Exile with the guards.
Chen Mo didn't know that he was targeted by Dunis again. He was just working hard to row the boat with Sharp Knife and the others.
After rowing on the vast sea for an entire day and a half, the five of them finally saw the sea in the distance.
Success was right in front of them, and the five of them worked hard to get the boat close to the coast.
System Notification: You have successfully escaped from prison, and all your Sin Points have been cleared!
"Haha!
Success, my name is white now! "
When the boat docked and received the system notification, Sharp Knife and the others all shouted excitedly.
…
Fourth update!
