Chen Mo quickly found the watchman of the fifth floor. Along the way, he did not see many players on the fifth floor.
In the Beast Level, he had wasted a few hours. The players who could pass the fifth floor had already passed. Even if they had not passed, there were probably no more players who could pass. After all, the number of fugitives was so small.
Of course, catching a difficult monster like the pangolin was also a way, but it was too difficult to catch it.
Chen Mo handed the pass to the watchman. The watchman checked the pass and nodded, allowing Chen Mo to enter the sixth floor.
"Wah wah, another new world!"
When he arrived at the sixth floor, the scenery in front of him changed again. When the Spirit Queen saw him, she cried out again.
Looking at this fellow who kept crying out, Chen Mo was initially worried that this fellow would really think of leaving. Now, it seemed that his worries were unnecessary. According to this fellow's strong curiosity, after a period of time, it would know the benefits of following him. Even if he wanted to chase it away, he would not be able to do so.
The little squirrel also looked at the surrounding scenery curiously. Compared to the noisy Spirit Queen, the little squirrel was much quieter.
"There's someone else?
Yes, your mission on this floor is to obtain 10 "Advanced Crystal Ores" or 50 "Intermediate Crystal Ores" from the Metal Rats!
“
The world on the sixth floor was different from the previous five floors. Chen Mo came to a world full of mines. At a glance, the entire world was a continuous stretch of gray mines.
Chen Mo found the mission NPC for this floor. The NPC was an old blacksmith. The blacksmith glanced at Chen Mo and gave Chen Mo the mission for this floor.
The mission for this floor was not for Chen Mo and the others who entered the sixth floor to mine. It was to obtain Crystal Ores from a monster called the Metal Rats.
From the looks of it, these Metal Rats could swallow ores and condense them into valuable Crystal Ores.
However, after Chen Mo asked the old blacksmith a few questions, he learned from the old blacksmith that this metal rat was actually a very ferocious rat in the outside world. They devoured almost all metal objects. Wherever they passed, metal would be swept clean by them!
However, the metal that the metal rats swallowed could form all kinds of metal crystals in their stomachs. Although the metal rats were like a plague and were terrifying, they were not completely useless.
Therefore, after most of the metal rats were eliminated, they were thrown into this world full of ores.
In this world full of ores, although there were many ores, their purity was not high, so it was not worth it to mine.
However, if there were a large number of metal rats, they could devour the ores and form high-purity ore crystals.
"Master Borg, an adventurer found Mother Iron from a metal rat. He asked if he could get a higher reward."
At this time, a blacksmith apprentice walked over.
Iron mother?
When Chen Mo heard this, he couldn't help but be moved.
This was not the first time he heard of Mother Iron. Back then, Master Ha Jin had asked him to find Mother Iron and help him upgrade his equipment.
Now, Master Ha Jin's whereabouts were unknown. However, Mother Iron was undoubtedly an extremely rare item. It couldn't be found in the original continent.
He didn't expect to find Mother Iron on the sixth floor of the ability tower. He didn't come in vain!
Since someone could find Mother Iron from a metal rat, it wouldn't be a problem for him to find Mother Iron.
Mother Iron was definitely one of the ores condensed by high-grade metal rats. As long as he went to find high-grade metal rats, he would have a high chance of obtaining Mother Iron.
"Mother Iron?
Good stuff. Give him double the points! "The old blacksmith nodded and instructed the blacksmith apprentice.
"Double the points. Haha, that's great!"
Not far away, the group of players who came to submit their mission heard this and couldn't help but be overjoyed.
The mission on the sixth floor gave much more points than the mission on the fifth floor. After completing the mission, they could instantly obtain 800 points. Because of the Mother of Iron, they instantly obtained 1600 points, which was several times more than what they had obtained on the fifth floor.
Even Chen Mo couldn't help but feel a little tempted.
His total points from the first five floors were as high as 2000. However, if he handed in the Mother Iron, his points would instantly reach 5000. His points would skyrocket.
However, Chen Mo knew that if he found the Mother Iron, he would definitely secretly keep it and not hand it in.
After all, he was alone. As long as he went down a few more floors, his points would skyrocket.
As long as he continued to go deeper, his points would only increase. He wouldn't be short of the 100 points from the sixth floor.
The points from the sixth floor were very attractive to these groups of players.
With Chen Mo's strength, even if the other players couldn't go any further, he would still be able to go a few more floors.
After accepting the mission, Chen Mo didn't say anything else. He walked around the sixth floor, looking for metal rats.
However, as soon as he entered, someone had already completed the mission. Moreover, there were quite a few people who had completed the mission. It could be seen that most of the metal rats on the sixth floor had been captured by the players. The remaining ones were probably hiding and wouldn't appear for the time being.
Therefore, even though the metal rats on the sixth floor were a disaster, Chen Mo walked around and found very few metal rats.
"Hmph!
Let me help you! "
Seeing that Chen Mo couldn't find any metal rats after searching for a long time and was still far from completing the mission, the Spirit Queen couldn't help but speak proudly.
"Oh, how are you going to help?"
Chen Mo looked at the Spirit Queen in surprise.
"Hehe, I'm the Phantom Spirit King. My ability is a little different from ordinary Phantom Spirits. After becoming your beast, I can forcefully control monsters of a lower level than me!"
The Spirit Queen said proudly.
There was such a good thing?
Chen Mo was a little surprised.
He had also seen the Spirit Queen's attributes. The Spirit Queen had no level, no attack, no defense, and other attributes. The only visible attribute was its 100,000 HP.
And in the description of the Spirit Queen, other than saying that it was a Spirit Queen and was very rare, the other descriptions were almost the same as the Golden Silver Phantom Spirit.
If he hadn't seen the Spirit Queen's power with his own eyes, Chen Mo would have suspected that he had caught a fake.
Now that he heard the Spirit Queen's words, Chen Mo knew that the Spirit Queen's ability was still above his expectations.
If what the Spirit Queen said was true, contracting with the Spirit Queen was really the right thing to do.
The Spirit Queen wasn't lying. After a while, Chen Mo found a low-level metal rat. This kind of metal rat wouldn't drop ore crystals even if it was killed.
Chen Mo injured the metal rat. The Spirit Queen immediately controlled the metal rat by force and made it crawl into the rat hole to start looking for other metal rats.
"I found a metal rat nest. There are many big metal rats inside. It's a pity that you can't enter inside. The places you enter are all small rat holes."
The Spirit Queen quickly controlled the metal rat and returned. She said to Chen Mo regretfully.
"It's okay, let's look elsewhere. I don't believe that I can't find a metal rat nest that can be entered."
Chen Mo didn't care about this. With the Spirit Queen around, he didn't believe that he couldn't enter all the metal rat nests.
"Alright, let's continue."
The Spirit Queen was obviously a person who couldn't stay idle. If she were like the Chinchilla, she definitely wouldn't have taken the initiative to tell Chen Mo about her special ability.
Next, Chen Mo and the Spirit Queen walked around the mines.
The number of metal rats on the sixth floor was very terrifying. The Spirit Queen could find a metal rat nest every time, but what made Chen Mo helpless was that every metal rat nest was dozens of meters deep underground. There was only a small rat tunnel to enter, and he couldn't enter even if he wanted to.
If he didn't enter, the Spirit Queen, who was controlling the low-level metal rats, couldn't do anything to them. Not to mention fighting, after the Spirit Queen controlled the metal rats to enter, she had to be careful not to be discovered. Otherwise, she would be besieged by the rats in the metal rat nests, and she would be in trouble.
"F * ck, this can't go on."
More than an hour had passed on the sixth floor, but he had only obtained six mid-level ore crystals. He was still far from completing the mission.
Although with the Spirit Queen around, it was only a matter of time before he completed the mission, Chen Mo was a little anxious that he couldn't complete it.
After all, he couldn't guarantee that there wouldn't be a time and number of people on the subsequent floors.
If the number of people who passed was full, he could only go up to that floor.
A player could only enter the ability tower once. If he missed the opportunity, he wouldn't be able to do it again.
"Eh, there are people ahead?
And they're still mining? "
Chen Mo continued to search for metal rats. However, he didn't find any metal rats. Unexpectedly, Chen Mo saw a team of western players under a mine ahead.
The actions of this team of western players were very strange.
The players who came to the sixth floor only needed to kill metal rats and obtain ore crystals to complete the mission. However, this team of players was mining.
Why were they mining?
Chen Mo was puzzled.
After thinking for a while, Chen Mo put away the Spirit Queen and the little squirrel. Then, he quietly disguised himself and sneaked over.
"I found it, I found it!"
"That's right, this coordinates, this black stone of this size!"
"Okay, let's do it. Follow the instructions and smash the stone. Our mission will be completed!"
Chen Mo walked over and hid at the side to watch. After a while, the team of players cheered.
Then, the team of six smashed a piece of black ore that they had dug out, smashing the hard black ore into pieces.
After confirming that the black ore was smashed, the six of them bid farewell and left, leaving a ground full of broken stones.
Looking at the strange actions of this team of players, Chen Mo couldn't help but feel an inexplicable sense of familiarity.
That's right!
Just a few months ago, he was doing the same thing!
It was almost the same as the one in front of him. In the Quicksand Rift Valley, he smashed the King's Mausoleum statue into pieces!
