"Come on, let's start the slaughter," Xu Tianyu said with a smile.
Bambier and the others also received the buff and were eager to try.
As they continued to move deeper into the forest, they finally met their first enemy, a wolf.
Phantom Wolves were the most common magical beast in the Nightmare Forest. They were generally only at the Silver rank, but their numbers were huge.
They were a typical pack of magical beasts. Normal Gold rank magical beasts would not dare to fight against them.
Of course, Xu Tianyu and the others were not in this group. In front of them, the Phantom Wolves were just a bunch of experience babies.
"There are 12 in total. I'll leave them to you. Leave the last one." As soon as Xu Tianyu finished speaking, Bambier and the others had already rushed out.
"Roar …"
A simple roar was the Phantom Wolf's last words.
"Ding! Your hero, Yang Qin, has killed a Phantom Wolf. You have received 100 experience points."
"Ding! Your hero, Bambier, has killed a Phantom Wolf. You have received 100 experience points."
…
Bambier and the others were basically at a higher level than the Phantom Wolves, so it was already good that they received 100 experience points.
Of course, killing the Phantom Wolves was not the key. The key was to save time.
Xu Tianyu arrived in front of a dying Phantom Wolf. He was the only one who hadn't been killed in an instant.
"Go on, go on, call the Wolf King over."
The Phantom Wolf seemed to understand Xu Tianyu's words and began to howl. Its miserable cries spread throughout the entire Nightmare Forest.
The Phantom Wolf King was originally in its own nest and was about to take a nap. The sudden howl made it jump up in anger.
"Someone actually dares to kill my brothers in my territory. This is absolutely intolerable. Roar …"
With a majestic roar, all the Phantom Wolves were summoned. They followed the sound and ran towards Xu Tianyu and the others.
"Master, it seems like we're in big trouble this time. There are at least 5,000 Phantom Wolves approaching us," Yang Qin said anxiously.
"Yes, I know. Let's do it according to the plan. Yang Qin, you go up the tree first."
Of course, Xu Tianyu could also understand the enemy he had encountered from the system's broadcast.
"There's a saying that's right. A beast will always be a beast. It's impossible for him to become a human."
For a group of puppies who were blinded by revenge, there was really nothing to shoot.
The location that Xu Tianyu and the others chose was pretty good. It was right in the middle of the Magic Hallucination Mushroom. There was also a towering tree that could provide a safe environment for a fragile mage like Yang Qin to attack.
Although they had never heard of wolves climbing trees, nothing was certain in this world. Therefore, Xu Tianyu and the others waited under the tree for the enemy's arrival.
"Roar …"
Angry shouts could be heard as more and more Phantom Wolves appeared in front of Xu Tianyu. They didn't attack recklessly, but rather seemed to be waiting for something as they lingered around Xu Tianyu's group.
"The Wolf King isn't here yet. Banbil, kill those that are close to us and give them some stimulation."
Banbil's several hundred kilograms of meat splattered everywhere. The Phantom Wolves didn't have any time to react. More than a dozen corpses appeared on the ground.
This situation clearly frightened the Phantom Wolves behind them. They began to retreat and didn't dare to approach.
"Roar …"
Suddenly, a majestic roar was heard. All the Phantom Wolves seemed to have found their master. The fear in their hearts was blown away. They once again took out their bloodthirsty fangs and pointed them at Xu Tianyu and the others.
