Great Chu Imperial Palace.
After Ning Wang went out, he gathered a group of important officials and men and headed to the Great Chu Imperial Palace.
The important officials who were called out by him were all a little surprised, not knowing what he was thinking.
The assassination of the Empress Dowager was blocked, so not everyone could get the news.
"Your Highness Ning Wang, what is the matter that requires you to lead your men into the palace?"
An Imperial Censor asked with a frown. He looked at King Ning with suspicion in his eyes.
Leading the troops into the palace, did Ning Wang want to do something?
But seeing him gather his men, it didn't seem like it.
The Imperial Censor suppressed the doubts in his heart and asked in a deep voice, waiting to see what Ning Wang would say.
Hearing his words, the other important officials also looked over.
"Hmph!
Imperial Censor Ma, are you suspecting that I have bad intentions? "
Prince Ning sneered as he looked at the censor who spoke, as well as the ministers who were looking at him.
These people were guarding against his usurpation every day, but they didn't know that he had already succeeded!
Now, he was going to take them to witness that moment!
Yan Xi, that woman, had messed up the harem. At that time, let's see if these people still had the face to control the court with her and guard against him!
The world of Great Chu would be his sooner or later!
No, it should be said that when his imperial brother, the late Emperor, died, the throne should have been his!
But Yan Xi, that woman, interfered and helped one of his imperial brother's bloodline to the throne!
He didn't expect that woman, who had been silent in the harem all these years and had never had any sense of existence, would be so iron-blooded and outstanding when she stood up!
He had forcefully suppressed all of his arrangements!
Together with the group of old officials left behind by Imperial Brother, they were able to completely suppress him!
Even when he was so close to obtaining it, he still failed at the last step!
Now, he wanted to see how Yan Xi, that woman, would face these old officials of the late Emperor!
Would these people still have the face to stop him from ascending the throne?
Ning Wang sneered and said, "I received news that the Empress Dowager was assassinated in the palace and is now in seclusion. I don't know if something has happened!"
"I am worried about the throne of Great Chu, so I naturally have to lead people to the palace to investigate and see what the situation is inside!
Is it already in the hands of the thieves? "
"But you also know that this prince has always been at odds with the Empress Dowager!"
"Since I'm going to the palace, I naturally have to bring all of you along, lest others say that I'm plotting against you!
But I didn't expect that even if I called you all, you would still doubt my sincerity! "
King Ning said righteously.
However, only he knew what the truth was!
The matter of Yan Xi messing up the harem was already set in stone.
Bringing these important ministers along was naturally to let them witness all of this with their own eyes, and then completely beat Yan Xi to the bottom of the valley!
And these people were the people he arranged in the palace to deal with Yan Xi!
The latter's own forces were pretty good!
There were many people in the Great Chu Royal Palace!
If Ning Wang wanted to find fault with Yan Xi, it was naturally impossible for him to not bring people into the palace!
What's more, Yan Xi had been opposing him all these years.
Ning Wang already hated her to the core!
It wasn't easy for him to succeed in his scheme this time, so he naturally had to completely eliminate the source of trouble!
These people were not only to deal with Yan Xi's men, but also to prevent the other party from escaping!
Today, he wanted Yan Xi to never be able to make a comeback!
